This place was infested with bed bugs. My 19 yo daughter got eaten alive. They wouldn't move us because we could infest another place. I only got a $600 refund. The place needs a serious deep clean, besides the bugs.

The property is fantastic! Lots of room with zero issues. Our children had a wonderful outside. The TV on the patio is great. The kitchen has everything you need.

This casa has it all! Our family had a wonderful stay here and will definitely be coming back. The house is extremely clean, spacious, and has every amenity you may need. The pool and putting green were an added bonus and allowed for fun quality family time. The location of the Casa was just a short drive to Scottsdale and downtown Phoenix. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. We went on many runs and walks around the area. A short walk to the canal path system. 5 stars for this great stay!!

House was beautiful and bigger than it looks in pictures. The backyard is clean beautiful and has great space for games. Unfortunately, the house was pretty chilly and they had no couch blankets. Lol then it got too hot! We couldn’t adjust the thermostat so that was a bummer. We just adjusted a little with different clothing and started the ceiling fans which was great to have! The biggest bummer was the fact that my kiddos picked this house for the yard games displayed on the photos ( ping pong table and connect four) but the ping pong table was warped beyond repair in the garage and there was no connect four except the chips in a dirty toy box with garbage in it. I tried to clean out the garbage out of the toy/pool box as best as I could but I didn’t want to throw anything out on accident. Long review but we really loved the house. It was in a great neighborhood and my family was pretty comfortable in it. I would suggest to upgrade the master bedroom mattress… it was stiff and just a queen… but some people might like that :). Thank you for such a beautiful fun home!!!

We chose this home due to the many activities on site for kids. Corn hole, ping pong, oversized Connect 4, basketball hoop in the pool and putting green. Unfortunately, there was no corn hole, ping pong or connect 4 so our two teen boys were a little bored. They're not golfers and the weather was unseasonably cool so the unheated pool was way too cold to go swimming in. There also wasn't a ball to play basketball. There were inflatable tubes but most were popped so unusable. The beds were nice, it was well stocked with dishes to eat and cook with. The outdoor TV was cool. The neighborhood was very nice with some beautiful homes. About a 15 minute walk to the nearest gas station and grocery store but really need to drive to get to a restaurant or any big box store. About a 30 minute drive. We arrived in town 4 hours before check-in and we emailed to ask if we could drop off our bags in the backyard or leave them in the garage and were told we couldn't so we had to lug them around while we killed time before check in. There was plenty of room around the side of the house and the two car garage was empty. Overall, it's a nice home and we'd stay there again without the kids or bring floaties and pool toys and go when the weather is hot.

My brother, sister and I shared the house for four days while in Mesa for a family reunion. It is simply but well furnished; the kitchen is beautiful! We did not use the pool but it looked just perfect. I highly recommend a stay there!

We spent 6 beautiful days in AZ and our stay in Casa Azul was Great! It was so nice to have a cute comfortable place to end our adventures each day! Yard and pool are great we would have spent a lot of time in the water had it been a little warmer outside! This would be a great place for an entire family to stay and play games inside or outside. This house had everything we needed! Thank you!

Love the location and neighborhood, close to the airport, supermarkets, and shopping. The house was super clean and had WAY more space than the photos suggest. The pool and backyard were amazing. We are 100% going back.

This was a great place to stay. Pool is big and fit 7 people comfortably. Would recommend to others and would stay here again.

Our family of four stayed here May 2022 for a weeklong getaway. The photos accurately portray the property and is located in an older, quite, nicer neighborhood. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with how nice, clean, and updated the house is. Not long later we found that the bottoms of our feet were black from the 'clean' floor. After settling in, we discovered the master bathroom's shower backs up over your ankles as you shower. Ew. We contacted Vacasa and they told us they would take care of it as soon as possible. We heard nothing. Called again, told the same thing. Again, we heard nothing. We quit at this point and all used the one bathroom for the rest of our trip. The backyard and pool are the BEST part of this property. The pool is deep, has a hoop and it's HUGE. There are 4 lounge chairs and an eating table next to a putting green that we used A LOT. There are some pool games/ping pong table but unfortunately, a lot are very sun-damaged and broken. If you stay here, you'll need a few things: toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo and conditioner, and detergent. You won't need: hairdryer, beach towels, spices, cooking oils, and dish soap. We really enjoyed our stay and it's a possibility that we would stay again.

We enjoyed our time at Casa Azul. The house is clean and well equipped with all the thinks a family needs to be entertained. Plenty of beds and fresh linens.

The pool and backyard are fantastic! The house has plenty of space and is updated nicely. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. There was not any laundry soap or dish detergent for dishwasher, I suspect this was an oversight since these are usually provided. No regular coffee pot (that I could find) there is a keurig but they only provided 3 keurig cups for 3 days, luckily I was the only adult drinking coffee so it was fine. I don’t always expect that to be provided so I brought my own coffee, but could not use it since I could not find a regular coffee pot. Also no iron or board. The beds are somewhat firm, I found them uncomfortable. Some of the games in backyard were broken, but golf and ping pong was fun! Overall, we really enjoyed the house and these minor items did not disturb our trip, just good things to know for future visits. Would definitely stay again.

Everything about this house was great. When we arrived, everything was clean and inviting. The backyard was everything and more. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because there were no Kleenex anywhere in the house and only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. We had to go and buy our own. Nonetheless, we would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time, the house was perfect for our family, very clean, quiet neighborhood, fun activities in the back yard! The water was too cold to use the pool (mid-March, so no surprise there), it would be perfect for summer though. Overall, excellent and clean house!

This house was perfect! It has everything you need for your stay. It is very clean, comfortable beds, excellent living spaces. It is well decorated! We loved it! The outdoor space is so fun!
