K+K's cabin was perfect for our family to gather for Thanksgiving and the Rivalry Series game (civil war) at UO. Even better than the home and beautiful peak location was the hospitality--a beautiful table set for Thanksgiving dinner and delicious (and huge) cookies and muffins to welcome our family. We had 2 parents and 4 young adults and were very comfortable downstairs and in the loft. The kitchen was amazingly well stocked with every dish and pan that we could need for our far away from home Thanksgiving. I highly recommend this wonderful home and host !

This is a beautiful home. Very inviting. A great place to relax. The view is amazing all the while nestled in the forest. We saw deer grazing around the property. I would recommend staying here. We are already planning our next stay.

We had a great weekend here. The home is spotless and there were extras like freshly baked treats! The atmosphere is very relaxing and all beds and furnishings very comfortable.

We LOVE this place! I stayed here for a friendsgiving and it was so amazing I had to bring my girlfriends back for a phenomenal girls weekend! The house itself is so beautiful, the attention to detail here is above and beyond. The beds are extremely comfortable and the living room is the perfect spot to chill and feel the warmth of the wood stove. Oh and the view A+. The house was perfect Beautifully decorated with welcoming touches such as baked treats and fluffy robes. It was more than we anticipated

From the time we pulled into the driveway of the home it was exactly what we imagined and more. The view was absolutely stunning! We were down there from Canada for a UO football game and it was easy to get to the stadium from the location of the home. Inside of the house was beautiful and clean! Exactly what the pictures show! Such a beautiful property! You won’t be disappointed booking with Kelly!

Our stay was so wonderful! As an Oregon native that’s moved away, I wanted to feel like I was in the lush green forest with the ferns, and the ivy, and super tall trees I remember from my childhood, but not be too far from the city. This place fit the bill exactly. The view is amazing, the 3 decks are amazing, the bathroom is amazing, and the beds are amazing. Also, the hosts are amazing and really know how to add those thoughtful touches to make you feel welcome and comfortable. We hope to visit again.

Our family absolutely loved this home. It was well appointed with thoughtful touches that welcomed us, including the smell of home baked cookies! The home was clean and comfortable. The views stunning. We enjoyed all of the homes amenities and it’s close proximity to anything we needed. The neighborhood was excellent. This is a must stay property. Highly recommend.

We were all impressed with this beautiful home. The views were so wonderful to watch as we enjoyed the deck and listened to the waterfall. Helped us all relax and enjoy family time together.

This house is stunning. It is located just far enough out of town to feel like you are really away from it all, but close enough to access all the amenities of the cities. The pictures show exactly what you get. Wonderful stay!

We had a multi-generational group that so enjoyed getting time to cook/eat and hangout together. Weather wasn't great so we were mainly indoors but the patio was beautiful as were the indoor facilities. The hosts provided nice extras such as a couple days of coffee, cooking oil etc that are so much of a pain to get when you have only a couple days of vacation. We also really appreciated the freshly-baked snacks provided given that we arrived exhausted at about 1am after a long day travel. Wonderful to feel at home immediately. Thank you Kelly and Kelly

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It is every bit as striking as in the pictures. The backyard deck is a wonderfully peaceful place to relax, converse, and just take in the lovely view. Its the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. In the morning song birds, in the evening frogs from the small pond serenade you. And when we first checked we found an amazing assortment of home baked goods waiting for us as an unexpected bonus treat.

We were visiting for our sons college graduation, and had some family members joining us. The prices and availability in Eugene were awful. We took a chance on staying out in Springfield at Kelly’s house and it was terrific. The setting was idyllic. Quiet, wooded, sunset views. Nice wood burning stove and Alexa for music. Relaxing outdoor seating, and comfortable beds. Even more unexpected were the fresh-baked treats left around the home for us and the bottle of wine. Such a welcoming touch! Only two things to be aware of: 1. The driveway is up a steep gravel road and not all cars may be well suited for it 2. The upstairs pull out couch was uncomfortable for our son. Neither of these would stop us from returning. We are grateful for the sharing of this lovely home.

We loved our stay at this wonderful cabin. A handcrafted log home with a splendid view along with a water feature the babies enjoyed watching. Very private with plenty of space. I highly recommend this listing!

Can't recommend this place highly enough. Had a wonderful stay with generous and excellent hosts who made us feel welcome at every turn. The house was as lovely as the pictures show, if not more. Houses often seem smaller in person than the pictures but it was not the case here and everything was well proportioned. Thank you, we'll be back!

We visited for 2 nights for the Oregon v UW game in November. This is an annual event for this group. We had the grandparents & friends, the parents, and our 2 granddaughters and our au pare (9 of us). From the moment we arrived we were continually impressed. Kelly had this very special place so beautifully decorated for the season and for our specific occasion. She had a full display of UO spirit decor, a lovely bottle of wine, and a very sweet note welcoming us all, even the Husky in the group. 😉She had special baked goodies at every turn. The house is beautifully appointed in every way. There were plenty of age appropriate toys for the kids, which they loved! The kitchen was amazing (plenty of everything and then some), the bedrooms so cute with wonderful beds. The setting is so beautiful, with gorgeous windows to let it all in. Lovely spaces to enjoy the outside as well. I can’t say too many positive things about this place. The master bathroom is like a spa, spectacular! The second bathroom has a beautiful antique bathtub, a bit tricky for the “elders” to get in and out of. We all (including the kids) said we wished we had planned to stay longer. We hope to rent this place again. Kelly is definitely a class act, you’ll feel spoiled!

This place was AMAZING the details the owners put in to make it an absolutely perfect experience was unbelievable. Everything was ready for us even décor for our Ducks game and the fireplace was ready to light. If you want somewhere close but feels far away this is the house you want. I could keep going on about it but better just experience it for yourself. Loved it

We had a wonderful stay at K&K's Cabin (really more like a lodge). So many unexpected extras like snacks and bottled water. The views are amazing! We will absolutely book again.

Beautiful location! Beautiful views! Fully equipped with wonderful supplies! The owner certainly has a decorator’s touch! We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen as well as the exceptional bedding and linens. Excellent experience!

All we can say is wonderful! The pictures on the website are just a glimpse of how amazing this property is. Spent so much time on the back deck looking at the mountains. Privacy- but just a short drive to anything you need. Eugene is a great location to explore the forests and the coast. We’ll definitely be back. The Fitzgerald’s were wonderful hosts. The location was great. Very quite yet close enough to be able to quickly get to activities. The house included everything we could have needed. The owners were great to communicate with and replied quickly when we had questions. A great experience!
