We loved our stay here. It was a cute place, great for two couples. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Great location with access to local restaurants. Quick drive away from downtown. Communicating with Derek was easy. Would stay here again.

Planned a weekend getaway with the family to see Thomas the Train at TVRM and also visited the Aquarium. The house was perfect and very clean. Great location in a nice neighborhood. We spent 2 evenings at Riverview Park with the kids… it was excellent! Also had breakfast at Aretha Frankenstein’s (known for pancakes but the breakfast burrito was huge). I’d give it a 4/5. Both of those were within a mile or 2 away. Champy’s (which we missed having as we used to live close to one) and Scottie’s by the River were both great! The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Really like the Chess board to teach the boys. Nice patio in the back and a great front porch! You can tell the owners put a lot of detail into to keeping the house up and giving the tenants a great experience! Bottled water at the nightstands and bathrooms were well stocked. Hope to return again sometime!

This place is located in a quiet neighborhood and is a great house for 2-4 people. The place is accurately described and is a very clean place. The outside amenities are great just wished we had the time during our stay to use.

My family and I had a lovely visit in this adorable house! We were right down the street from some great restaurants and close to the bridge that takes you to downtown Chattanooga. We have family in the area and this house was a perfect short distance to them. The outdoor space is dear with a fire pit and warm outdoor lighting. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walking our dog. Highly recommend staying here! Derek, the owner, supplies his house with all the amenities making the stay relaxing! He responds very quickly to answer any questions you might have! Would come back if in the area again!

What a great little house in a super safe neighborhood. The house was immaculately clean, comfy beds, and love how the host pays attention to every detail. Chocolates on the pillows, soft towels and well stocked kitchen. The neighborhood is in a quiet location and close to everything. Would highly recommend and hope to stay here again!

The family loved staying here. It was clean and quiet place to rest after exploring Chattanooga during the day. Location was close to many attractions and grocery delivery was available from many close by stores so I was able to spend time with my family instead of picking up groceries and snacks.

It was super clean, the beds were very comfy and it was well stocked. They even had coffee and tea! Will stay again!

What a sweet older home to use during our play n stay time in Chattanooga. Close to downtown and highways in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home provided us with all things needed for comfort. Super clean and my OCD approved! Ha. All of the amenities listed are verified. There are steps from road to front yard the a set of steps up to the house so be aware. The owner had superior communication. Overall a really nice stay

The house is well equipped and in a good neighborhood convenient to downtown. It was also very clean and we appreciated being able to bring our dog.

The house is quaint and just the right size for our new family of 4. We enjoyed our stay immensely! It was a great getaway after having a newborn and needing a new Change in scenery. It was less than a five minute drive into downtown, great location to the Tennessee river, the aquarium, locations to eat, were abundant, we stopped at Chattanooga Pizza Co, and Sugar Ribs! Both were absolutely amazing! We definitely recommend this place!

The house was very stylish and clean upon arrival. The location was perfect. It was very close to downtown, and there were tons of restaurants and coffee shops within 5 minutes. If we ever went back, we would definitely chose this home again.

We had such a great time at the adorable Bellanova. The house is exactly as advertised PLUS the kitchen is stocked beyond expectation. Needs a sharp knife--no worries. Ninja blender, crock pot and even spices. We loved the neighborhood. It is so quiet at night. During the day the neighbors are friendly and out walking as were we. Lots of hills around there so you'll definitely get your aerobic exercise in. Chattanooga is a gem of a city. There is so much to see and do. Enjoy! Thanks to our host Derek for making our experience such a pleasure.

It smelled aweful inside and pet hair everywhere. Patio cushion were nasty disnt even want to set on them. The lawn was really high and the patio area needed swept and in leaves cleaned up. Furniture in living room is worn out as well.

Perfect house for our family of four. We came to Chattanooga for a short family trip. The location was great - we spent a lot of time at Coolidge Park, which is very close by. A great restaurant within walking distance is the Daily Ration. We didn't really cook, but the kitchen was well-stocked. Towels, paper towels, trashbags, etc. were all in good supply. We really enjoyed the front porch after the kids went to bed! For families traveling, there is a large walk-in closet in the master bedroom. Our 6-month old slept in the closet in her pack-n-play. It was perfect!

We spent the week in Chatty with some friends and had a great time. The house is in a great neighborhood and close to everything.

The property was beautifully furnished as pictured. It’s located in a nice quiet and family friendly neighborhood. Check in and check out were easy with clear instructions. Everything we needed was conveniently provided right where we would expect in the home. It was a quick 5 or 10 minute drive to all the restaurants and downtown and university things we wanted to visit. The host was friendly and checked in and replied to us on the app quickly.

We were in Chattanooga for a dance competition and met some family. The house was perfect for our needs and shorter stay!

Absolutely loved the house the inside is exactly like the pictures and even more lovely in person! The location is perfect and your just in reach of downtown chattanooga, the neighborhood is very quiet and everyone around us was very nice and welcoming. My boyfriend and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting chattanooga!

We had a great time! It was exactly what we wanted for the week.

My family and I visited during our kids’ school winter break to see some of the local attractions: The Aquarium, Ruby Falls, Rocky City and Lookout Mountain. We were excited to book this property for our stay. The house was the perfect size (2 beds and 2 baths) for a family of four. The price per night was reasonable considering its proximity to the downtown area. The house was perfect for our needs, very cozy, and exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils and anything else necessary to cook breakfast, lunch or dinner for a family. The outdoor grill was a great amenity as well. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet and very close to downtown. The house was also close to services like the drug store, grocery store and restaurants. We were unable to utilize the fire pit because of rainy weather but otherwise would have used it every night. We enjoyed our stay in Chattanooga and would definitely stay at this home again.

The location of this property was great, the house was adorable and comfortable, and had everything we could have possibly needed! We enjoyed the fire pit on a chilly evening and the string lights were a nice touch. We would definitely rent this home again!
