Wonderful dog-friendly home with stunning views! The hosts were warm and welcoming and don't miss a detail- right down to the brownies or fresh flowers that greeted us!!

I cannot say enough about this listing. First, it is a stunning property situated on a hill overlooking the Carmel coastline. The place has it all - a state of the art kitchen, a balcony with a table and chairs to enjoy the view and centrally located within just a few minutes from Downtown Carmel. Our hostess was very attentive to us and was a delight. It was a memorable experience to say the least.

Great hosts, chocolate brownies and fresh flowers, well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds , good space and awesome view. Cannot fault anything.

This property exceeded our high expectations. Not only is it located in one of the prettiest places on earth, the house is well layed out, the views are spectacular, the owners care about their renters experience and it is well equipped. Very pleased.

This house is an excellent choice very quiet, very private, and an amazing house. You're expectations will be exceeded. Owner is very good with communication and ease of use. Incredible for small or large gatherings enough space for all. The views are spectacular and memorizing. BOOK it now-worth the money!!

It was fun to meet Jaimie when we arrived, but the warmth and thoughtfulness of the owners would have been apparent even without the personal greeting. When she heard we were celebrating birthdays, she added a festive cake to the flowers and cookies that are part of her welcoming committee. The house is comfortable, extremely well equipped and located close to town and valley. Plus the hot tub and fabulous views! We would definitely return!

From the available slippers when you walk in the door to the homemade rosemary shortbread treats to the terrific restaurant recommendations and everything in between, Marielle went out of her way to make our stay perfect. The house is wonderful, the view is amazing, and the location is great. We recommend her home as a great base to explore the area and will certainly look to stay there on our next visit.

Literally anything you need (including a ton of pantry staples) are available. The view is AMAZING. The pictures don’t do it justice. There are three separate back decks and all are incredibly private/neighbors can’t see you. All overlook the valley down into Carmel and the view from the top floor has beach/ocean views. Second, our host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We were staying here on the first leg of our honeymoon and she left a full on gift bag of snacks and other goodies, put matching robes for us in the bathroom, and left flowers and homemade brownies in the kitchen. Marielle was SO responsive whenever I had questions about the house or wanted recommendations about where to have meals. Just blown away by the hospitality. If and when we are back in the area we will 100% stay here again!!

Host was super responsive with answers to our questions. She provided so many nice touches-amazing welcome bag of goodies including treats for our dogs! House was wonderful - views from huge living room windows and from deck for meals and another deck for hot tub. Kitchen had everything including espresso machine. Location was ideal for trips in area up and down the coast.

We had a wonderful stay with our friends and dogs. The home is very well appointed and looks out over the entire valley and Carmel beach. Relax in a comfy chair and watch the clouds and birds. Marielle and Jamie are the kindest hosts - they clearly love hospitality and we felt so welcomed at the home. The neighborhood is peaceful, the gardens and trees are beautiful. The hot tub literally is the largest you’ve ever seen at a home! The home is a quick drive into town (not walkable)! Two of us worked from home and the internet is perfect for multiple zooms simultaneously. Would love to stay here again, thank you Marielle and Jamie!

Where to start… Amazing views, great location, beautiful home! Super well appointed, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, lots of towels, toilet paper, paper towels (I know this sounds weird but after staying in many short term rentals, this is a big deal). We have already been in contact with the owner to rent this place again. Highly recommended!!

The home was beautiful and very comfortable. It has everything you might need , and is stocked well with cooking utensils, spices, condiments. It also had the most amazing views. Marrielle, the owner, was exceptional. She texted and called to make sure we were comfortable and everything met our expectations. She even ordered an extra large dog bed when she found out the dog beds weren’t large enough! We were lucky enough to meet her our last day when she came over with freshly baked scones. Would definitely recommend this home for anyone planning a trip to Carmel We had a wonderful stay.

She text us the next morning after our arrival to see if we were enjoying our stay and to see if we needed anything.. We had used the hot tub the night before and it was acting up a bit so we told her about it and she sent someone out promptly to fix it. The views from the 3 balconies were incredible and so inviting. We loved using both the gas fireplace in the master and the wood burning fireplace in the upstairs family/dining room. Everything was perfect and we hope to go back again. Jeff and Teri Miller
