My family planned a weekend to celebrate my birthday and we couldn’t have been happier with this house. It is beautiful, nicely decorated, has everything you can possibly need and extremely clean. We are a family of 8 including a 3 and 6 year old. We loved going in the jacuzzi and the kids loved the obstacle course. Unfortunately we lost one day to rain so we were not able to enjoy all of the outdoor amenities they have in the garage. I wish we could have stayed an extra day! The house is about 30 minutes from Newport which makes it very convenient. Some of the reviews mentioned the close proximity to Route 1. Yes, the house is on Route 1 and it is close, but we didn’t see that as a problem at all and didn’t really notice the noise from the traffic. We highly recommend this beautiful home. The house worked so well for our family of 5 adults and 1 toddler. We loved the outdoor shower and the hot tub. We didn't get to use all the sports equipment in the garage.

This property is perfect for our annual Girls Weekend/college reunion trip! Plenty of room for all in the house. We thoroughly enjoy the deck and the hot tub! The location is great with several fabulous restaurants close by and Newport just a short 30min drive. This is our 2nd stay at this property and we can’t wait for the next time!

Excellent property, the house is very comfortable and it’s well-stocked with everything needed to enjoy time on the property or at the beach. Proximity to Rt 1 was not a problem at all. We had a great long weekend.

We stayed for a weeklong end of summer family vacation and really enjoyed our time. The home is lovely and stocked with more than you can even imagine from cookware and utensils to board/yard games and beach accessories. It is right off the highway, but you really don’t even notice as the yard is large and fenced so the passing traffic wasn’t even noticed. The fire pit was a hit with the kids and the frosty mugs in the freezer were a nice touch for the adults upon arrival. Brian was quick to respond to any questions and was very accommodating. The only thing we wished we had was access to a walking or riding path accessible right from the home so we could have used the bikes so graciously provided by the host as we don’t have a bike rack for our car. This did not have a negative impact on our stay at all since there were plenty of other things to do. The location of the home was very convenient as it is just a short drive to multiple beaches, restaurants, Icecream stands, shops and the Block Island ferry. We had a wonderful family vacation at a wonderful home. Thanks, Brian!

We were in town for college tours for my oldest daughter. We really enjoyed the comfort of the home. It was very well stocked with everything you need. Even beach chairs, bikes, boogie boards, beach towels. We had a great 6 nights here. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful week with our 2 adult daughters, their spouses & 2 grandchildren (ages 9 & 12) at this VRBO. The house is lovely: very clean, is VERY WELL supplied (including lots of high quality cookware & unbreakable glassware & serving platters,+ paper products & lots of kitchen basics such as spices). It has very updated appliances, bathrooms, flat screen TVs, outdoor grill, hot tub and sooo many outdoor games,(including the slack line set-up in the shade., sports equipment, bikes & beach amenities of all types. We were also quite satisfied with linens & towels & the washer /dryer are quite new & well-located. I especially enjoyed the physical property--it is a beautiful large yard with lovely stone walls & large trees and native plantings. The deck, the fire pit with striking blue Adirondack chairs, the level grass play space, the grilling area are all very attractive separate spaces with with plenty of room for a large group in each. The views from all around this well-tended house are so pleasant--very green, restful & bucolic--a New England style yard & garden with varied terrain and LOTS of space! The owner was very responsive & helpful re: a few questions throughout our stay. No complaints other than slightly difficult access from the adjacent highway (which is out of the owner's control & does NOT have any negative effect on enjoyment of the house or yard). All of our family agreed this house deserves the highest rating.

Clean, fully stocked home with many fun indoor and outdoor amenities. Fun for children and adults alike! Brian is a responsive host. Close to the highway, but still a great location and close to everything we wanted to do. Had a great time!

I've stayed at several VRBO'S and AIRB &B and tjisbhas by far surpassed any expectations! EVERYTHING was thought. I packed as if I was staying in a hotel and when I arrived realized I needed nothing! Kitchen was stocked! Garage had oitdoor games, bikes, and a little obstacles course! The property has a hottub, BBQ, fire pit and is so relaxing! Next year this is my spot!

The property was a great place for 6 of us to spend a long weekend! It made for a great home base for a friends’ wedding, and the hot tub, firepit and various outdoor seating areas were very well used. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals and the beds were super comfortable! The only slight negative was how close the house was to the main large road, but the sounds were actually not too bad during the day and barely noticeable at night. Would absolutely stay again!

Myself and 7 friends from college thoroughly enjoyed our girls weekend in celebration of our 50th bdays! Brian was a pleasure to work with and was always very quick to respond to any questions before, during and after our stay. The house has everything you could want/need from bikes, beach chairs and coolers to plenty of linens, towels, and pillows! We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy each others company in the living room on the chilly Friday night when we arrived. The large desk right off the kitchen also had plenty of sitting room and was very comfy. The yard is beautiful and the hot tub was the icing on the cake of a relaxing weekend with friends. The house is just a quick drive to the beach, Narraganset center and Newport...all which we enjoyed on our weekend too! Thanks so much Brian we all can't wait to return to your beautiful home!

