Exactly as advertised. Awesome place. They should advertise the tankless hot water. For a family of 5, it was great. It was super clean, every update you can imagine.
Really nice neighborhood. It is not centrally located, but still close to all the sites and places to be.
Highly recommend and would stay there again.

Property description and photos are very representative. Great home with large kitchen, dining, and living area. Appears to have been recently remodeled with great appliances. Each bedroom is its own suite with comfortable king bed and awesome showers. We have stayed in a variety of properties in Savannah and this was first with a dedicated, off street parking spot. It was great to know you had a place to park without circling blocks and probably even better not worrying about which day of week street cleaning occurs so you don't get a ticket for parking on wrong side of the street.
The outside seating area and grill were a nice surprise. Property is at eastern edge of historic district and is an easy walk to central historic area and river street. A small coffee shop is literally less than a minute away.
No complaints/concerns and would definitely stay again if have the opportunity.

We had a wonderful stay! We will definitely be back! The host was extremely helpful and very informative! The house was in an amazing location and it was an easy walk anywhere. The layout of the house was perfect and everything was very clean.

Plenty of space with three very comfortable en suite bedrooms for some alone time at the end of the day. Very clean. Owners were very responsive - we had a smoke alarm start beeping the first evening, one text and a maintenance person was there at 8:30 the next morning. Within walking distance of downtown. Would stay there again without question.

We were visiting Savannah for the first time as three couples. House is even more beautiful than the pictures. Every bedroom has a comfortable king bed with amazing pillows and it’s own modern bathroom. Location is ideal, easy walks to restaurants, shopping and river walk. The owners were very responsive. Any question or issue was immediately addressed. We’ve stayed at many homes and this was right up at top of the list! Highly recommend. We’d definitely stay again, no hesitation.

The house was absolutely gorgeous! Marble countertops, all king-size beds, trendy light fixtures, and beautiful furnishings. And the location was perfect! Walking distance to River Street and great restaurants. I will definitely stay in homes offered by this company again.

House worked well for our group! It was easy to walk to wherever we wanted to go in Savannah, and then we had a nice place to relax and hang out in the evening. The beds were super comfortable and all the bathrooms have recently been redone. The only small piece of criticism I would give the house is that we did hear some traffic outside when we were sleeping. I wouldn’t say the road was busy, but the age of the house and the single pane windows probably contributed. We would definitely stay here again though.

The property is absolutely stunning and the location is great (walk to river street or Broughton)! The kitchen has everything needed to make all your meals if desired. The grill on the back porch is in very good shape - we used it one evening. Highly recommend this beautiful home for a stay in Savannah!

The house was beautiful and easy to find. The location was perfect and we were able to easily walk to restaurants, River Street, and many historical sights. Could not have asked for a better location!
Beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious, and everything was very clean. A full length mirror would be a nice addition for getting ready to go out but we did fine without one. Thank you for opening up this beautiful home to share!

Great location - close to the River Walk and reasonable walking distance to almost everything else. The DOT bus stop is very near, as was the tram stop. House was beautiful! We had a little trouble getting in with the code when we first arrived but the property manager was extremely helpful. The garbage cans on the back deck were very full - looked like they hadn’t been emptied for a long time.

Had a fun weekend away in Savannah and this was the perfect place to stay. Very clean and spacious! Everything was updated. We didn’t have any issues and plan to stay again!

We stayed here for our girls weekend and it was the absolute perfect set up. The 3 master suites worked perfectly for our group of 6 and the unit was clean, nicely decorated and spacious. Walking distance to pretty much everything and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!

We're Not City People
My husband decided it's time to try a city vacation and we haven't been to Savannah as a family yet so why not. The place we stayed was picture perfect and I really enjoyed the layout and amenities.
However, Savannah isn't a place I would recommend vacationing at for a week. It's a 1-2 place to visit.

Loved our stay!
We loved the house!! The bedrooms were absolutely perfect for three couples. Would have been nice to have more seating in the living room. The couch was very low so hard for my elderly parents to sit there. Loved the location. Overall, loved the house!

Very accommodating and responsive
Beautiful, spacious, comfortable place within walking distance of many Savannah attractions. Owner was very responsive and accommodating! Our group of 4 friends arrived early and the owner was so gracious in allowing us to drop off our luggage at the home before check-in. We no sooner arrived at the house and someone was there to open the door for us I highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again!

Great house in perfect location
Me and a group of 5 other girls shared this house. The house is gorgeous and was very clean. We loved the location as it’s a very short and direct walk to downtown. We had no issues with accessing the house or parking. Communication was easy with the rental company! Overall, I would highly recommend!

