We really loved our stay at your home! First time using a rental home vs hotel. It was my husband and I, and our 2 adult kids. Perfect location for short walk to a hike, quick drive to shopping, groceries and restaurants. This house has truly beautiful views! It’s also a VERY well organized and well stocked house. We were very pleasantly surprised to find so many pantry and kitchen items available for us. We had a wonderful time!! Thank you!

Loved everything about this beautiful residence in a scenic neighborhood. Well equipped house, beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds. We brought my elderly parents to Arizona for their first time and this home couldn’t have been a more perfect place to stay.

Our family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was roomy, well appointed and they had nice little touches like coffee filters and an extra tank for the bbq. The living room was perfect for family karaoke and the table was big enough for dinner conversation. The kitchen was perfectly equipped. The backyard seating area was awesome for morning coffee and even better for evening star gazing. Waking up to the big floor to ceiling windows in the kitchen and living room and the view of thunder mountain made every day start and end perfectly. I hope I come back to Sedona again, and I will Definitely stay here.

Our granddaughter was getting married at a local venue. Her mom, sisters and families stayed at the Rodeo house. It was perfect in every way! The views, landscape, decor, furnishings were first class. Rent this home!

Beautiful, convenient area.. Very comfortable great room open concept. Only drawback was one full bath was in master and was too inconvenient to use by others.

Destination family wedding! Perfect for our group of 10. Great views, location, quiet neighborhood. Close to everything. Beautiful furnishings, clean and well stocked. Could have used more hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels for 10 people. Nice patio area and landscaping! Very appreciated by all of us. Thanks for a very nice stay

My friends and I are all moms of teenagers, and we were looking for a beautiful place to relax, hike (a lot), and take in some fresh air. This lovely home was perfect. The view from the rear of home and outdoor seating area were amazing and the attention to detail was spot on. We are already planning another trip and plan to stay here again. The host was very communicable and the check in/check out processes were very straightforward and easy.

This property was a beautiful respite to a U.S. East coast winter. It was conveniently located and beautiful! The beds were particularly comfortable and views spectacular.

This home was the perfect fit for our family getaway. Our party of nine spanned three generations. The home is beautiful and the most well-appointed we have seen. Every drawer and cabinet in the kitchen was clearly labeled. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and the provided towels and linens were high quality. The view of Thunder Mountain is gorgeous and the Sugarloaf trailhead is a short walk away. Very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants and a short drive from downtown. We would most definitely stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend this home to friends and family. It served as the perfect, comfortable home away from home to experience Sedona and the surrounding area.

Booking and pre stay communication we’re great. Property was very good, just needed a few tweaks. Thanks for a great stay! Put in a call for more towels, had a good conversation…then never received a call back or follow up.

This house was really amazing. As soon as we walked in, we were in awe with how beautiful both the house and the views were. The views of the red rock mountains were exactly as the pictures show. The house was in a great location - down the street is a grocery store and some restaurants, and it is about 5-10 minutes to the tourist area where there are lots of shops. The bedrooms were all extremely nice and clean. The living room was my favorite place to be - I loved all the furniture and decor, and watching TV while looking out the window at the mountains was pure bliss. The backyard is also really nice, it felt like there were little surprises everywhere you looked with all the plants and trees. We brought our dog and they were secure in the backyard. This was my first time using vrbo so I am not sure if it is customary, but there were lots of items in the home such as toiletries, soap for the washer, cooking supplies, dish and dishwasher soap, coffee, and so much more. I recommend this place in a heartbeat, and I will be staying here again next time we go to Sedona.

House was wonderful and very clean! We were looking for a large home for our group and found this. Ample space, lovely decor and had all the amenities we needed for a large family. Location was perfect in Sedona. The house was in a great neighborhood. Highly recommend!
