Lovely hotel and nice location
Room was pavement level and fairly noisy people walking by ..won't be staying again as far cheaper quiter places .available in same location

The hotel is well situated in the old town.
There was a space for mum to park a mobility scooter and the lifts were always working.
We had 2 rooms with a connecting door which was lovely.
Good choice of restaurants at the hotel as well as nearby in the town.
The staff were excellent, helpful, courteous and made our stay very special. They were very thoughtful and treated us like one of the family.
The only addition which would have been nice in the rooms would be a full length mirror and a bit more storage, more coat hangers, drawers etc.
A pool would complete the deal but this is not possible in the old town.

The location of the hotel and proximity to the beach wascexcellent. Breakfast could be taken outside the hotel and it is waitress service to order. Spacious room. Very friendly helpful staff. Fragrant hotel. Located on a lovely square with lots going on. Short walk to park the car. Lovely beach. Hotel has its own pub and a lovely rooftop bar.
Maybe a self service buffet would be nice or a combination of waitress and self service.

Location was excellent. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. We tried Casa Fina and the rooftop and both were super.
Breakfast was adequate but the location could be in a much nicer place such as Casa Fina indoor outdoor areas for a better start to the day! Also although the hotel lobby was gorgeous the toilet facilities were very disappointing. The rooms were comfortable but lacked a couple of simple necessities such as tissue paper :-(

We had a beautiful room with double balcony overlooking Plaza De Flores. Staff were all welcoming and pleasant at all times. Breakfast was superb and the surrounding restaurants covered all cuisines. Thank you everyone for making our visit perfect 👌

O edifício é lindo e fica numa pracinha linda. Atendimento e simpatia dos recepcionistas. Drink de boas vindas.

Zurzeit wird umgebaut, der Frühstücksraum liegt im Keller. Nach dem Umbau wird das bestimmt anders sein. Das tat dem Ganzen keinen Abbruch.

Die Lage im historischen Zentrum nicht weit vom Strand. Das schöne Hotelgebäude und das schöne Zimmer. Die vielen Cafés und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Plaza de los Flores genau vor der Haustür.
Die sehr laute Müllabfuhr nachts um 2 Uhr (!) empfanden wir als nächtliche Ruhestörung.
Auch könnte im Zimmer ein Garderobenhaken an der Wand angebracht werden.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. The room was beautiful, clean and very comfortable bed and pillows, staff were very professional, welcoming and friendly and the location was perfect. Breakfast was amazing too. Will definitely be staying there again and certainly will be recommending to our friends.

The dance music on the roof bar was loud and probably needed something a little more relaxed as it didn't fit in with the rest of the hotels environment

wir haben nicht gefrühstückt, die Bar und das Bistro sind gut, aber auch schnell gefüllt, die Lage des Hotels ist super, Parken kann man ca. 200m entfernt von 1€/Tag(öffentlicher Parkplatz) bis 17€/Tag (Parkhaus), Personal sehr freundlich, gute Ausstattung an Handtüchern etc. auch Kaffeemaschine mit ausreichend Kapseln plus Wasserkocher, sogar jeden Tag neues Trinkwasser in Flaschen.
as Restaurant im 5.OG ist eher nicht zu empfehlen, das Doppelbett sind 2xEinzelbett, aber nicht fest verbunden, d.h. der Absturz in den Graben ist vorprogrammiert

Het was erg warm op de kamer en airco werkte niet goed en je hoort de mensen en muziek van de bar op de top vh hotel wel erg goed. Maar wij sliepen ook op de verdieping daaronder. Misschien lager geen last van….

Me encantó la decoración, la ubicación perfecta (aunque no se puede acceder en coche y hay que ir con el equipaje desde el parking más cercano, deberían habilitar un carril para al menos dejar la maleta e irse a aparcar), el personal muy profesional y amable. Absolutely stunning Hotel.
The Room Hibiscus was beautiful and with dual aspect Juliet balconies to front and side.
The breakfast was perfect although I think having it in the restaurant on ground floor would be nicer than basement area.
