Lovely home with half mile walk to beach with playground and snack bar.

The house was ideal for our two families. We loved have the bikes to head to the surf breaks. And the body boards for those who didn’t surf. The main room was ideal for family dinners and hanging out playing cards after. I can’t wait to return.

This was hands down the best VRBO rental we've ever stayed in. Everything was immaculate. Perfectly set up for a family. So close to the beach. I don't have one bad thing to say. Would definitely come back!

Fantastic trip. The house was perfect. Family of four. Location was amazing. So fun to have the surf boards and wetsuits. Great communication with the owner. We will come back!

Awesome house and location!
This was the perfect property for our stay, which included my family and my sister and her family. The property was beautifully designed inside, and the location, just steps from Stone Steps beach, was perfect for morning and sunset walks along the beach. We especially enjoyed the gathering around the outdoor area. The host was outstanding, and everything was as shown on the listing - and even better in person. They even had a pack and play set up upon arrival for my sister’s baby. We would absolutely book this property again.

Great Shack with a Great View
This is no Shack when you walk in, but we just found it awesome that it was called that for how amazing and brand new everything is.
It is a half a block away from incredible views and a quiet and welcoming neighborhood.

Beautiful Home, Amazing Location
This home is beautifully appointed with everything you need for an amazing vacation. Extremely clean! Outdoor space is relaxing and inviting. Only a short 1 minute walk to the beach. Galyn was a wonderful host with strong communication. We will definitely be back!

Great house! Amazing Location!
The house is excellent, with a wonderful front yard and patio. The inside is clean an spacious. Our family truly enjoyed the home, and the neighborhood! The street out front has limited traffic and is full of folks walking/running. It is steps from a beautiful view of the ocean and steps to the beach. Loved it. Galyn was excellent to work with!

Beautiful modern home, steps from the beach
We had an amazing weekend at this home in Encinitas. The home is spacious, clean, well designed and perfect for indoor and outdoor living. With a group of five adults, we had plenty of room. Stairs down to the beach are just steps away and the villages of Leucadia and Encinitas with their wealth of stores and restaurants are close. The property manager was incredibly responsive and supportive leading up to and during our stay. Highly recommend this property!

Absolutely Perfect Spot in SoCal
You know how some rentals just totally exceed your expectations? This one is that. We were a party of five (husband/wife + 6 year old + grandparents) and this house was amazing. So well laid out (plenty of space!), so clean, uncluttered, and really terrifically located for exploring everywhere from the surf towns of Encinitas and Leucadia all the way down to San Diego. It's a short 3-4 block walk to a fantastic coffee shop and other businesses and you're also super close to I-5, which is great for exploring. And the beach! It's literally RIGHT THERE. Between the wetsuits and surfboards (we never would have done this if it hadn't been for the home's provided equipment!), the arcade machine with 60+ games, and the amazing front yard for lounging, I thought we may never leave.

Awesome & Beautiful Home
Enjoyed a Friendsgiving weekend with 7 friends at this beautiful home & it was perfect for what I was looking for. Super Clean & a Modern remodeled home, Close to the beach & downtown Encinitas & only 20-30 min drive from Various San Diego Hot spots.
We especially loved the outdoor seating area with the fire pit & outdoor dining area. It was also nice that the home accommodates for those that need to work remotely & has separate parking area. Galyn was great and easy to contact.
We Would love to stay here again!

Beautiful home in an ideal location, steps from the beach and waking distance to restaurants. Thoughtful touches throughout house made us feel welcome. Can’t wait to come back
