We stayed here for 5 days. It’s very quiet and convenient. Steps away to your mini beach experience. The ocean walkway is such a gem leading to Perkins cove for lobster rolls! Great experience.

This renovated condo is perfectly situated within easy walking distance of all the places you'll frequent--Marginal Way, Perkins Cove, Shore Rd, Ogunquit Town Center and Beach. Enjoyed ocean views and many sunsets from the balcony. We forgot the building key one evening, but Kathy was able to quickly get the super to let us in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

The location is perfect.A 15 minute walk or less gets you to all that Ogunquit has to offer.Great dining,shops and the beach.The condo was wonderful,clean,comfortable and a great view.

We loved everything about our stay at Kathy's condo! We could not take our eyes off the spectacular views of Ogunquit Beach from all the windows. The condo had all the modern amenities with a charming, old cottage feel. This was our first visit and hopefully, will not be our last!

We really enjoyed staying here! There is a big deck where you can see great views of the ocean, and the area around the condos. The space was perfect for us, with two bathrooms, and a very comfortable king bed. It was wonderful communicating with Kathy who was very responsive, and even checked in with us the day we arrived to make sure all was good. We love Ogunquit, and this condo is in a great location to walk to town, Marginal Way, and Perkins Cove. So happy we stayed here!!

My wife and I spent a wonderful relaxing, refreshing, quiet and peaceful two weeks here. The condo was exactly as advertised in every respect. The view from the deck, indeed every window, was great. We are 79 and 78 respectively and past the point where we have to be doing something all the time. We spent hours sitting on the deck sipping wine, watching the surf, nibbling crackers and cheese, and just enjoying being alone together. There were evenings when we sat long after dusk just enjoying each other and the sound of the surf. That is how quiet and peaceful it was.

Cute condo with a great view! Perfect for a couple who want a nice getaway in a perfect location. Adjustable bed was really comfortable. Unit was nicely decorated and clean. Communication with the owner was very efficient and she made sure everything went smoothly during our stay.

In addition to having the most amazing view, the condo is immaculate, beautifully decorated and well appointed. So close to everything yet private and quiet while we were there. Would love to return same time next year.

The condo is absolutely adorable, and has beautiful views of Ogunquit Beach. The location is perfect because you can walk to so many attractions in Ogunquit, including Perkins Cove. We have been coming to Ogunquit for years and we have never had such an amazing view! Perfect location to walk to anywhere, well appointed with a comfortable bed (hard to find on vacation) and did I mention the view? The owners put much thought into the furnishings and we couldn’t have been happier. An interesting addition was the photo album of postcards of the history of the Lookout. It was so interesting to see how it has transformed over a 100 years. You won’t be disappointed.

We just completed a 3 week stay at this wonderful condo. The ocean views from the Kitchen, Living Room, King Bedroom, and Large Deck are mesmerizing as you look out over the full length of Ogunquit’s beaches. We found ourselves dining in more often than usual because the views from the deck eclipsed what most of the town’s restaurants have to offer. The unit is newly decorated with stylish beach house flair. Kudo’s to the decorator! It was perfectly stocked with everything you would need for your stay. Kathy was extremely accessible and a pleasure to work with. We loved this place! Can’t wait to return in 2022!

Clean, updated condo in perfect location. Can walk to just about anything in town. Highly recommend and plan on returning.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Sitting on the deck, or even in bed, you gaze out over the ocean and Ogunquit beach. The building, overall, was extremely quiet with no rowdy partiers and no traffic noise. The owners have done a fantastic job decorating the unit. You certainly know you’re at the beach! With a great attention to detail, you will lack for nothing.

This was the perfect place to stay in Ogunquit! Super clean, wonderful layout, very short walk to the Marginal Way and the little beach at the bottom of the hill. There's also a FABULOUS VIEW of the ocean from every window as well as from the deck! We've been vacationing in Ogunquit for the past 20 years and have never wanted to go back to the same place twice. FINALLY (!), we found the perfect spot and we've already reserved it for next year. Kathy is a wonderful host. She reached out a few days before our trip with directions and suggestions of places to visit and then she sent another message the evening of our arrival, wanting to be sure that check in went smoothly. When we had a question mid-week, she responded right away. Can't wait to go back to this AMAZING condo in Ogunquit!!!

This is the second unit that we have rented from this owner at this location. Really like it and we keep coming back. Always immaculately cleaned and maintained. Very tastefully decorated and the views! Owner is fantastic - easy to communicate with and always accessible. We will always keep coming back!
