Had a great time location and accommodations were great

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Jim was great and very responsive, the unit was clean and spacious, and just across from the beach & boardwalk. We would definitely stay here again on our next Jersey Shore trip!

Family of 4 stayed for a week (Sat to Sat). So close to the beach, places to eat, amusements, etc. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation! Was sorry we had to leave! The week went by too quickly! Property Manager was very friendly and helpful!

Immediately across the street from the boardwalk, but not noisy and crazy. Our granddaughter loved it!!

Property manager was easy to talk to.easy check in. The furnishings were nice. Great location. Could use a few cosmetic upgrades. It was a great family vacation.

We were pleased with our short stay. Unfortunately, someone in our party became ill and we had to leave early. The condo was exactly as advertised with plenty of room and equipment/supplies. Other than the floors, the condo was neat and clean (the floors were a bit dirty). The condo is conveniently located for access to the boardwalk and the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and a supermarket close by. The most impressive thing about the property is the property manager/owner - Jim. He went above and beyond to address our concerns. We plan to return to the Jersey shore next year and will definitely stay at one of Jim's properties.

Overall it was wonderful. There are no supplies so we had to buy clothes soap, trash bags, bath soap.We needed a few more bath towels. Recommend Blackout shades in the bedrooms the street lights shine through all night. It was nice to be so close to the beach but noisy all night til the boardwalk closed. We were on the 1st floor and the people upstairs were banging around at all hours of the night.

This was our first time in Seaside. The property is in the center of it all. All you need in walking distance. The unit was large and clean! Very happy with our stay here.

Great location, very clean.

We stayed here for our Girls Weekend. The unit was spacious and very clean. The check in and check out prices was a breeze. Jim was very responsive to my messages. There were bath and beach towels but we couldn't find any washcloths. We also couldn't find any blankets, but that wasn't a big deal for us. The proximity to the beach was great and the beach itself was really nice and clean. The boardwalk had lots of fun and delicious food choices. The boardwalk got a little wild at night. Some in my group could hear a little noise, especially on Saturday night, but it wasn't disruptive. Would definitely stay here again if we return to this area.

Great location for family with teens. Walking distance to boardwalk, arcades, amusing park and beach. My 15 y/o girl took 2 friends with her. Perfect for them. Jim responds very quickly. I’ll recommend a cutting board in the kitchen and some more big dishes to carry stuff from the grill but not a big deal. Location and apartment was great, modern, renovated and not to crowded with extra stuff or furniture.

Excellent ocean location for families young and old. Seaside Heights boardwalk and beach 1 block away with tons to do. 4 beach passes and 1 parking space included. Clean and comfortable. Could use a few more convenience items. Shampoo, conditioner, soap. Laundry soap and dishwasher tabs. Otherwise all good.

Up from Georgia between Lacrosse tournaments, a couple of dads along with girls from the team found this fantastic condo directly adjacent to the boardwalk/beach and all the action of Seaside Heights. Couldn't have picked a better place. Everything inside was new and clean. The area was fantastic - something new to do each night we stayed. Even found a farmer's market nearby! Would absolutely stay again!!

The location of this property is excellent if you are looking to be a short distance from everything. The property is very clean and the check in process was very easy.

This condo was more wonderful than expected! Located just steps from the boardwalk where you can visit the local beach to the left, or a private beach in Seaside park to the right. It was so nice to be able to walk to the house to cool off, use your own restroom, grab a snack, etc. It was very clean, and nice that there were families and people of the same age in the complex so it wasn’t a lot of partying happening. Beds were comfortable,, shower pressure was amazing and we even asked where they purchased the couch from! Will definitely stay again in years to come! Super easy and low key check in and check out! Couldn’t have asked for better! Thank you

We were 3 adults and two children. Very spacious and clean. An amazing location for small children, teenagers, adults. Just steps to beach and boardwalk. A few more kitchen items might be helpful if you want to cook. Ex. cooking sheet for french fries or any oven baking and a cutting board. Otherwise, well stocked. Beds were comfy and linens were a big plus. JIm, the property mgr, was very easy to reach and accommodating. Hope we can get there this summer again!

Our family of five adults and one baby shared this three bedroom unit for four nights. We were looking to spend time together and relax, and the location of this unit was perfect for that. We didn’t need to drive anywhere during our stay as the beach and the boardwalk were less than a five minute walk from our front porch. Everything within the unit was brand new. It was very clean and Included clean linens. The manager was friendly and responded to us quickly when we had any questions. We enjoyed sitting out on the front porch with our grandbaby and watching people walk by as they headed to the beach and the boardwalk. Other people staying in the building all seemed to be families and were very pleasant. We had a very enjoyable and memorable experience together and we would definitely stay again.

This was my first time at the Jersey shore. Much better trip than I expected. The unit was perfect and 100% as photographed/described. You walk out the door and you are literally less than 5 mins till you’re on the huge board walk. Only two things could have improved our stay - more than 1 dedicated parking spot - less noise from the upstairs neighbors who work from home. The property manager Jim was very responsive in the days leading up to the trip, post arrival, mid stay, and after. I’ll definitely rebook this unit for when I plan my next trip!

