Spanish Main 47 is exactly as pictured and described. It's perfect! Clean, spacious, well stocked with kitchen and beach basics including 4 beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and cooler. The ocean view is amazing, and the beautiful private beach is so relaxing. The pool and grounds are lovely and very well maintained. Rental process was easy, and Taylor was a pleasure to work with. We will return when back in Cocoa Beach!

This place is a true gem. The maintenance people take great pride in their work. The premises were cleaned every single day. Everything was in working order. I recommend this property. It’s great, convenient to many things and the beach was very easily accessible. Best beach vacation in a very long time!

Our family rented this amazing condo for a week. The condo was clean, and offered all the amenities needed. The view of the ocean was amazing, the short walk right out to the beach was convenient, and the listing looked just like the advertised photos. I totally would recommend this location and site to anyone traveling!

Great location on Cocoa Beach with very nice beach. Not crowded and building and pool maintained in very good condition. A smaller building property so not too many people at any one time. We would go back.

The property is well kept and updated. The view of the ocean from the balcony was great. The place was stocked with the basics, which was convenient. Staff were very responsive. One of the body boards broke and they replaced it within a couple couple hours no cost. We'd stay again. Gave it 4 starts for cleanliness only because, while the place was overall very clean, we noticed the floors probably needed a good mopping. Our socks were not happy :) It was vacuumed though.

We really enjoyed the location of this condo. We could easily walk to many places around. Also, it was very clean and comfortable. We liked the location of the unit because we faced the ocean fully. We also enjoyed being on the top fourth floor. It was nice not being in some super high-rise place. It was a smaller family like environment. I would love to come back to Cocoa Beach and stay at the exact same location. Highly recommended!

I have VRBO'd happily several times and I think this listing was the most honest I've seen. Unit is exactly as described (minus staged fruit on counters, etc :) and quite lovely and perfect walk out to the beach! Unit seemed more spacious than in photos and was SO clean (coming from someone who runs a chlorox wipe over everything at check-in even at hotels). We had family of four + grandparents and were very comfortable. Pool was definitely nicely heated (one of the items on my must-haves for Dec in FL), beach chairs/boogie boards/sand toys made for a nice beach day, and parking was never a problem. Indeed the whole complex was not overly busy even the week before xmas and being on the top floor we never heard any neighbors. The location was great, near town but not close enough that you had a ton of traffic/noise. Check-in code and instructions delivered with no issues and EASY check-out with just a few asks, not a 10 page long list of things to clean. The washer was huge and they had laundry soap along with dish soap, paper towels, etc. If I had to give the property managers any suggestions it would be a few bowls for serving/storing left-overs, if it didn't fit in a cereal bowl you had one huge tupperware style or...nothing. The wifi didn't work our whole stay so we used the complex's public wifi, not my favorite due to security but not the end of the world. Ideally a few more beach chairs (4 vs. the 6 person occupancy though admittedly they disclosed that). And we did find one 'palmetto' bug in the master bath late one night, though the unit was spotlessly clean and it IS Florida so.... All in all, I'd recommend this complex, unit, and property management company in a heartbeat!

Great location, good local restaurants, pool was small but clean and heated. Beautiful view of ocean and to watch the sunrise. Had all necessary amenities. Bed in master BR was a bit lumpy (much preferred the other much firmer king bed), so my husband slept on the couch which he found more comfortable even though it’s a bit worn. Owner was very responsive when I had issue connecting to internet.

We were familiar with the complex as we stayed with my brother (he owns a condo at Spanish Main) last year and wanted to come back. My brother’s family stayed at his and we rented this one which exceeded our expectations! Very roomy, clean, great patio furniture to see the ocean view. Laundry, very nice bedrooms and bathrooms and a great dining room and living room. There are tvs in each bedroom as well as the living room. So nice to be on the beach w/chairs/umbrella/towels and a cooler included. Walkable to restaurants which is a big plus. Check in and check out were smooth and owners (or rental co) checked in my email often to make sure our needs were met. Highly recommend!

