I was celebrating my daughters 15th birthday and I asked staff for a decoration at a table for breakfast and they said it was such a short notice .

location is close by the city and nice!

upon renting the place, it was not disclosed to us that the rooftop pool and some of the other amenities were not available due to remodeling. there were so many construction workers daily and loud noise were being made. There was a siren or an alarm that was going off at random for duration of two days( our last two days ). we didn’t get any asleep. the windows are not double and out side noise was coming in. loud partying neighbors kept us up all night. there was a disgusting lost and found box in one of the cabinets In the living room with a used c..k ring with pubic hair on it. that should have been a given to be thrown out. over all bad experience

The plumbing in my room wasn’t functioning properly in my bathroom. The room was very charming though.

warm water was unreliable and inconsistent, we ran out of shower gel by the end of our stay, no telephone in the room

This property is the perfect proximity to Zona Romantica. a really quick cab or uber ride or it can be walked. it’s about a 15-20 minute walk along the beach.

Loved the 2 infinity pools especially the rooftop pool with amazing views. We also loved that there were 2 restaurants onsite, one at each pool. The 3rd floor restaurant offers breakfast and lunch and the rooftop restaurant offers lunch and dinner plus a full bar. Both were reasonably priced and had plenty of options. The location to the closest beach is a short but steep walk down a cobblestone street from the lobby. At the end of the street there are beautiful, rocky beaches just to the south that are mostly private and fun to explore. Or to the north you can walk along the rocky coast to Los Muertos Beach and the Romantic Zone. It’s a little tricky in some spots, stairs and rocks, but we enjoyed the exercise and it’s not very far. Maybe 10 minutes. You can also take a short taxi or Uber ride. Uber is less expensive. Our unit (12B) was gorgeous, very spacious, tastefully decorated, well stocked, very clean and had amazing views from the balcony. Beds and furniture were comfortable and we loved that we could play our own music throughout the unit using an app. We also appreciated that the water purification and filtration system allowed us to drink the water from the refrigerator and provided clean ice! We didn’t do a lot of cooking in the unit just because the onsite restaurant was so convenient and reasonable and there are so many wonderful restaurants close by in town. The concierge does offer a private chef option but we preferred to dine out. The concierge can make reservations for you, but I found it just as easy to use my OpenTable app which listed all of the upscale restaurants we wanted to go to. One downside was that the phone in our unit didn’t work to order room service. Apparently all of the phones were “down” during our stay. But for us this wasn’t a huge deal. Maxwell Residences offers concierge texting and a website to assist you with excursions, in room services, anything you might need.

It was a fabulous stay, from the time we checked in, to the time we checked out. Beautiful place, great location, and very attentive and friendly staff!

My room was big and smelled real good. The bed was comfortable. Everything was good.

There was no room service. I wanted like a bowl of fruit and some drinks and I couldn't get them to my room. Also, there should be a way to make the room lighting able to dim. But that's just being picky.
