Spent a few days at property. Beautifully furnished/decorated condo with all the amenities including beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Very clean and well maintained, great view of ocean. Would stay here again if travelling to Fort Lauderdale area. Great location off of beach and lots of restaurants around.

Rooms were Immaculate. The decor was very nicely thought out. Everything for beach fun was available. Host pretty much thought of everything. A+ experience

Thank you for a beautiful short stay. The place was stocked, spacious, bright, impeccably clean, and the view from the balcony was spectacular. Communication was very quick and easy, and everything was exactly as was communicated. We will definitely use this place again in the future if it’s available.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is beautifully decorated & was well equipped. All the beach equipment in the unit was fantastic to have available for use! (This was a must have in my unit selection & it delivered) The views are wonderful & pleasant to sit on the balcony as it is shaded in the morning & evening the way it is situated in the building. The security of the building is nice as there is always someone manning the front security desk. The doors require the key fob to get in & the elevator requires the fob to select your floor. Owners were nice to message about a water main break nearby that caused water outage up & down the street for a few hours. Otherwise we would have been very confused & concerned. Building is close enough to walk to Walmart for groceries but a bit of a hike to walk to the boardwalk, recommend an Uber or the Curcuit app to catch a lift around the area. Note to the owners, the water filter in the refrigerator reads it needs replaced & there are a few minor areas that could use a little touch up paint (most notably back of master bedroom door) but was not a negative for the stay, just an fyi. Highly recommend this building & unit!

We enjoyed our stay. This condo is in a great location & has amazing views! Plenty of stuff to do near by with great restaurants, & stores to shop. - online listing needs to be updated since parking prices went up. - Apartment does need some maintenance, & a better cleaning crew.

Great condo! Clean and comfy with a great view of the ocean. Perfect for 3 friends to get together for a quick relaxing beach getaway. The pool was great and the condo was very well stocked with everything we needed. Only thing we didn’t like was the check-in process…was tedious and there were extra charges for key fobs, parking, and the parking pass ($20 refundable cash only fee. Had to go back to registration office to turn in pass and get cash back on day of check out.). Walmart is conveniently close by for groceries and there’s a great pizza joint across the street. Overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend.

The condo was very clean everything you could possible need is there. Due to the time of year “ spring break” that we were there be prepared for wait times on elevators- also the service elevator was down. Beautiful view of the water. Parking- again due to the time of year -park in the parking garage in between the two buildings. Valet employees could not always give clear instructions for parking and incorrectly filled out forms for the stay, which cause delay in checkout. Not a big deal , just watch what dates they put in your paper that says with the car. Plenty of parking in the garage. Overall the condos itself was lovely and convenient.