This condo was excellent. We had 5 adults and 1 one 2 yr old and it was perfect for us. The view out of the living room window was amazing. The condo was very clean and was updated with new furnishings and was beautiful. This was our first stay in Cocoa Beach and we loved the beach, the weather, and all the amenities in the city itself. One of our best family vacations.

This was a good place, very close to the beach! The condo was well equipped with things we needed, including beach chairs which was great!

Overall our room was very updated, spacious, and true to the pictures. The floor was still kind of dirty so if you got your feet wet, you could tell just how dirty. However, I would stay here again and felt very comfortable! Highly recommend! Also the beach chairs provided were the best chairs I’ve ever sat in at the beach. There was no way to secure the balcony for children old enough to life the piece of wood used to block the sliding door, so prepare accordingly.

Our stay at Spanish Main 47 was absolutely fantastic! It was exactly as advertised and had been totally renovated in a beautiful fashion. The balcony overlooking the pool was closer to the ocean than we expected which was great for watching our grandsons surf without having to sit in the sun. The beach chairs and umbrella were so nice . Having two king sized beds was an added bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook or just heat up takeout from the many nearby restaurants. We loved our stay and hope to return.

This Condo is one of a kind! The pictures are spot on! The rooms are larger than they appear and beds are extremely comfortable! The porch offers a fantastic view of the pool and ocean. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Cocoa Beach!

Our stay was not for vacation or a pleasure trip. We had things to take care of for family & this condo was the perfect fit for our needs. We were pleased with the layout of the condo & with the attention to detail for all that was provided for our stay. Overall it was a great experience & we will definitely stay there again.

While we live in Florida, it’s nice to get away. Perfect location for restaurants. On the beach!! Quick drive to space center.

We stayed for nine nights in June. Really lovely condo. Clean, comfortable, great beds, lovely view of the pool, beach and ocean. Chairs, umbrella & body boards supplied for the beach. A few good places for food to walk to nearby such as the 4th Street Fillin Station. Would definitely like to visit again.

ocean view was STUNNING! sitting on the balcony, mesmerized by the ocean, what could be better. this beautiful 4th floor unit was HUGE (3 beautiful bedrooms/2 full baths) The decor was delightful. Fully stocked linen closet (sometimes there are just a handful of poor quality towels, not here). beds were super comfortable too. A surprise bonus was a large asst of beach paraphernalia (3 boogie boards, chairs, even an umbrella!) If I could give more than 5 stars I surely would.

We have stayed at Spanish Main in several of your condos over the last 7+ years. Condos have everything you would need and are beautifully updated. Will be back again next year!

The condo is perfect. It is roomy, fully stocked, and private. The pool is heated and there are plenty of chairs available. The beach is just steps away. It is walking distance to many restaurants. We plan on returning!

We were looking for an upper level oceanside property.

Overall this property (#47) was very nice. Well equipped, we had everything we needed for the beach and for cooking. The private beach area was nice and not crowded with amenities only a short drive away. Nice ocean view from the balcony. Condo is newly updated and well decorated. All three bedrooms were very spacious. Had some issues with the smoke alarm going off a few times, we're guessing from the humidity?? The one complaint was, the floors were very dirty, they looked clean but were not. Turned our socks black (yuck). I had to clean the floors with a wet towel the best I could. Would suggest leaving a mop in the residence for guests to use, if needed, or make sure floors are mopped in-between occupancies. We all had a great time. Thank you for making everything easy! Look forward to visiting again soon!!

Like most rentals in cocoa beach, the buildings and common areas are older. It is very well maintained, but just not updated. The beach is beautiful and was not at all crowded in October.

This property had the best mattresses of any VERBO I have ever stayed in. Short walk to the beach and good views of cruise ships coming and going from port. The host was friendly and very responsive to an issue with Wifi. Would stay here again.

The property is very nicely finished and decorated and nicely located. We had a great stay and plenty of space.

We just finished up a wonderful week at Spanish Main in a 3/2 condo #47. Just recently renovated, this unit had everything we could need. And the view out to the Beach was outstanding.
