This was a great house for my friends and our kids to enjoy spending time together. Everything was clean and as listed.

We enjoyed our stay with extended family at the Arundel on the Bay house. We found the house to be very clean and stocked with plenty of dishes and cooking items. Plenty of seating for our party of nine both in the living room, kitchen, and dining areas. We found all the beds to be comfortable including bunk beds and office bonus bed. All the appliances were clean and worked great. Location was very peaceful and quiet. We saw deer and foxes in the neighborhood. We would rent again!

We had a group of 9 guys plus a Newfoundland dog and we had a blast. The neighborhood is quiet but you can still have fun and hang outside. We brought kayaks and bikes which were great to have with the water so close. Downtown Annapolis was a 15 minute uber bur well worth it. Try the Iron Rooster for an awesome breakfast.

We really enjoyed our time. Home was great, near the water and in a very quiet neighborhood. Annapolis was close by and we went into town twice. Vince and I communicated often by email and text. He was always prompt and helpful. Thanks! We really enjoyed our time at Arundel on the Bay.

Clean and well maintained property near the water and away from the crowds, traffic and noise of downtown Annapolis. Easy 10-15 minute drive to downtown and USNA. Property had everything as posted. The only amenity missing is an ice maker, but there is a huge freezer with several ice trays available. We bought a couple bags of ice that easily fit in the freezer and provided more than enough ice for eleven people for our three night stay. Parking may be an issue, though we had five cars strategically situated one evening of our stay when we had additional friends and family visit. I would definitely rent this property again.

House worked out great for our family of 12.

A little bit of a drive to Annapolis proper and downtown, but a nice, quiet location with a large yard and fire pit (needs ashes cleaned out). House was great and comfortable and accurate to the description; one zone air conditioning worked okay but during the day it was warm upstairs; could have used more toilet paper, but overall, well stocked, clean and plenty of everything we needed. Highly recommend.

The house was in a perfect location. We had a group of sailors staying here for a regatta at AYC. Everything was as it needed to be.

This house was perfect for our large family get-together. We especially loved the large porch and outdoor area. The bunk room was perfect for the grandkids. It’s an excellent location for visiting all of the wonderful things to do in the Annapolis area.

Beautiful well appointed and immaculate property. Pictures on vrbo do not do it justice. Ample open living space private bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms and a lovely water view backyard. Perfect neighborhood to walk and recreate. We were so pleased that upon our arrival the entire house was cleaner than the average hotel room . Loved every thing about this property. We will definitely return in the future

The house was perfect for our family vacation - great location, quiet neighborhood, loved that our dogs could join us and we got to enjoy the water. We hope to be back again!

A lovely place to stay. Close to the water for kayaking. Biking trails nearby. There was also a lovely park nearby for hiking and birding. It was a 15 minute ride to town, which had wonderful shopping and restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked and the living areas were well laid out and spacious. Plenty of comfortable beds. The outside had a nice deck with water views and a fire pit with 6 Adirondack chairs. Overall a great house!!

The house was perfect for our family of seven and 2 dogs. The neighborhood was scenic, right on the water and close to Annapolis. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable for our family visiting our midshipman at USNA. Peaceful location, excellent communication with the homeowner. We would stay again.

We rented this house for a family reunion to celebrate a 75th birthday. Everyone was over the age of 70 and the layout of the house was perfect especially the bed situation. We used the fire pit and took numerous tours of different areas in Annapolis. The location of the house is a plus as grocery stores and pharmacies are close by. I would highly recommend this home for large gatherings.

This home is in a nice and quiet neighborhood but yet within minutes to grocery shopping and restaurants and a lovely park on the water. There is a nice yard with a fire pit where the family gathered and roasted marshmallows. The home was very welcoming with its lovely decor and welcoming appearance. The game room provided a special treat for the big and little kids to use. The downstairs has a well equipped kitchen with a bar suitable for at least 8 people to sit. There it opens to a living room with a comfortable couch and a dining table that all 10 of us were able to sit for games and meals. There's a master bedroom downstairs with a very comfortable bed and an accompanying bathroom. With several bedrooms upstairs and the convenience of two full baths everyone was able to sleep comfortably and find solace if/when needed. We have a few questions when we first arrived and the owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. We would do happily lease this property again for a group of 8-10 people. Thank you Vince for this wonderful atmosphere that really helped make our special family event a wonderful and memorable occasion!

quiet and serene neighborhood with little beach nearby and close to Annapolis.

We had not been all together due to Covid in 2 years. There was sufficient room for all eight of us and our beautiful pet. The location is very accessible. Neighborhood is wonderful for walking. People are very kind. We are most grateful and look forward to returning. Vince is very communicative. We have a couple of suggestions which might be helpful. No matter this is a five star keeper of a spot.

This property was incredibly spacious, conveniently located to town, very clean, and the owner was more than accommodating. He was responsive and willing to answer any questions we had. We didn't get to use the fire pit, or get to enjoy the nearby water, but the house was everything we had hoped. Thank you!

Go palace for a gathering. Parking is a problem for more than 4 or 5 cars.

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much and would return. The house was as advertised, very spacious for the 3 of us family members, and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Great location close to a small beach, and about 15 minutes away from restaurants and things to see/do in downtown Annapolis.

The house is beautiful with a plenty of gathering space as the kitchen, dining and living room flow together. It was very clean and comfortable and family friendly complete with plastic dinnerware, kids books and lots of game. There was a dock right close by where we were able to launch our kayaks and canoes and the paddle out to the lighthouse was a lot of fun for the older "kids."
