Perfect for our short stay with four people. Clean and the beds were comfortable. I highly recommend..

We had to be in the area for a few days. This place was perfect!

This location is very close to the Idaho Ford Center so attending any events there is very handy. It is well situated to all main thoroughfares and in a clean safe neighborhood. The bedrooms are large and the beds are comfortable! The kitchen is large and well appointed; except it could use a pair of scissors; the only drawback to this little condo is that the Living Room area is quite small due to the Futon Couch cutting the space in half from the Dining area. Good for two couples, but if three wanted to stay it could be a bit crowded.

We really enjoyed your property and will likely use it again since it is located so close to family in the area. Very clean and well maintained townhouse. Easy communication with the property manager. The main floor stove-style heater was just the right amount of heat to make us comfortable. Loved having several TVs. Only a few suggestions: -A garage door opener would have been nice to keep us out of the rain and snow. -Hall coat hanger could be more securely attached to allow coats to be hung up. It doesn’t seem able to handle the weight of large coats without pulling away from the wall so we didn’t use it. -Listing didn’t mention that all dining seating was bar height. Hubby has replaced knees that couldn’t handle that height. He had to sit in the upholstered chair when he ate.

This is a great townhome to stay in. It has absolutely everything that you need. The kitchen is well stocked and great to cook in. It has all that you need including some spices. The townhome is so........comfortable all the way around. Very quiet in the neighborhood and easy to access and very modern. The bed & pillows were great & very comfortable. We felt very much at home. We will use this again on our next trip to Idaho to visit our daughter. Thank you Andy for providing such a great VRBO. Greatly appreciated!

The property is clean and comfortable, and very convenient to the Ford Idaho Center Horse Park.

New development, very quiet, no issues. Stayed the weekend for a wedding, chose this place due to location. Close to many things.

Very clean, great location, nice neighborhood, furnishings are comfortable, the ONLY negative part was stupidity on our part. Right when we were going to bed, we decided to put a load of laundry in. Well the washer and dryer are located upstairs next to the master bedroom. Not very smart on our part because the washer wasn’t the quietest washer we’ve ever seen, I mean heard. We got some laughs out of it. Anyway, the place is SUPER clean and we loved the neighborhood.

This place was perfect close to our friends and family in Nampa, and a short drive to Boise. I had no issues at all This place is very modern and they keep it clean. I love having the use of the garage as an option. The neighborhood was beautiful. I would feel totally safe about parking my car outside and neighbors were friendly. The next time I stay in Napa to visit friends and family. I hope that this place is available again.

Andy opened with communication that had me believing he expected the worst from guests…. Yet overall our stay was without complications. I knew at booking I would need a late checkout and requested that through messenger 4x. Eventually we arrived at late checkout, though understanding was lacking until departure. I was happy to pay minimal fee charged for the checkout we needed.

We had a great visit with family and then had our own little oasis to return to each night to rest. This home was very nice and comfortable with everything you need and more!!!

My husband & I brought our grandson to Nampa Idaho for a baseball tournament at Northwest Nazarene University. We chose this home as it provided a room & bathroom for us and the same for our grandson. We were happy with our choice. Also I was able to cook us meals. Every morning we walked the neighborhood. It was a nice “home away from home”. Our only negative comment would be with the City of Nampa. The road construction was crazy in Nampa. And I am not a fan of all their round abouts. I am guessing some locals aren’t too happy with them either as we found some drivers not yielding when they were required to do so. We were sent on detours for almost every destination we had to take.

Perfect place to rest on for a night on our road trip. Very clean and has everything you need.

Quiet, clean place to lay our heads at night!

Clean, accessible and easy process for check in and check out! Master bath shower curtain liner needs replaced, but rest of property was immaculate!!!

This was a perfect spot and location for a quick getaway with my wife as we checked out the greater Boise/Nampa area. Felt very much "at-home" the moment we walked in. Would not hesitate to stay again.

The condo was extremely cold downstairs. The little electric fireplace did not put out enough heat. We ended up wearing our jackets inside. I might use again but only in the summer when it is not that cold.

Check in and check out was very simple. House was clean and we were able to find everything that we needed. It was a short stay but great!

Makes you feel at home. First time in Idaho and everything is so close to this home. Gas, Groceries, restaurants, etc. The home was awesome. My Kids loved it.

Nice neighborhood, very clean townhome, like having 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Very steep stairs to get up stairs to bedrooms. It was very nice to hace a bathroom downstairs. Couch was not that comfortable. Would have preferred recliners.

The town house was decorated warmly and the kitchen was well stocked for meal preparation. The kitchen has a lot of counter space and a breakfast bar that seats five. The master bedroom was beautiful and spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The laundry facilities is upstairs preventing you from having to carry your laundry a great distance. The location of the property is literally five mins from shopping needs and dining. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. We were extremely comfortable here.

All you need is here. We didn’t cook much here but had everything we needed if we’d have decided to. The bed in the main bedroom had a human sized dent though. My husband fit in there quite nicely though. Lol

Five stars! Andy was a great host. The property was in perfect condition. Andy most definitely thought of everything to make our stay feel like home. The property was super clean. The location was perfect. I will stay again when traveling to Nampa. Highly recommend.

My friend and I stayed at the property for a long weekend visiting a friend. We couldn't believe how clean and beautiful the condo was. No complaints at all! Highly recommend!
