We were sad to leave today, but plan to return and hopefully book this same 3bedroom/3bath Condo again. It was on the 2nd floor with perfect views of the beach! The condo was clean, well stocked, comfy beds, and overall just a great location! The owners were very easy to work with and responsive to my questions. We appreciated that! We definitely recommend this unit at Sea Viata.

We had a wonderful stay in SPI! Condo was beautifully decorated and clean! They had everything plus more stocked and ready for us! The property was very well maintained and felt extremely safe. Beach access was easy and the view was beautiful! I would highly recommend staying here!

We had a family trip planned for our son's 19th birthday. The condo is beautifully styled, clean and well stocked. Loved that it was so quiet, steps to the beach and with a pool. Gorgeous views on the balcony - a perfect spot to have morning coffee or just to view the ocean in the shade. The beds were super comfortable and we appreciated having 2 king bed rooms. The host was very responsive and we would definitely stay here again. Great for families and those who want a quiet, relaxing Padre vacation.

From the building management staff to the owners, everyone was so kind and helpful. The owners thought of everything. The condo was beautifully decorated, quiet, with ceiling to floor views of the beach. The beach had very soft sand and was very private. This is the first time I have been this comfortable in a vrbo rental. Absolutely Perfect!! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

This was our best location on South Padre on South Padre to date. We have been to South Padre about 7 times over the past few years. We will certainly return in the future.

This property has great access to the beach. The views from the condo are awesome. This corner condo was very quiet and clean. The pool was an added bonus. The kitchen was well stocked for us to make some of our own meals and the ice maker was nice to have. It worked great for two couples with two bathrooms and two king beds. We appreciated the extra amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. The owner was quick to respond anytime we had a question. We hope we can return sometime.

Enjoyed a relaxing vacation. Lots of good food to enjoy and a wonderful view! Host was easily available to answer any questions. Grounds were kept immaculately clean and staff was friendly and courteous. Highly recommend this property.

Had family visiting from Iowa with two young children. Loved how close to the beach the property was. I could sit on balcony and actually make the out at the waters edge.

This is our second year booking with Ed and Betty. The condo was in the same condition as it was last year—very clean, well stocked, and comfortable for the family. We fully intend on booking this same condo, year after year.

The online pictures were nice however, when we arrived we were amazed by the functional floor plan, beauty of the decor and cleanliness of the condo. Thank you for covering the beds with white cotton sheets and beautiful white bedding. Thank you for stocking the kitchen with all the essentials to prepare memorable, delicious meals. Thank you for the beautiful clean furnishings that we felt comfortable to use. The throw blankets, lending library and even reading glasses were a nice touch. We enjoyed our family vacation and look forward to booking again.

Ed and Betty were INCREDIBLE hosts! When I say, I have never had more hospitable hosts, I mean that. Everything was provided for and in abundance. We needed for nothing. My husband's family used to own this condo when he was a child and it was so wonderful to see how beautiful Ed and Betty have made it. Our stay was stress free, amazing and nostalgic. Ed’s place is easily the best Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in. It had everything! We brought a lot of cooking utensils but didn’t need to use any of them! Lots of beach toys, towels, etc. The location was exactly what we were looking for - very easy beach access that also had low foot traffic on the actual beach path. We all loved this stay and hope to return to this unit in the future.

This was a great property for our family vacation!!! The condo was clean & exactly as described. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to walk out the door & be just steps from the beach. The location was phenomenal - with a front row seat to the most amazing sunrises! We would not hesitate to book this property again!!🏖️💛

We really enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect place for my family to enjoy some "family time" and celebrate our son's recent graduation from HS. Everything was clean, the location was amazing, and there were many "extras" included in case we needed something. The only thing I wish was different was the price. Its worth it, but for a family of five (including teenagers) it's a little expensive and not something we can do on a regular basis.

Perfectly clean, great view, kitchen and laundry were user friendly. Beach was so close and the sunrise was beautiful.

Property was just as described but floors were a tad dirty we had to do a sweep,wish there was a mop, but none in the apt. Overall loved our time at south padre and will give sea vista another try next year.

Location and views were spectacular. Condo was very well appointed, it had everything that we needed. Plenty of space for our 3 generation trip that included 2 couples and 2 adult children. Location on the island worked well for us. Would definitely consider booking this property again.

This condo was beautiful and it has a breathtaking view. The location to the beach was wonderful and easy to access. My 80 year old mother in law and 1 year son had no trouble getting back and forth to the beach. It is a really great location for families. The building is a little dated, but it is well taken care of. Ed was very quick to help us out when we were having trouble accessing the property. We will certainly be back.

Our family enjoyed a three night stay. Condo is clean and has breath taking views. It’s cozy and peaceful. kitchen is fully equipped with a beautiful view to the beach. Bathrooms in excellent conditions and extremely clean. Bedrooms are big, beds are comfortable. Pool area well kept and clean. Definitely returning soon❤️ We highly recommend Ed’s place.

Really good place to stay. This room's living area was smaller than i expected, but I didnt look at dimensions. The views and location were terrific. The kitchen was fine fir lots if cooking.

I recently stayed at this VRBO and had an amazing experience. The property was well maintained, clean, and well furnished with all the comforts of home. The location was absolutely amazing, with wonderful views of the sunrise over the ocean. I spent hours just sitting on the balcony and watching the waves come in. The VRBO was spotless, not a sign of dust anywhere. The amenities met my expectations, although the pool was pretty busy most of the time we were there. One of the standout features of the property was the views and the atmosphere, with floor-to-ceiling windows providing stunning views of the ocean. Communication with the property owner/manager was seamless, and the check-in/check-out process was super easy. I would definitely recommend this VRBO to others, especially for the price which was pretty good for 4 beds. The only thing I wish was different was that there was no couch that a grown man could lay down on and take a nap. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back.

We loved how close we were to the beach, and the ability to use beach chairs/towels provided by the owners. The heated pool was a hit with our kids, and unit provided us everything we needed. Great place - would highly recommend!
