Property was great and loved the stay. One problem with a water leak but after some time, we had a work around for a day. Water shortage was an irritant but not a deal breaker for another time

This is a stunning waterfront property with all of the amenities that you will need. The island is not your typical over developed tourist destination. It is a small,tranquil island that is perfect for relaxing and rewinding. We spent our days on the beach and our evenings at one of the local restaurants. Donna and Rhonda helped with all taxi and golf cart reservations prior to arrival. Donna even referred us to a local masseuse named Lucia, who came to the property with equipment in toe and gave 6 massages in one day! We definitely will return! Thanks to all.

Our family stayed the week at this amazing house. It was perfect! The location and views were amazing. Rhonda was such a joy with the check in process and making sure we had everything we needed.

We had a fabulous stay at the house with family and friends for 8 nights. The decor is simple and tasteful, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. It's in a great location too. Thank you so much and we hope to be back one day.

This was our 4th time to stay in this wonderful home and we are already planning the 5th.

Trip of a lifetime! We had the best week at this house, it is so beautiful and the location cannot be beat. Donna was so helpful with setting up taxi and golf cart and giving all kinds of information before our trip. Rhonda, the house manager, was so sweet and helped with anything we needed while we were there. Great communication between them! The house is so clean and stocked with everything you could need. Even games and toys for the kids! Our kids favorite were the little blue kayaks to play in the water. No waves and so calm and quiet- perfect spot for a family to relax. Amazing sunsets. Being on the point of the island was unbelievable. We had a blast golf carting around and meeting people on the island. Wreckers was our favorite restaurant, we went there often! The grocery store is amazing as well if wanting to cook at the house which we did a few nights too. One of our favorite days was a boat day with Capt Todd of True Blue Charter. Swings, pigs, sea turtles and more!! We travel a lot and this is our #1 favorite vacation we have taken with the kids. We will be back!!!! Spanish Wells is the best island. We went to Harbour island for the day once and did not care for it as much - cute but way too busy and crowded. Spanish wells and this house is the place to stay!!

This is the perfect house on Spanish Well. Wonderful beach location and close into town but still very private. Rhonda was very responsive and helpful. The house was updated, clean, and well stocked. We had a little one and we used the utility sink to bathe her which worked perfectly. My only recommendation would be update the beach chairs:)

The rooms, kitchen, laundry room and living were top notch. Thank you for making our vacation perfect. We will be back.

Everything about the house was perfect! Clean, up to date, location was awesome! Donna was great to work with and always responded quickly with any question I had. Rhonda the care taker was also wonderful! Perfect for kids and adults! We are already trying to figure out when we can come back!

This was our second time at this home for spring break. Amazing location and so much to see and do without busy spring break crowds.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house had plenty of room for our party of 6. There was even a bedroom we did not use. The house was clean and modern and provided everything you could need including Keurig, beach towels, kayaks, laundry room, soap and shampoo in bathrooms. It was very nice and had a beautiful view of the beach from the patio. There was plenty of patio furniture to relax on as well. The WiFi worked well and they have plenty of TVs to watch in the evenings. Rhonda was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We would definitely stay there again!

This was a big splurge for us. Way above our normal price range, so I was hoping it would be all it looks like in the photos and description. This place is just amazing, the house is a perfect beach house. Huge kitchen fully outfitted, all the appliances and kitchen ware you need. The bedrooms are big and comfortable and the master suite is fabulous with a killer little balcony porch with a ridiculous view. The beach is huge clean and soft and walkable in either direction. No waves but swimming is nice at high tide. The kayaks and paddle boards were a blessing as well. We used them every day. That really made the beach special. The owner and property manager were extremely accessible and accommodating. I can’t say enough good things about this place and I can’t wait to come back!

There is nothing missing in this beautiful property. (Well, maybe someone to bring you a cold drink at the beach!) Loved the decor. Rhonda is very helpful and answered all our questions and helped in every way.

Cannot say enough good things about this place - from the location and amenities to Rhonda and Donna, who manage the property. They offered to help with transportation once we got there and when we left, which was unexpected and so helpful. The photos of the house truly speak for themselves. The beach is 20 steps away, pristine, and private - with beautiful sunrise views, water sports equipment, and great living space. We had a wonderful time, even with wind and rain. Highly, highly recommend.

