The duplex is clean and tidy. Well equipped with good WiFi. The carport provides a good place to hang out (bring your own chairs)

We stayed a few nights to visit our son that lives in Tallahassee for Easter. The home has a great location. Close to mall area. Very clean & quiet. We found it spacious for our family. We were 3 plus my son would visit with us. The property manager was always very attentive and responsive.

This is our second time staying here and just like the first time everything was great! Very clean, quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds,and good location to colleges. The kitchen is stocked enough for quick meals. Last time we were there we recommended a full length mirror for one of the rooms and this time it was there. Lovely hosts also.

We were very impressed with the place, all was just like the pictures. The hosts were very accommodating, I arrived first and 2 hrs prior to our check-in time and I was allowed to enter the house while waiting for my fiance. We were able to cook some meals, and we found everything we need. We 'll be back if the opportunity arrives. Thank you for everything!

I highly recommend this property. It is in a quiet neighborhood, but stores and restaurants are minutes away—even within walking distance if you are tired of being in the car (we were after a 4 hour drive). The fresh pastry upon our arrival was divine—had it with our morning coffee. My husband left behind a charge cord and DK mailed it back to us at no charge. We loved this place!

We rented this house as a retreat spot for my daughters wedding at Goodwood Museum. The location was perfect and everything about the house was great. The hosts are awesome and had excellent communication throughout the booking check-in and checkout process. I highly recommend this property for anyone needing a nice home near downtown Tallahassee

We spent very little time in the home except to sleep as we had activities, friends and family in the area. The home is immaculately clean and our only complaint was the overuse of Febreeze which was unnecessary to begin with! DK is a great communicator.

Enjoyed our stay. The house was just the right size for 2 adults and a 2 year old. The kitchen has everything you need plus a cute coffee bar set up. Lots of blankets, pillows and towels. House is located in an area with lots of restaurants and stores.

This property was just as described-very easy check in process and the host was in contact the whole time. He even gave recommendations for my brother and I to go disc golf. We were only there for a short time but if we ever return we would definitely stay again. Also can’t thank the host enough for the Danish he has for us when we got there. Much appreciated!!!!

A well deserved 5 star review. We had a great stay even though the weather did not cooperate, cold and rainy. The home was very warm, comfy and very clean. Everything we could need was there even a nice pastry to welcome us. Great communication with the hosts. They checked with us several time during our stay to insure everything was going well. We will try to stay again next year when we are back in the area.

This was a perfect little house for my family to stay for our visit to Tallahassee. Ideal location in the middle of town. Store is walking distance away. Plenty of places to eat nearby. We will definitely use this place again for our next stay in Tally.

We were a little shocked at the alley entrance & the low carport but we made it work since we only had one car. The profile picture is the front of the building which we did not use as the main entrance is at the back of the unit.
The interior was nicely appointed & very comfortable. We were greeted with a cheese danish & sparkling waters in the fridge.
We were comfortable & would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

This home felt incredibly clean and homey with attention to details that made us feel comfortable and completely welcome. The owners communicated clearly and respectfully, which again showed their desire to make our visit a pleasant one. The home was located in a safe area and was in easy and close driving distance to the Capital and FSU. If/when we return to the Tallahassee area this will definitely be the place we return to without a doubt. Everything about this home and the owners were positive! Enjoy!
