The apartment is nice and in a good location. The apartment is modern and the building was nice. I liked the garden area. The apartment is quiet and the master bed is comfortable.

Communication with the host. We had an issue with the toilet on our first morning. I reached out to the owners, but it took a few hours to hear back from them. In the end, my husband fixed the toilet. I thought charging for extras like pets and parking were a bit much. The parking space is there sitting empty. Between using the parking and having your pet, it costs and extra 20 euros per night. That is on top of the service and cleaning fees. The sofa in the living room is uncomfortable.

Great central location near to all the attractions of old Rouen A very comfortable apartment with convenient parking. The parking space is ´tight’ though so best to check your car will fit through the entrance! Owners were very helpful & communication with them was excellent We would definitely stay again