Nicest Place we have Rented on VRBO
We have rented many times through VRBO and this property hands down is the nicest we have ever rented. The location is superb close proximity to EVERYTHING! High end appliances and furnishings, countertops, nd mattress was like sleeping on a cloud! The owner was very responsive and informative, Thank you for sharing this beautiful place with our family! I would Highly Recommend this property, and would not hesitate to stay here again myself!

Girls weekend away
We had a few girls spend the weekend in Savannah and this was a great spot. Less than a mile walk from the downtown river street with tons to do. House was very clean and accommodating. Would definitely go back and stay here again! Only downside is there’s only 1 parking spot other than that there’s paid street parking.

Disappointed
The thermostat would not stay set, so it would get hot at night. Sheets were that micro sheet...very hot and asked for a lightweight blankets, not comforter but they did not have any! Did not feel it was close to much, so Uber or walk a lot!
Bathtub drain broken so could not even use and they did not fix it, even though I asked them to. That was one reason we booked this place so there would be a bath for relaxing at the end of a long day. Dogs next door barked a lot. Street noise was constant at night and master bedroom was hot, unless doors were left open and then it was too light! Very expensive for these issues. And couch was good if you are a midget. But new interior and clean.

Everything was lovely
Everything was lovely. The manager was easy to get in touch with for the minor questions that we had. My only slight problem was that the mattress downstairs was a little soft for our liking--not too comfortable.. But, besides that, everything was great.

Review
House was great! Liked the location and cleanliness. Staff responded quickly to questions. One of the thermostats was unnecessarily complicated and wouldn’t maintain the desired cooler temperature for overnight. Bryce came by (he was very nice) and also struggled to fix the problem. After about 40+ minutes, he figured it out. We would recommend a new less complicated thermostat. The name of the WiFi network that was sent to us ahead of time was incorrect. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place!

Clean and cozy.
Excellent location. Extremely clean and well kept. Pictures accurately reflect the layout and furnishings. Ideally furnished for short stays. Needed some extras to accommodate our longer stay which were supplied.

Great location
The pictures don’t depict the exact unit you will be renting. It would be better to show the pictures for the actual unit being rented. It is plenty of space with a couch and one chair in the living area which was fine as it was only 3 ladies. However I was going to rent it for three couples and I don’t think the seating would be sufficient. The unit is beautiful with top notch appliances and service for 12. Extremely comfortable beds were a treat! It is light and bright making for a delightful vacation! We enjoyed every minute.

Wonderful accommodations!
We loved our stay at this home! Modern, updated, clean, comfortable furnishings and beds! Features a small, safe yard to easily let pets out. Closets are spacious, showers are spa-like and the beds are so comfortable. Covered free parking is another huge plus! Highly recommend!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Amazing experience all-around from communication, to ease of access, to being an absolutely beautiful, and super functional space to accommodate our bachelorette party. The parking was a 15-second walk, the proximity was amazing to the areas we wanted to visit. Needless to say, the bride-to-be was over the moon with how impressed she was at the accommodations. Definitely recommend for anyone staying in Savannah!

Property was a great location - close to everything! House was lovely - loved having a bathroom in every bedroom! Kitchen was awesome! Host was amazing - so kind, welcoming, accessible and very accommodating!! We will definitely stay here again when we go back to Savannah!

Great location and property
We had an excellent stay at this property. There was a brief check-in glitch, but Joe took care of it promptly, completely and satisfactorily. The unit we were in has been very recently remodeled. Everything was clean and comfortable. Mattresses were great! We had a party of 6 and never felt crowded. Location worked well for us. It's a block from the Pirate House Restaurant which is one of the on/off trolley stops so it's easy to get around the city. 5 minute walk to the Waving Girl statue on River St. Parking is a little tricky for multiple cars - there's only one reserved spot for each unit. But we had a terrific time! We recommend and will look at staying again next time we visit the city.

Excellent house
House was extremely clean, and the downstairs is very spacious! The bathrooms are perfect and a group of girls had no problems showering and getting ready at the same time. The beds were so comfortable multiple girls checked the tags for mattresses and pillows. Our access code was incorrect but the first call was answered and it was fixed in under a minute. Would absolutely stay again

Wonderful stay
Although the night of my check in I didn’t have the exact address and couldn’t find the property, couldn’t get an answer from anyone and had to pay extra money for a hotel room, Joe made sure he followed up the following morning and was willing to comp for the first night since I didn’t stay. However the property was so cozy and comfortable I asked if my stay could b extended if possible and I wouldn’t worry about the comp for the first night. Joe checked and was able and willing to extend my stay. I will definitely be booking again.
