What a wonderful stay at Surfer’s Paradise!! House was the perfect size for our family. Plenty of room and walking out the door to the beach was even better! Highly recommend staying at this fantastic house!!

We arrived on Friday for the start of my daughters Wedding week. First of all, the cleaning team we met were so wonderful upon our check in, they were doing a deep cleaning which took a tad longer due to some renovtaions. Family arrived over the weekend for Sunday evening wedding. The house was fabulous ! The veiw , sunrise ...amazing ! So comfortable for my 89 yr Dad and even the grandkids with bedrooms on same floor with bathrooms. We watched the bride and groom do their "first look" from the many decks. Once wedding was done on Sunday , we played in the sand and watched "our " surfers and "our" dolphins from sun up to sun down. The house had plenty of supplies for us to cook and drink. We loved the ice maker. We are planning a ~1ST anniversay ~ getaway to come back to Surfers Paradise. Our last name is Love and we filled this house with LOVE during our stay . See you soon Folly Beach!

This property is absolutely amazing! There were 11 of us there and there was plenty of room for all of us. The house was so clean and had everything we needed. You can't beat the view. I would recommend this house to anyone! And Dunes Property was so accommodating and professional. A truly wonderful experience!

The process for renting the property was very easy. We loved the property and location and will definitely plan to rent again. Some updates such as comfort of beds and efficiency of HVAC system would be great! Overall it was a wonderful home and location for our family. Thank you for opening your home to us.

My husband, toddler and I loved staying at this beach house. It’s a quiet and beautiful part of the beach. The porch was huge and we loved eating meals out on the deck table. The kitchen was nicely stocked, but make sure you bring your own coffee. We loved the separate ice machine. We would definitely recommend this house and will likely rent it again!

The management company was wonderful to deal with, and made us feel like any needs we had were of the utmost importance. The beach was quiet and peaceful when we were here, and the views from the decks were in incredible. We would definitely rent this home again!

The entire family enjoyed the property and the trip. So you are aware, it appears the back porch roof flashing has some rot and is falling. It looks worse then when we arrived....I believe due to the rain that we had.

We loved the location of this house. It was perfect for our size group. We loved that 3 bedrooms had ocean views. The kitchen table was big enough for 10 adults to sit at and play games at. The fireplace added a great touch for the cool nights. We really enjoyed our stay. It was fun watching the surfer’s every day. Great name for this house, Surfer’s Paradise.

Stayed here for a long weekend, just my adult daughter and me—last minute getaway—with our dog. The location of this place is terrific—right on the beach and amazing views inside. Furniture is not fancy, but comfortable, just what I think a beach house should be. Kitchen had good appliances and dish ware. Cookware was well-used. Everything was clean and plenty of towels. Terrific views from back bedrooms and the “penthouse” suite. Decks were wide and had good seating and view! My only suggestions—code didn’t work on check-in. I think maybe in retrospect that it was because the letter I got didn’t say to press the “check mark” button FIRST and AFTER entering code. Might be something for rental company to adjust. Also, we had one dish cloth and no dish towels at all. A house of this size and with these other amenities should come with dish towels so you can keep things clean and dry in the kitchen. I’d suggest adding those. Great wi-fi and tv had options for streaming. I would go back in a heartbeat!

It was a great location next to the washout, also not too far from Central Folly Beach. Excellent family house also pet friendly.

The house was very nice. A little shabby in places, but very nice and clean. We had a very nice time. The staff at the Charleston Coast were wonderful. Your system works very smoothly and any email questions I had were answered very completely and quickly. We will definitely be back.

Property needs a bit of TLC. That being said, spectacular location!

The home is in major need of Maintenance upgrades etc.. we would not go back

Came Down for a wedding and wanted an oceanfront home that 4 different families could use as home base without being in each other's way. This property didn't disappoint! Plenty of areas to spread out. The absolutely immense deck was great. Unbelievable views from inside the home. Surfers and dolphins every day. This is a prime location for great surf. We will definitely look for this place again for large.gatherings.

Great house for a large group or family. Lots of room and bathrooms. Large dining table was great at meal time. The view out the floor to ceiling windows can't be beat. Just steps from the water's edge. I would highly recommend this property and would certainly consider a return visit.

The house was perfect for a large family get away. The turtle nest that hatched while we were there made it even better! I hope to stay in this house again next year.

We spent an entire week at the property. The view was spectacular! The kids and adults loved the freedom of walking outside and being on the beach throughout the day. We were right on Folly Beach, but about 2 miles from the busy and crowded pier. We liked this because it gave us some privacy and quiet beach time. The rooms were clean and simple. We had enough space for everyone. Make sure you bring your own toiletries. The kitchen faucet leaked a little bit, but it wasn’t a huge deal. The sliding glass door in the dining room was a little hard to open and close, so we avoided using it and used the one in the kitchen instead. We were able to eat most of our meals at the house. There’s a large dining room table that everyone can fit at. Overall, I would recommend this place to families that want a quiet vacation with a beautiful view.

Went on spring break with my parents, 2 sisters, all of our husbands and teenagers. This was a perfect location for such a large group as it had spacious gathering areas and then enough bedrooms and floors to also have separation when desired. Right on the beach with stunning views and the hum of waves night and day. A nice 2 mile walk on the beach gets you to the pier, restaurants and downtown FB. Charleston is a short drive away, as are many activities and attractions. Surfing and stunning sunrises right out your front door. Cannot be beat.

Surfer's paradise is truly that - and we felt as if we were part of the ocean with the amazing views. The house was very comfortable, had ample kitchen supplies for our Thanksgiving feast, clean comfortable beds and bathrooms. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house and it was ideal for our large family.

property was pretty clean and well maintained. very well stocked! dish washer didn't clean so well. left powder residue behind. overall was a great place for our extended family vacation!

Was there for my daughters wedding. The house worked well for a family gathering spot. Great location. Big open kitchen, living space. Nice size bedrooms. Very clean.Great beachfront property