We stayed with friends for a long weekend and couldn’t get over how great the location was. Literally across the street from the beach and within walking distance of great coffee, bagels, restaurants and more. We were worried about noise from the Beachcomber, which didn’t end up being an issue. However, two of bedrooms are up against the parking lot of another property so there was some late night noise. All that said, it didn’t take away from the great time we had. The place was clean, spacious and had all of the amenities we needed for a short stay.

Perfect family vacation start to finish! The place is impeccably clean and the location can't be beat! We were steps away from the boardwalk and beach! Loved being able to have so many food options less than a two minute walk away. The beach tags were a convenient add-on, as was the sheets and towels being included. Jim was available and responsive, ensuring that we had a perfect family getaway!

We spent 5 nights at Jim’s Seaside Heights property. The unit is clean and new, easily accommodating 5 adults for a family vacation with our adult children. A few small issues came up and Jim quickly resolved each of them quickly. We made use of the kitchen and even used the bbq grill in the parking area. The area is lively, probably not the best spot for a young family- the Beachcomber bar at the corner partied all night! It was very convenient to the beach and boardwalk- fit our needs just fine. Great stay with an easygoing, flexible host!

Super clean brand new great host!

We had a great time during our stay to Seaside! The condo was amazing and clean and the owner was super responsive and friendly during our entire stay. The location is PERFECT! It’s within walking distance to the beach and boardwalk-we often walked in the morning to grab some delicious coffees! I’ll definitely be staying again the future! Thanks for everything!

Jim was a lovely host, and definitely made an effort to keep his guests comfortable and ensure a great experience. He has taken previous feedback to heart and made several adjustments! The property was very clean on arrival, and the rooms had full linens and 2 beach towels each. The 2 beach passes available were for the FunTown Beach, about 3 blocks up the board walk, and less than 5 minutes walk. The beach was well maintained and clean, which was lovely. Jim was kind and shared some drink tickets with us, and was also very attentive, when we had a minor repair on one of the beds. He was accommodating and we appreciated the perfect location of this condo. Would recommend for anyone trying to get the full Boardwalk experience!

This was a fabulous vacation location...we were able to enjoy the beach, the boardwalk, the fabulous food and music at the Beach Comber! The host was attentive if we needed anything and the condo was clean, well stocked and very comfy.

We loved our stay here! We were one block from the ocean. The beaches here dont have bathrooms so we were able to easily go home for this. Tons of fun on the Boardwalk and great restaurants. The unit was brand new and 3 beds 2 baths so plenty of room for everyone. Huge couch in living room. Beach chairs and beach towels provided with the rental. All around great place ! The manager Jim was always available by txt or in person to answer any questions.

Our family of 6 plus an infant stayed for 3 nights during Father's Day weekend. The unit was clearly brand new, all new appliances, fully stocked kitchen with dishes, utensils, etc. I will breakdown below some things to keep in mind. 1. Check-in wasn't too bad although there was some confusion initially about the unit but that was cleared up with a call2. The posting originally stated 2 parking spots which was one of the reasons I selected it since we had 2 cars. After we had already booked, the owner indicated that there was only one spot available at the property and that we'd have to drive a few blocks to find street parking. I see that he has now updated the posting to reflect this, but that wasn't the language when we booked and was inconvenient.3. There was plenty of activity on the street/in the neighborhood - but the noise did not get into the apartment which was great4. Unfortunately while there was no noise from the outside, inside the unit there was plenty. Between the plumbing pipes clanking, the A/C unit and the constant noise from whoever was occupying the upstairs unit, it was somewhat disturbing. 5. The host, while reachable by phone/text, wasn't very pleasant. He did not check in once during the time we were there to see if everything was ok, and the day we were checking out, even though we crossed paths, he struggled to say good morning. 6. Check-out: the night before checkout I get a long list of instructions from the host telling me we needed to remove all of the bedsheets and used towels and put them into separate bins in the laundry room, and rinse all the dishes and put them in the dish rack, etc. etc. I have never received such a requirement from any host in the past - that is what we pay the cleaning fees for. These tasks added unnecessary stress the morning of checkout. 7. The two beach passes are NOT for seaside heights beach, they are apparently for an adjacent beach called "Fun Beach". That wasn't clear/obvious since we were from out of town. Our family went to the Seaside heights beach, purchased passes for 4 since we assumed we had passes for 2, and then at the entrance we were told the beach passes are for "the next beach"; by that time we had already bought 4 passes so I got 2 more8. Floors were actually dirty - my infant's feet were black after one pass crawling

Very nice condo. Close to beach and boardwalk. Online listed two parking spaces, beach chairs and beach towels. Well only one parking space, two beach towels ( five guest occupancy) and no chairs. We had ours so we’re good . Not enough coffee mugs. Overall besides thes little things the place is beautiful. Keep up the good work Jim.