Secluded location on the beach side of the island…. Ideal outdoor patio and seating area, large indoor spaces for our group of 3 couples. Well stocked kitchen with all of the cookware and tools needed for us to hole up for a week or more without visiting any restaurants. Great place and we’ll be thinking of it for the next year until we return.

Spanish Wells was beautiful and the home was a great overall choice. We rented a car and explored Eleuthera during the stay, which made us feel great about our selection for Spanish Wells, as the Eleuthera exploration only re-affirmed our choice. The house seems to be recently designed and built- with attention to small details (2 outdoor showers with hot water, individual temperature control for each room, grill) PROS far outweigh the CONS... PROS: 1) The pictures indeed tell the true story of the beach access and beauty at this property. You have 180 degree ocean-views of beautiful water and beach. The back deck and common areas of the house are situated with full 180 degree ocean views that do not disappoint. 2) Property manager (Rhonda) was very quick to respond and address anything needed, and very friendly/helpful. 3) home is lovely, spacious, newly-built, and great for families incl. our infant. 4) The sea wildlife is plentiful and right out the back door (sea turtles every morning, dolphins, sting rays, crabs, fish, conch). There is a massive sandbar that opens up at low-tide, which extends out as a peninsula "into" the ocean about 200m without touching water. 5) golf cart village community was charming. CONS: 1) The pictures don't show it, but there's an another home immediately adjacent to the property on the one side, and on the other side there's a neighbor's gazebo structure (which was mostly unused). So you don't have complete privacy, but those adjacent properties were mostly quiet for us all week. When occupied, you can share conversations with other occupants from your respective decks. 2) The house had an army of big red ants which came out when it started getting dark. Also small black ants. Both types seem like an easy fix with proper extermination, but they were a problem each day and disrupted what was otherwise a great trip and beautiful home. Property manager was nice and did bring a can of spray, but a more global and permanent solution was needed rather than a contact-spray solution for individual ants. There are also lots of house-flies outside and on the deck, which will come inside the house every opportunity the door is open. OTHER: Despite each room having a smart TV, the internet speed and function is most often too slow to watch many streaming services or to use your iPhone for FaceTime. (this may be considered a PRO for people not wishing to work on their vacation!)

Before, during and at the end of our stay, we were communicated with, accomodated, and well taken care of by Donna and Rhonda. All of our transportation was handled, as well as any activity we wanted to do. Rhonda did some shopping for us before our arrival. The property was very clean and well maintained. We couldn't have asked for a more picturesque location. The island and the people were awesome. Very friendly small community. The kids lived getting around by golf cart "Buggy". We will definitely be back.

Wonderful house and awesome location. We have spent a ton of time between Eleuthera and Spanish Wells. Adding young kids to the mix, we needed a large house with all the amenities. With the beach just feet behind the house, and porch that overlooks the beach & ocean…this property has it all. Both Donna and the property manager, Rhonda, were awesome to communicate with. Thank you both for a wonderful experience.

The house was amazing and great ocean views. Donna was great and set everything up for us to get to the house-taxi, ferry and golf cart. Rhonda the house lady was great! She was easy to get ahold of and responded promptly. Even told us about the amazing Papa Scoop’s to enjoy.

Well worth the journey! We had our 5 kids and my brother join us in Spanish wells to celebrate my 50th birthday……the house was beautiful! Our favourite spot was the covered porch which could accommodate all of us in comfort with the most beautiful views! Sunrise to sunset right from that spot! There are great spots on the island to eat, but we were able to also eat in, preparing our meal in the large well appointed kitchen. The balcony off the master is a perfect spot to have your morning coffee. Donna and Rhonda were always ready to help us with their quick responses and helpful advice. We had an absolutely perfect time and created some incredible memories from this magical spot!

The property was fantastic. Very well appointed for anything you can imagine... from cooking in, to playing on the water or beach with all the water toys easily accessible. The house was gorgeous and looked like it belonged in a design magazine. We wish we could have stayed for a few months! Can't wait to go back.
