Beautiful property with lots of room. Easy check in. Walking distance from everything you need: restaurants, pharmacies, groceries, etc Relaxing, refreshing experience.

Very clean and spacious with 5 bedrooms. We had 7 adults and 2 rental cars. Only issue was we were promised two parking spaces and only had access to one because the other space had construction supplies in the way that were not moved other wise it was 5 stars.

I highly recommend this property. Very clean and amazing view. The swimmable beach is a short walk away as well as restaurants.

We had such a great time for my 25th birthday here with my family, being right in front of the beach and getting to the sand is a walk away. There was plenty of space for everyone and there was an additional sink in every room which was awesome. Kitchen was stocked well and there was also an ice maker. Extra linens and towels were provided and there were two washer and dryer units. Overall 10/10 would stay here again and I highly recommend this stay.

Overall, wonderful rental and we would definitely consider staying again. Wonderful ocean views and a fun place to "people watch." Located at the south end of "the strand." Check in was a breeze and had two designated parking spots. The living/dining/kitchen area was spacious and clean. The only tv was in the living area. Bedrooms were comfortable, but no tvs in any of the bedrooms, however there were sink in every bedrooms which was unusual. We'd prefer a tv rather than a sink. The home is accmodating for large groups. Our group wasn't that large, but we appreciated the extra space. It had ac which is always a plus, but keeping the large slider windows open was plenty. Two sets of laundry units, beach towels provide a nice bonus. No beach in front, but a short walk to the beach, pier, cafes and restaurants.

The views are spectacular. The condo is so spacious. We all loved listening and watching the waves. I loved that it was at the end of the road so there was not much traffic at all. There were ample amounts of dishes and pots and pans and utensils. You could see the sunset over the ocean from the condo. There was plenty of seating for a large group. We are a family of 7 and there was plenty of room. We could of had room for several more people. There were 4 bathrooms. There were fans in each room and extra sheets and blankets. Cons: The floor was a bit dirty feeling (slightly sticky). The showers didn’t have hot water but they were quick to fix the problem with hardly any wait. New showers and knobs for the showers would be a good update. The main master bedroom’s wall made a knocking sound. I think it was from the people staying above us. The front door has a loose metal piece on the bottom that makes it easy to clip one’s foot. please note: if you want to be close to a beach with sand and playing in the water, you will need to drive. The beach is non existent in front of the condo. It’s only a rock barrier. The waves crash hard against the barrier, especially at night. If you walk to the beach, it is about a 15 minute walk. But that part of the beach closest to the condo is filled with ROCKS (river looking rocks). So you have to walk past the pier which is another 20 minutes to find a sandy beach. We ended up driving to the beach which was a bummer. Also, please note the parking garage is pretty low clearance. You would need to carefully enter if you have a car top carrier or lifted vehicle.

This place is stunning – Expansive views of the sand, waves and sunsets over the palm trees and Oceanside pier. We even got treated with a luminescent light show from the “red tide” this weekend. Truly a hidden Shelter in Place gem. The property is spacious with a fully stocked kitchen, and while tastefully decorated, the furniture and flooring are pretty childproof. We took full advantage of the BBQ, Eero WIFI, the private spa as well as the fire pit. Not sure how they do it, but the insulation is impeccable – we could hear through our open window that the family staying above us was doing a workout video, but there wasn’t so much as a creak or thump that we could hear through the ceiling. The web site says the place sleeps 12, but if you count window beds and sofa sleepers, you could probably sleep nearly twice that many.

My now husband and I rented this place out for our wedding reception and the property was able to accommodate us with the total of 40 guests we had to throw the party. The roofdeck was amazing as well. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great for us during the weekend of our stay (Father's Day), so we didn't get to spend too much time on the roof. However, it was still nice to have. The little firepit is nice for evenings. The only negative thing about the house is that the area in front of the house is all rocky and access to a sandy beach area is about a 10-15 minute walk away from the house, which isn't far, but there isn't a lot of sandy beach area and it was INTENSELY crowded during our weekend. I'm assuming it's like that for most of the summer. It would've been nice for us because we had 5 kids in our group. If having access to an actual sandy beach is important to your family, I'd suggest looking at other Beach Front property homes.

We have enjoyed our stay in Oceanside two years in a row. The accommodations are excellent especially the roof top open air patio which we enjoyed every night during our stay. I would recommend Beachfront Only to everyone.
