We loved it. Very clean. Very comfortable. Great host who went out of the way to make us ladies happy with coffee supplies and paper supplies, we would go back there if we visit again. Was close to casino and restaurant and touristy sites.

We were 4 senior ladies meeting up. I flew into St.Louis from Chicago. My two sisters came up from southern Missouri and our niece drove up from Arkansas. The house was in a perfect area for getting around St.Charles. We had enough room for our family that lives in St.Charles to visit with us. We would not hesitate to stay there again. Highly recommend

We stayed here when attending a concert at the amphitheater. Clean place with everything we needed. Living in the country I am used to quiet and this place was perfect. Great communication from the host.

Everything was smooth and easy with no problems at all. The house smelled good, looked good, and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend! Will stay here again next time we are in town.

We had a great stay at Bryan’s place. The home is in an amazing location, right down the road from the Saint Charles Convention Center and close proximity to shops and restaurants. It is spacious with plenty of room for a family. The only recommendation I would have is to upgrade bed/ mattresses. The beds were very squeaky and not very comfortable. Overall, it was still a great place to stay because of the spaciousness of the home, the quiet neighborhood and perfect location.

Very nice property close to restaurants and stores. We were here for a soccer tournament and everyone enjoyed the stay. The house is great and host us very welcoming.

This house was a perfect home base for our family ladies’s trip. We had plenty of space for gathering around the kitchen table or seating areas for delivery pizza, great conversation and lots of laughter. The location was perfect for visiting historic downtown St. Charles as well as a nearby winery in Defiance.

We really appreciated having a cozy home in a quiet neighborhood to go back to after our crazy days at a nearby convention!

Bryan was a great host and a pleasure to work with before and during our stay. The property was clean and spacious with a nice outside space. The rooms were peaceful & the king bedroom was very comfortable. The decor and space overall was homey and we enjoyed having a relaxing space.

Needed a straight walk-in with no stairs and good space to visit during day hours. Perfect!

This vacation home was perfect for what we needed. The amount of extra things the host included was amazing (fully stocked kitchen, extra soaps/conditioners, TVs in every room, etc). We will definitely book again the next time we are in the St. Louis area.

This property was awesome and perfect for our family. Bryan was also an awesome host. Checking in was a breeze and Bryan was always available. I needed to check in earlier than 4p and he obliged, without question. The home was immaculately decorated and included decor for the upcoming Easter holiday. There was plenty of space for family time and the neighborhood was safely kept away, but very close to many attractions located within the St. Charles area. After he granted us a late checkout, Bryan reached out to ensure our family didnt leave anything behind during our stay. How thoughtful! I highly recommend this property and Bryan. I'm sure you'll have awesome stay!

Spacious house in a neighborhood. Couple of things popped up with the property but solutions were quick and owner was very responsive.

The place looks exactly as pictured in the photos. Everything was clean and in good working order. It was decorated very cute for valentines day. We had a good stay and it worked well for our small family of four. It was a neighborhood near The Streets of St Charles which is a bit different from the historic Mian Street of St Charles, also not so far away. The neighborhood was a row of neat small homes.

This place was super cute and perfect for our stay. Check in was very simple. When we arrived the home was decorated so nice and the host added special touches with valentine decor. We absolutely loved it. Really clean and perfect for having dinner with my family to celebrate my daughter's birthday. I wish we would've booked another night. The location was easy to find and close to everything you may need. The neighborhood was nice and quiet also. Definitely recommend this host.

The host let us check in early last minute with young kids, great house and host

We did not have heat during our entire stay. It was 62 degrees in the house and very uncomfortable. Messages were sent to the property owner and through VRBO several times and as of today, 12/16/22, we have not received a response. Since our messages have been ignored, we will not choose to stay here again.

No problem in making a reservation, easy to access, clean with plenty of towels, utensils, cleaning products and was just so homely. If I visit in that area again. I will make sure I reserve this home again. Just so nice.

This house is great and Bryan is very responsive. The house is spacious and beautifully decorated. The location is absolutely amazing! Would recommend this property to anyone needing something in the St Louis area. You will NOT be disappointed!
