Everything you need from toiletries, spices, paper goods - fans and blankets in case you need them, the house has been remodeled and is just as pictured - 20 min from Cordele exit, close to local restaurants that have good food, perfect option from a hotel - would stay again with family

The house was absolutely beautiful and clean. The only draw backs are that the kitchen is on the bottom floor and all the living spaces are on the upper floor. So you are constantly going up and down the steep stairs. The design of the bathrooms is not the greatest. Both bathrooms are attached to bedrooms, so you must go thru someone's bedroom to get to a bathroom on either floor. The back porch is so very nice, and would be better if there was a TV out there to watch. We sat out there to drink morning coffee and watch the kids swim and fish at the dock. It has my dream kitchen. Very well stocked and updated. Steep incline to get to the dock and back up to the house, the dock is very nice. The Grand kids had a blast swimming and fishing from the dock. Very peaceful. Watched geese swim by.

My husbands niece got married at Providence Springs Plantation. Our family & my sister-in-law’s family stayed together, lots of kids!! The layout was ideal for two families with children. I’ve stayed in many VRBO homes over the years & the hospitality extended by the hosts surpassed my expectations!! Made lots of memories cooking together, jumping off the dock & casting a line. Seriously the best experience I could ever ask for when traveling with kids aged 6mo -14. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else next time we travel to Southwestern Georgia!

Perfect place for any getaway, specifically families with children. The house was immaculate and just as described. The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout the booking and stay. We will definetly be staying here again.

I've stayed in many VRBO properties, and this one was top notch!! The property has history, which was neat to read about, and the owners have done a fantastic job renovating it and providing everything you need for your stay. The property is spacious and perfect for families. The beds were so comfortable, which is a must for me. The location was close to the marina as well as booger bottom and the dock is the perfect spot to watch the beautiful sunrise over the lake. The owners truly thought of everything to make the stay perfect! I will be booking this property again!
