I would highly recommend this stay to anyone. It's a well rounded and kept property. It's in a beautiful little community and feels very homey. Would definitely come back.

This was an amazing lakehouse! I have nothing but great things to say. Everything we needed was provided. The house is organized There are labels on the cabinets, which makes things easy to find. The host has excellent communication and is exceptionally nice.

We had family members who traveled to the area for a wedding. The house was perfect for our needs and exactly as pictured. Sadie provided a ton of information prior to our arrival and was very easy to communicate with. The weather prevented us from using any of the outdoor equipment, unfortunately, but everything was there for our use. We would definitely reserve this home again in the future.

My husband, two boys, in laws, and longtime family friends enjoyed staying at Walden on Lake Conroe. The house was clean upon arrival and had all of the amenities we were looking for. We caught loads of fish, but loved hanging out on the back patio, making memories, and watching the kayakers and boats traveling on the lake. Sunset was especially amazing. The host was so communicative and friendly, and texted immediately whenever we had a question. Would definitely book here again!

Property was in excellent shape, host was extremely responsive and helpful. Beautiful open water view with some great nighttime catfishing right off the dock.

Where do I start, this house is simply amazing, we dis not want to leave however all good things come to an end. The owner Sadie is a pure sweetheart, she’s informational and made me feel as if this was my home for the weekend with friends. Waking up to the lake view was mesmerizing. We definitely plan on returning and can’t thank Sadie enough for being so personable and available the entire weekend if I needed her. This is a PLUS!!!! I truly miss the house and today is Thursday and I checkout on last Sunday, that’s how memorable it was for me and my friends. Thanks again for such a WOW! Weekend. Rose

This house was an amazing space to make ever lasting memories. We actually needed a spacious house that was close to our wedding venue. We had friends and family stay with us and the house accommodated everyone. We had so much fun! I really can’t think of anything bad to say. Spacious, clean, and great location!

We had a family retreat here and loved every minute. The house is so comfortable and the host extremely accommodating. She went above and beyond. Highly recommend!!!

The house is amazing right on the water. Large yard plenty of room in a quiet Walden neighborhood. Sadie the owner contact is great and very helpful. I highly recommend this property if you want a great time on Lake Conroe.

We so enjoyed our stay at your home. It was the perfect home for our family. I especially enjoyed your spacious downstairs living area where we could all be together. Your patio area was equally as fabulous. Having cornhole there and not having to bring it was an added plus as was having a paddle board. That with our paddle board was perfect. Our 5 grands ranging from 10 to 16 enjoyed our summer lake experience. They are ready to do this again.

Beautiful home and location. There were nice touches throughout the home anticipating the needs of the guests. We swam right off the personal dock and had fun on the kayak. The water can be choppy at times so we stayed close to the dock. The water was chest deep. We had lots of fun playing pool in the house. We drove to the community pool (yacht club) and swam for a couple of hours and planned to play pickle ball, but didn't make it after all. There was a card in the welcome binder that we used to gain access to the pool. We ate at the grill restaurant next to the pool and ate outside and watched the glorious texas sunset. We drove 30 minutes to Sam Houston National Park and hiked for an hour and took great pictures. Our only issue during our stay was our interactions with the neighbor. What started as friendly talk became intrusive and then rude. He hurried to our side of the fence insisting that our dogs meet, and touching our dog through the fence without asking. He also called us over to his side of the fence waving his hand rapidly and when we asked him to wait for a moment, he threw up his hands and walked away. He seemed to be in the backyard mostly when we were enjoying the dock and did not respect our privacy. The day we left, the neighbor was rude, telling the landscapers in front of us that we were supposed to be leaving in an hour. There is a gate between the properties in the backyard that can be opened so the landscaper can mow the backyards. The landscaper arrived earlier than the neighbor told us during the week. I spoke with the owner about the situation and she apologized many times and she is addressing the issue with the neighbor. We thought the neighbor was her point of contact, but she indicated that he wasn't and that he may have scheduled them to come earlier and she would have told them not to come do the yard until after our 10am checkout time.

I brought my familes, boat, jet-ski and the house was great for all three! Owner was great! Will be back.

Access to tennis and pickleball was great, and the pool table and corn hole were fun! To improve the experience, though, I would recommend allowing guests to use the boat slip. It was empty during our stay, but the owner doesn't allow guests to use it (although they did provide an alternative tie up approximately 5 minutes away). I'd also recommend getting rid of the carpet on the stairs and upstairs because it's pretty worn and dated.

I think the property is a fantastic place to stay. It was difficult to get around, we figured being close to Houston we would be able to find Uber and Lyft with ease and this was somewhat difficult to do. I thought the hosts were fantastic to work with we were able to check in early and leave late with no issue and this was nice because we had no transportation (our own fault for not just renting a car).

Had a great time with family. Owners went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and way more! Can't beat the lake view either!
