The location and atmosphere of the chalet were good. It was really nice to have breakfast included and there was a generous buffet. Some of the details on booking.com weren't accurate. There was a sauna and make sure you ask to use it and they can give you a specific time window.

Unfortunately our room/bathroom had a really unpleasant smell as soon as we walked in. That was disappointing as we had chosen somewhere above our normal budget to have a bit more luxury. Maybe some of the other rooms were better. We had already moved once because the 1st room we were given was right next to the reception desk and front door.

We stayed in the double family room, which was very spacious for two people. The room is nicely decorated and equipped, however, it was nice to have a hair dryer.

From the moment we entered the room we were hit by an awful smell that came from the bathroom. The whole time we stayed here the room smelled like a public toilet. Also, the whole bathroom was dirty, the tub looked like it was never properly cleaned, yellow with staines of dry soap and dirt on all bathroom stuff, the sink and toilet the same, not properly cleaned. We are conscious that other people stayed in that room but it's not nice to see the dirt from others. You shoul pay more attention to the cleaning because it's too bad for the location! If the bathroom was properly cleaned, our rating would have been higher.

the villa is great its very warm close to restaurants 10 min walk close to a little slope good for kids and sledges when we was there the snow came down heavy so best not to drive if possible .The breakfast was great and would recommend to anyone

we stayed in room 106 and its impossible to have a bath because there is no bath plug and impossible to have a decent shower because the fitting that holds the shower head is in the wrong position in the middle of bath facing into the bathroom and no shower curtain crazy as this may sound for a place like villa zorilla must sort this out

The location is truly amazing , there simply isn’t another property in Poiana Brasov on this level !

The room was comfortable , warm and cozy . Furniture in need of a bit of upgrading but the location and the facilities ie sauna and hot tub made up for it .

It was confortable, clean and very close to the slopes.

rooms much too small. the pictures on the website are not accurate in terms of space in the room. what they call loft is actually one room. the sofa is too small even for one person and the price we paid for it was way too much given the size of the room
