We had a great stay with 3 couples! The house was exactly as pictured and described and was perfect for all of us. The house is fully stocked with everything you would need. This was a great location. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

I did my due diligence when searching for a rental and read the previous reviews. I have to admit, I was skeptical that it could deliver on the expectations established by the reviews. That skepticism was quickly put to bed. This property was amazing and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for that ‘next level’ lake vacation.

This property is decorated beautifully and is clean as can be. We love staying here, and will stay here in the future , as long as it is available for rent.

We’ve been going down to LOTO for over 20 years, so we’ve rented many properties for our family. As our boys have grown, our needs changed in the type of accommodations we look for. To say that Larry and Dawn’s property checked off every one of those would be an understatement! We will be returning for next vacation!

The house is wonderful just like it is every year. This is a wonderful place to stay and the host is very kind and everything is there that you need. Highly recommended!!

Our family and friends have joined us at this property many times. It's our "Happy Go to Place" on Lake of the Ozarks. Beautifully decorated, and well furnished. We'll be back for another stay the end of July.

Exceptional property; beautifully decorated, ideal layout for extended family gathering. All of the amenities you could possibly need. Location was within 10 minutes of grocery stores. Property owner was fabulous to work with, very responsive in a timely manner, answered all of our questions and was incredibly accommodating. Plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home! Great amenities and we felt right at home. Our 3 boys- ages 16,19 and 21 loved fishing off the dock, the paddle boards, kayaking and the lily pads. The stereo on the dock was great and easy to connect our Bluetooth to. It was also nice the dock had a fan we could use on the hot days. Perfect location!! Close to grocery stores and watercraft rentals. We would highly recommend this property!! We hope to visit again next summer! Thank you Dawn and Gary for letting us stay at your wonderful home!

The place is immaculate when you pull in the driveway. House is wonderful decorated like a show home. Everything is easy access kitchen wonderful upper deck space to hang out. The dock is exceptional with stereo, furniture, water toys and a refrigerator to save trips to the house. It's awesome and we'll be back again.

We brought our 2 boys (ages 8 and 10) and my husbands mother and friend. WE ALL FELL IN LOVE WITH THIS HOUSE! From the moment we walked in this rental is beyond our expectations! No detail was left unfinished! The home itself was stunning, every space utilized perfectly, interior decor was out of this world, furniture and amenities were high quality, plenty of space, all sorts of activities to do for the family and PRISTINE CLEAN! Dawn and Gary were so responsive and touched base with us before we even were there! Thank you for an amazing home and stay! This house was so amazing we wanted to cry when we had to leave! I put this house right up there with the 5star rentals we have stayed at in Florida / Cayman Islands, etc! The only complaint is that we wish we could buy it! LOL Great job Dawn and Gary and thank you!

We had an excellent week on the lake and enjoyed all of the amenities offered with the house. The dock, paddle boards, kayak, cornhole, and ping pong table were all utilized. We even enjoyed a few of the games and puzzles in the cabinet. The kitchen was stocked with some pantry supplies, so be sure to check out what is there prior to making your grocery run. Would definitely stay here again!

This property exceeds our expectations. We're coming back in July, August, and September . Can't wait to get back.

Very fun family vacation in modern home in very safe neighborhood with awesome waterfront, dock, boat slip, water toys and fun family games like pool, table tennis, bags, etc.

I really don't want to let everyone know how wonderful our stay at this property was in fear of it being booked up when we want to stay here again! The house was beautifully decorated and well equipped for a multi-generational family get together, there was nothing we needed to enjoy our visit that wasn't already there. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds and linens were comfortable, the bathrooms were stocked with soap shampoo, conditioner and etc. the towels were soft and plush, the game room was perfect, the boat dock was phenomenal. My grandsons and I caught a lot of fish that included 5 different species from the boat dock. I can not recommend this property enough. We definitely are planning another visit to the lake of the Ozarks in the future and would without hesitation stay at this property again if it is available. I can not recommend this property enough.

the house exceeded our expectations, could park in front with easy access as walk in that level. TV/stereo with smart remote so easy to use. Open floor plan with beautiful view of lake and manicured yard. Awesome outside deck off the kitchen/dining room with comfortable chairs. Walk out lower level to the dock with bar, table with chair, lounge chairs, stereo with blue tooth, and a refrigerator so kept drinks and ice at the dock. Can't say enough good things as we will be back again. Thanks for having us!!!

This home was in a great cove! Such a pretty home set up with lots of activities for fun. Dawn was really easy to talk with and seamless for check-in

This home and the owner went above and beyond expectations. The home was in perfect condition and fully stocked with lake toys, paddle boards, floatie mats, and everything needed to have a great time. To top it off, the fridges were stocked with beer, wine, and bloody mary fixings. I couldn't recommend this place more highly. Thank you!!

House is gorgeous and the lake views are amazing. The boathouse is well equipped for all your water sport needs. We absolutely loved the swim mat. Owner was very responsive.

This is a fantastic property in a quiet cove that offers something for everyone. The owners have done a fantastic job making the home welcoming for both kids and adults as well as usable in the rain and sun.

Wonderful space and everything very well thought out! Boat slip and ski slip a total bonus ! We loved the dock house to hang out too and paddle boards ! Pool table came in handy on 2 rainy days !! Master could sleep more with an air bed if you have little ones ! It rained most of our stay but this place made it a great place to hang out !
