This is such a beautiful home with lots of space. Its a gated community. Host was prompt to respond to all queries. The location was amazing. Everything was right in the area. I would definitely book this house again.

My family really enjoyed staying in this home while we were in Florida. It was a cute and cozy home. It also had extra beach equipment for us to use on our stay (beach chairs/bikes/wagon). We had a small family reunion and we’re able to fit 3 families comfortably in this home. The kids loved it! Jeff provided us with detailed instructions on checkin and checkout so everything went smoothly! I would definitely come back and stay here if we come back to Florida! Thank you Jeff!

This house exceeded our expectations! The owner helped with all question and needs that arose. The pictures don’t do this house justice. Here is my list of thing I would tell the families after me to ensure best experience or reduce worry- -pay attn to distance - owner is correct, pool close to walk but beach too far for anyone carrying stuff or with kids. Rent a golf cart and the quick 1.2 miles drive to the beach access with 10 golf cart parking spots - it was July 4th holiday, parked without issue and never crowded Beach (it’s left out of the neighborhood and last beach before WinnDixie) -Downstairs bathroom small but met the need - Kitchen stock amazing (everything u need to cook or prep) - Drive way small- fits 2 cars+ golf cart- can put golf cart or compact in garage but tight. all amazing Beach items they provide. Talk to owner if you are bringing more than 2 cars to get a plan. He is amazing and honest to give info to help - AC is amazing and worked like a charm, so grateful after being in the heat all day -Very clean -What a dream to store beach stuff in garage every evening and we put a towel down at entry - worked like a charm to prevent sand in house! Not a single issue with pests-very very clean. I will return and the bar is set high now! Thank you for sharing your home, it was a lovely vacation!

This property is everything that you can hope for in a quality VRBO experience. The house is near the beach, the owners communication was superb, and the house was beautiful in a great location. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Property was beautiful. Everything needed was there for cooking utinsil, plates, pans etc. The area was clean and relaxing. When opportunity knocks again i will be back. Thank you!!!

Our trip was nice, the house is set is a great location, nice and quiet. We had no problem letting our children ride the bikes through the neighborhood. Community pool is a short walk from the house. Beach is a little longer but still doable if Ben with tired kids. The house was fit all 12 of us nicely. The host was quick to respond to our questions and concerns and very tentative. Thanks for letting us stay at your house we can’t wait for next time.

This beach house is more beautiful in person more than the pictures. Everything that we need for a family vacation is already included. Community is gated and quiet, beach is walkable. Overall stay is great. We wished we to stayed longer.

Renting the property was easy, but I asked for a handicap assessable but it was NOT the home was beautiful but my handicap nephew couldn’t get his chair in shower the trip was really miserable for him the bathroom it self was extra small all the other rooms and bathrooms was upstairs 😂😂😂

Overall the home was nice. Had a few things wrong toilet wasn't clean, hair was left in tub, and sink. Everything else was nice. It's a great place for a family vacation.

14 family members stayed at this beautiful house for our summer vacation and everything was excellent. All of us were comfortable because it is spacious. We enjoyed our walks to the beach and the bikes that were at the property. We will stay here again

My family enjoyed our stay in Miramar at this property! Well-kept house and well-manicured lawn. Unfortunately, bunk room TV doesn’t work, as well as the fan in the Queen bedroom. (someone was sent to fix the fan but wasn’t able to be fixed.) Love that the property has equipment for use (i.e. bikes, boogie boards, wagons - though some of each were broken). Garage was very cluttered with all of that equipment, as well as an old couch and shelving system. Which is fine - just don’t count on using the garage for parking! We didn’t have any problems with the cleanliness of the house except for we found play costume jewelry in the Queen bedroom bed that wasn’t ours so that made us concerned about the linens being changed.

The host was awesome with assisting us with any questions. Great neighborhood! Overall highly satisfied.

Everything was easy from booking to checking in. Looking forward to my next stay!

very great visit in Destin and property was nice along with location. It was clean and had a lot of amenities to enjoy. Absolutely no complaints and no confusion about how to locate, access and enjoy the property.

We had a great time here the house was spacious enough for our family really enjoyed the bathrooms in most of each rooms gives everyone privacy. There were a few things not up to par but Jeff was very responsive and accommodating.

We liked the location. It was a hassle to pull out to the Main Street, scenic highway. The walk to the beach was acceptable. Thank goodness it wasn’t too hot. It’s a short walk to the pool. The floors were very dirty. Be sure to have socks or house shoes on. My daughters feet was black underneath. The pull out couch did not work. Under the couch was filthy. Their maintenance guy came to try and fix it, no success. The internet did not work for the first 24- 48 hours. You can’t park on grass or street, but the driveway is super tight. Only two of the four bikes worked. I never did get the televisions to work. We had fun, enjoyed each other and focused on the positive. I would give it a 5, but I never give a 5 if I don’t plan to book again. However, the communication was great, but I’ve never had to communicate with a person so much due to so many issues. Beautiful space though.

The overall experience was awesome, the host were communicative and very accommodating. The home its self was wonderful, spacious and true to pictures. My family and I had an awesome time and definitely will stay again. We recommend this home to anyone looking to feel at home while on vacation.

We loved our stay. This house is beautiful, comfortable, and has a great location. The hosts were very accommodating and the check in/out process was perfectly smooth. Bring basics like salt, sugar, coffee, coffee filters, and detergent.

This house was perfect for our group of 14! We had 8 kids and 5 adults. The access to all the beach equipment they had provided in their garage and the bikes made our beach even more enjoyable with all the kids!! The owners had Great communication! We will definitely be returning in the summer!!!!💛

The place was very clean and as described in the listing. One star taken off because almost all guest were effected by hurricane Ida, and while we were thankful Jeffrey let us book for another time it would’ve been much easier for a refund or at least half of refund. Most of us weren’t able to attend due to our houses condition. I understand this is his “business”, but have a little sympathy.

The house was clean and met our family's needs. The areas that were not awesome: the neighbors had a huge party and it was loud (cornhole in the road). We didnt realize we needed to go to the public beach and the public beach we chose was over three quarters of a mile away. Overall those two things didnt detract from an awesome time and neither should cast negativity toward the owners or their property. Our family felt at home there during our stay.

We rented the property for a week and it was absolutely as described. The house was absolutely perfect for a group our size and offered all the amenities needed for our toddlers and young adults alike. The pool was well kept and the walk was not bad at all. The house was beautifully decorated and well stocked. I especially appreciated the right amount of bath towels that accomodated all of us. I reached out to Jeffrey a couple of times on how to get around and he was incredibly responsive. I highly recommend this property.