This house was perfect for us! It had everything we needed. All the beds were very comfortable, with nice linens. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, plus a huge assortment of non perishables, so I’d definitely check in first before going to the grocery store. The star of the show for us though was the backyard! Beautiful, private, and plenty of room! The fire pit was awesome, and it was great to have the hot tub too! My granddaughter loved the swing and obstacle course too! The host was a great communicator and everything was exactly as described! We will 100% stay here again, in fact we can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

We rented this house for a weekend stay as a home base between activities. Everything was immaculate upon arrival. It has a spacious kitchen, very well maintained grounds and a lovely atmosphere all-around. The owner is very responsive and there were no surprises! Overall, we were extremely happy with our rental and highly recommend this listing to anyone staying in the South Kingstown area!

This is a great property! Close to beaches, cute towns, and amenities. The house has anything you could ask for from a fully stocked kitchen to beach chairs and lawn games. There was something for all ages. The outdoor and indoor space is comfortable and relaxing. It is located off a main road and a little tricky to find at first, but the lawn space is wonderful and you don’t even know there is traffic near by. Definitely want to go again!

The host has this house stocked with everything from beach chairs to yard games. Plenty of outdoor space to relax and hang out. Location between different beaches was great, tennis courts a short bike ride, etc. our family enjoyed our stay very much.

The house and property are beautiful. My young grandsons were with us for the first half of the trip. The spacious yard gave them ample space to run and play. This property is so well equipped and comfortable for all age groups. There are bicycles, games etc. for all. I cannot think of anything that the owner did not consider for guests’ stay.

Very much enjoyed this property. Clean, modern. Great location, not too busy, but within minutes to restaurants, beach and fun. Kitchen is well stocked with everything needed from pots/pans and utensils to spices and storage necessities. Garage is full of outdoor entertainment options and necessities for the beach. So nice to not have to think about bringing those items with us. We have rented many homes over the years, but the ropes course was totally unique and great fun for all the ages of our family! Would def stay again!

This property is amazing! It has all you need and then some! The house was comforting with modern design and touches of the original building. The yard really is breathtaking. So large !! Great for entertaining adults and children . This by far is the most beautiful house I have rented!

I had a very nice stay with my friends at Brian’s property. Nice and close to a lot of great places like east matunick beach, captain jacks and the oyster house.

Clean, very well equipped house with lots of amenities.

The house is directly off route 1 N, although you’d have to listen very hard to hear traffic. Kitchen is large and roomy with loads of accessories. Many places to hang outside: fire pit, hot tub, and a deck with a pergola offer great space for relaxing and chill time. Family room is smallish and dominated by a large sectional sofa. There were 4 of us in the house. 2 stayed in the 1st floor bedroom, while the other 2 stayed in one of the 2nd floor bedrooms. It’s worth noting that the 3 second floor bedrooms are very small with not much room to navigate while changing your clothes. The shower pressure is minimal but serviceable. Although it was advertised to be air conditioned, the window units were not installed and stored in a closet. Thankfully, the weather was cool for our weekend stay so it wasn’t an issue. All in all, it was a pleasant place for the 4 of us over a couple days, but if you filled all the bedrooms with adults, it would be very tight and crowded especially given there is only one 2nd floor bathroom. It’s much better suited for a family with young kids, especially if the weather is nice.

We rented this property for the weekend of my step daughters graduation from URI. We had a lot of different groups of family and friends who were in the area to celebrate and this property worked out even better than we had hoped to house several of us and serve as a gathering place for meals. The home included everything we could have needed and more. It was clean, super comfortable, really well maintained and full of helpful extras like coolers, beach chairs, lawn games, fire pit, hot tub, great outdoor seating, washer dryer and plenty of towels and linens. We were really impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was, anything we needed we found, which is not always the case with rentals. The outdoor space was gorgeous and comfortable and the small ropes course outside was an added fun bonus for the kids in our group, as well as the Pac-Man game inside! Having this as our meeting point/gathering place was exactly what we needed. Brian was easy to communicate with, although we really didn’t need anything because everything was so easy, including check in/out. Thank you!

We had a fantastic time at the property, absolutely everything you could need to entertain a group. Very clear instructions from the host made everything very easy. We would definitely stay again and it would be great for a family holiday in the summer. A note for future renters to be aware of - the turn off from the main road is pretty sharp so you need to keep your eyes peeled the first time you arrive, especially if you are getting there in the dark.

This rental home came with the most amenities I’ve ever been to, from bikes to all the cooking you need, including flours or any sort of basic products for use. The rental home was kept really clean, too.
