This property was absolutely perfect for our week long stay. We were escaping the Minnesota winter /spring and it was everything I could have hoped for. I am not the lead parent (my husband is) but we split our family trips this year so he took the older kids to his family and I was solo with the three younger ones to visit my brother. Thanks to the amazing layout and supplies of the home, I was able to accomplish things with MUCH greater ease than in my own house. The pool was a MUst for us, and it’s temp was always perfect. I LOvED the ease of the robot vacuum. Simple to charge and clean. Darcy was available for any questions, and we certainly hope to come back anytime I need to visit my brother. Thank you so much for a great and memory filled week!

For the second year in a row, we've stayed at this property due to the extensive amenities provided, its close proximity to a variety of venues, and its overall appeal and charm. The hosts, Darcy & Bruce, are super-attentive and just great folks.

We enjoyed staying at this house. The check-in process was easy, communication was great - and the listing set our expectations appropriately. Pool was warm and perfect for our kids, with plenty of pool toys to keep them busy. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinners, pack picnics, and eat breakfast before our outtings. We did one beach day and borrowed the beach chairs, the umbrella, body boards, and a cooler. How lovely and easy! Some of us went for runs and walks in the neighborhood - it felt safe with many neighbors out walking dogs and stopping in the street to chat. The house was clean upon arrival, minimal checkout tasks, and just the right size for our family.

We had a wonderful family vacation with our two adult children. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped and had everything we could possibly want. The house layout was great, with very comfortable seating inside and out. The orientation of the house provided sunshine on the pool for almost the entire day, therefore when we ventured out we felt comfortable we would always have sun while swimming in the backyard pool. A portion of the the backyard patio area was covered, which had comfortable seating for those who wanted shade rather than sun. The Sonos sound system gave of the flexibility to play fun music inside and out. All in all, cant wait to go back!!

This home is beautifully renovated and updated. The living spaces were cozy and relaxing. The bedrooms were well furnished with comfortable beds. Each bedroom has good lighting and a ceiling fan with remote. The living room has a large Fanimation ceiling fan that is stylish and effective. The updated windows and doors were very energy efficient and helped keep the home cool during the hottest time of the year. The garage was very tidy and we really appreciated the Speed Queen washing machine for doing laundry--one of the best! The kitchen was a great place to hang out and sip coffee and eat breakfast in the AM. The large shaded sitting area by the pool was a great place to sit and chat while the kids enjoyed the very well maintained pool. The landscaping was mature and beautiful and we appreciated the natural shade on the shallow end of the pool which gave the little kids some protection from the sun during the morning swimming sessions. This home is in my favorite, childhood neighborhood and was close to all my family in the neighborhood. The host was professional, responsive and gracious. We will return and enjoy it again in July 2023. We loved it!

While the circumstances of our trip to FL were not that of pleasure, we were able to unwind and enjoy our time together because of this rental! It was perfect from start to finish, honestly. The house was very clean and well stocked with the basics plus some. Darcy was a pleasure to work with and kindly accommodated our last minute late checkout request…you will want more time to enjoy the pool, I promise. Can’t say enough about how much this stay meant for our family. We will be back for an all fun visit as soon as we’re able!

My husband and I rented this property for our adult family members to stay during our son's wedding. They don't get to see each other often and we wanted a space for them, away from the hustle and bustle of wedding prep, to have a vacation and spend quality time together. This was the PERFECT choice. The home is lovely, with everything you could possibly need. Check-in was a breeze and Darcie and Bruce were accommodating and delightful to work with! My aunts are already looking forward to returning again next year!

This house has everything you need to walk in and start enjoying your vacation. Spotless throughout. Pool was warm and the outdoor seating was perfect for all 7 of us to have meals together as a family. Many great family memories where made. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This was a great choice for 5 of us in town for a reunion. Everything is accurately described in the listing. The decor is stylish and comfortable, and we enjoyed the patio seating and pool. The host responded instantly to questions and we appreciated the plentiful supplies. Would definitely come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay. The house was clean and as advertised. Kids loved the pool and the outdoor space was fabulous. Neighborhood was pretty quiet. We have a family and there was plenty of space for all 6 of us. I would recommended this property.

The quiet, private backyard with sparkling pool and comfortable furniture was a perfect start and end to our day. This home exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to come back!

The property was as advertised, had everything we needed, and we were not disappointed. Comfortable shaded outdoor space with sunny area poolside. Would have preferred if there were premium TV stations available without having to download apps. Owners were helpful and responsive, and we had little need to contact them.

This home is absolutely beautiful! Darcy and Bruce thought of everything you could possibly need. The home is also very clean and comfortable to stay in. My family had an amazing time here and we would definitely stay here again.

The house was lovely! Everything was so organized, clean, and exactly where I would have things if it was my home. We had a great time in the pool but I was a little cooler than what we thought it would be also the jacuzzi didn’t have bubbles but overall it was so beautiful and comfortable. My family and I had a great time! I hope to be able to stay there the next time we visit Palm Beach.

The house was better than advertized and the area was great, close to Delray downtown and the beach. would definitely recommend.

We had 2 family’s staying in the house. We absolutely loved that there were 2 king size beds and 2 queens with a trundle. We spent most of our time outside on the covered area from morning to night. Everything about the house was great! The details of great linens on the bed, plenty of towels, the basics to get our trip started were fantastic. The owners really thought of everything.

What a terrific house! Truly exceeded our expectations. This was our family’s first time renting a vacation house and the bar is now set very high. Fantastic location-10 minutes from Atlantic Avenue and the beach. The house has everything you need and then some to be comfortable, many extras, well appointed kitchen, a home away from home, beautifully decorated, wonderful outdoor area and pool, you don’t even have to leave. Darcy and Bruce are very responsive and helpful as well. We would definitely stay here again.

This home was the PERFECT venue for our family of young adults for our family Thanksgiving getaway in Florida (our daughter began her career here so we moved our family Thanksgiving from IL to FL). We have been renting vacation homes for 20+ years and can honestly say this was at the top of our list of “most impressive”! The home is impeccably appointed, remarkably clean and extremely well equipped with everything you need to ‘feel at home’. We will most certainly be back! This home was good. no complaints that actually affected our stay. the owner was very responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is really beautiful and well done, and we really appreciated the good amount of towels and bedding available. The kitchen was amazingly well stocked, it had any utensil you could need to cook any meal. They also had water, coffee, spices, and even some food in the pantry (which is not usual in rentals). The pool was comfortable for our family and kids to play. We did have to turn on the filter when we got there since it was off, but that wasn’t an issue at all. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

This house exceeded my expectations. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need! Darcy was wonderful to work with. I cannot say enough about how much we loved being at this home for our visit to South Florida. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at Darcy and Bruce's beautiful house. The house is exactly as described and we had such a great time. The pool and outdoor yard is amazing and we picked both fresh mangos and starfruit! The house is stocked with everything you can possibly need and the office is a huge plus, since I had to work a few days. I HIGHLY recommend this property and would definitely book it again without hesitation!

We were blown away at house nice this home was. Honestly felt like a new home. It was a perfect spot for our family getaway, and we highly recommend it. The house is very modern and has a refreshing vibe with many upgrades. The owner was very accommodating with great communication. The home also provided many extras both inside and outside the home, such as pool floats. The outside pool/patio area is a tropical oasis that is very private. You will not be disappointed for choosing this property. We will be back for sure. FIVE STARS
