Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, no complaints!!

It was a great location with an easy access to the beach. The pool and courtyard area was very nice.

We stayed 4 nights in August 2023. Hôtel is very very well located to go the beautiful beach. We were in the biggest room 11. The hotel was given an update with paint but it is still old. The bathroom needs to be redone and the beds need to be changed and on a more solid structure. Overall we enjoyed our stay, the room was clean and the pool as well but don t expect a 4* boutique hotel. Choose for the location and all amenities provided to go to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay - the pool was clean and a great size, our unit was great and had plenty of space. It wasn’t a difficult walk to the beach across the street, and the beach itself was beautiful and not busy. We were only given 2 towels for a family of 5, and the floor hadn’t been mopped in a while (feet bottoms black after first day!). But we would stay again and would love to bring more family with us and reserve multiple units.

The property was absolutely beautiful. It is very nice having the pool right out your doorstep and the beach a block away. Everyone was very friendly. Uber had no issues finding the property as well as our grocery delivery. My only complaints would be that even though I was very clear about who was coming with on our stay during the booking I was charged an extra $60 2 weeks before arriving for an additional person. However I paid it and moved on. Also apon arriving we found two dirty pans in the oven that I am sure the previous tenants had left. I did not complain because who who would have thought to look in the oven for dirty dishes. Management was super friendly even offering a bag of unopened ice and popsicles that were left behind. All in all there was nothing that would prevent me from leaving a five star review. I’m sure we will be returning.

This place was nice for our family. The location was great with an easy walk to the beach. The pool was warm enough for the kids and pool toys added to the fun. The shower could use a reno. It was a little tricky for the kids to climb in and out of and hardware in shower was a bit rusted. Also, I unexpectedly wanted to do laundry which required going to the store in search of $4 in quarters and detergent. Be nice if that were included.

Dave was great to work with. Fast communication to questions I had before booking. Everything went as planned, emails with updates for the check in and check out process. Staff onsite was very friendly. Location was awesome!! The heated pool was great - very nice to have since red tide hit during our stay. The beach was across the street with a nice walk way to the beach. Would stay here again!

The property was very nice and we had a great time!

Overall perfect set up 2 bedroom with full kitchen , would have liked nicer bed linens and the bed frame was noisy. Bathroom was very nice clean Tub was very high , so an older person would have a hard time climbing in Location was perfect near beach Thank you

Condo was just a short walk to the beach. Very close to nearby restaurants. Nice place to stay.

Properly was wonderful, people were great very clean and very satisfied with the location.

Enjoyed our spacious two bedroom stay, the pool area and barbecue worked perfect for family meals. It was an easy walk to the beach with an ice cream shop on the way.

It was perfect for our mom's break. We did a lot of walking but the beach was very close and we enjoyed our stay.

The property was exactly as the pictures showed. Love how close it was to everything!! Pool and surrounding area was private and very relaxing. Would love to see the shower/whirlpool tub combo updated.

We booked as a last minute trip only about two weeks in advance. Unit was much larger and updated then we expected. We were impressed with the updates and cleanliness.

I booked here last minute when my family visiting from up north expressed a desire for beach time. I discovered the facility by doing a simple google search. The price was right and the reviews sold me. The facility was everything I had hoped and more. My five grandchildren enjoyed the salt water pool and the short walk to the beach and restaurants. The staff was amazingly friendly and accommodating!

It was an absolute joy to stay in Apt 11. Our family of four (all adults) enjoyed every second of our stay when we were in St Pete for a family wedding in Downtown St Petersburg. Having the swimming pool and grill steps outside our door was delightful. After staying at BBR, we reminisced about what it would be like to stay in a large, high rise complex...long walk to the pool where you had a pack a lunch, parking in a garage where most days you couldn't remember the level where you parked your car, management who look at you like they've never seen you before....not at BBR. Pool outside your door, pool toys and beach chairs available for your use, parking literally feet from your front door, employees who took the time to know why we were there and asked to provide additional supplies or whatever we needed. Don't hesitate for a second to stay at Boutique Beach Retreat!

The property was well kept and they seemed to make sure and do the little things right in upgrading the unit. Very happy

We stayed at the Boutique Beach Retreat for almost a week and it was delightful! We had plenty of space, the unit was clean and comfortable, and the location was even better than expected. Brent and Katie have thought of everything - so many outlets, smart TVs in the room, great WiFi, storage/shelves/hooks just where you need them. The pool was great, as well, and had a nice balance of shade and sun throughout the day. While we didn't take full advantage of the full kitchen, it was so useful to have at hand. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Enjoyed our stay

The location of the property is great! Walking distance to restaurants, ice cream, convenience store and the beach. The pool area is small but nice and kept very clean. The biggest negative was the beds being very uncomfortable. Would most definitely return for another stay.

My family and I stayed here for a week and really enjoyed it! It was walking distance from many shops and restaurants (John Pass). Beach access was across the street. They had chairs,floats, and other items that you could borrow and take to the beach for the day. Pool was nice and clean. Staff members were all nice!

Close to the beach, beautiful property inside and out, pool was a luxury, kids loved it. The property manager was kind and helpful.

We loved our stay at the Beach Boutique! The location was perfect-literally a quick hop across the street to the beach, a beautiful stroll in one direction to shopping & restaurants at John’s Pass, & a short walk in the other direction for coffee shops, more restaurants & grocery stores. Our unit was updated, had all the essentials & the owners/manager were very responsive when we had one little plumbing issue. Definitely a great beach getaway!!

Loved our stay! Very clean! The apartment was right across the street from the beach, with a beautiful boardwalk to get right onto the beach sand in minutes. Safe cross walk as well.

We were very pleased with the atmosphere at the resort. It's small and has a comfortable feeling. Our unit was a nice size and was very clean. We had an issue with the tub not draining, but the person working in the office handled it quickly. I have two issues however, one big and one small. The small one is there were only two towels in the unit for two people. Yes, there were instructions for how to exchange them for clean towels, but I don't understand not providing a few more. Especially since we would have liked clean towels on the Sunday before we checked out and no one came to replace them. The other issue may just be the unit we stayed in (#11) but the noise from the street is TERRIBLE! I understand the location is something that can't be changed, but the windows are so thin at times the outside noise is so bad it's like the windows are open. Constant noise from traffic (at all hours) in the master bedroom, but when a truck goes by it sounds like they are coming right thru your room. Very difficult to sleep.

We had the best time. The location was perfect. The management was wonderful! Communication was great from anything we might need to knowledge of what we could do in the area. My kids could not get enough of the heated pool. A quick walk across the street and we were on the beach. We cannot wait to come back!
