Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à l'hôtel Atithi. Le personnel est souriant, discret et attentionné. Toujours content de nous voir. La chambre est spacieuse et propre avec frigo et bouteille d'eau remise chaque jour. Service de nettoyage de vêtements pratique et rapide. La piscine est agréable et propre. Le petit déjeuner est fourni en spécialité indienne mais également avec une partie européenne plutôt correcte. ( Pain, croissant, céréales, beurre ) Les repas services sont plutôt corrects même si plus chers qu'en ville. Room service efficace.

L'emplacement peut paraître un peu bruyant sur les extérieurs (piscine et rooftop) mais il faut s'y habituer en Inde. Le restaurant Grill n'existe plus en réalité même s'il figure encore sur le site. Pour manger, il vous reste le buffet du bas et le bar rooftop.

From Security to housekeeping, associates are kind and helpful. They always smile and greet you. Special thanks to Sarathy at the front desk. The rooms are clean and spacious. The pool on the 6th floor has a beach view and well maintained.safe for kids as well. Special thanks to the HK associate who made our room during our stay.

This is not a negative comment just a feedback. Room service is limited. They don't have 24 hrs room service. Should work on the timings of room service which will make guests stay more comfortable. Also pls work on the rates, little overpriced.

The rooms were big and good.

The staff was not approachable. So when i went for a direct booking they denied. And when i went saw on booking.com and booked they gave me a room. so the staff was rude. one staff was just with us but didn't wish to offer help to pick the Bags it was self service kind off . another thing was the shower was patheic. it was like such sharp... shower it was hurting the tap was there bucket was missing .

Overall a good hotel. Location is fine. Pool was open. Ample parking space, this is a rarity in Pondicherry.

We had breakfast on 02 consecutive days at the hotel, the menu was repeated on both days, which was a bit boring. Food taste is average. Bed was a bit squeaky.
