They have Bed Bugs. I ended up having to sleep in my car because I was awaken in the middle of the night being but by bed bugs. My arm is painful and swollen from where I was but. I was told I would be refunded but I still have not received it!

I have a in-state ID due to me being from Chattanooga, TN but I currently reside in Alabama due to being enrolled in College. I called before hand because I booked under my name while traveling with my boyfriend and was told if I could show proof of a bill in Alabama under my name I could stay. When I got to check in and explained to the gentleman what was previously told to me upon arrival he was very rude, argued me down, and made me wait until he get in contact with the supervisor who gave me that information. I had to wait over 30 minutes to get checked in.

Our room 402 the bathroom sink was leaking, the refrigerator in our room was not working I physically changes out the fridge with another one! Every night we were there we had to get new key cards, batteries needed to be changed out and the best part there were metal beams coming out from under bed my husband cut his leg open on them We had room 402

Front desk staff was excellent. Very professional and knowledgeable .. Convenient location off the interstate.

The hallways were not fresh smelling.The air conditioner had broken knobs and the temperature could not be controlled. Everything could have been cleaner and fresher. Definitely not worth the money.

Our initial room was not ok. There was a dehumidifier running in the room. When notified staff moved us to another room. The second room was very nice.

The room we stayed in had a toilet that had water running through it constantly.
