Big beautiful space! Three full bathrooms, which is a big plus with 8 people! Comfortable beds, great washer and dryer in house. Half mile from beach. If you want a vacation that is not busy with arcades, gift shops, boardwalk, and tons of people, this area is for you! We went with family and 4 grandkids. Kite flying space was awesome!!

Was a great big house with tons of space. Well stocked kitchen. Good parking. Little connected back yard. Was great for pets and humans alike.

Great location

We had multiple generations coming together and the space and price were just right for us. The BBQ wasn't in great shape but otherwise we were very well accommodated and enjoyed some trash-talking games of Battleship & CandyLand!

The management company did a great job of providing everything we needed. The place was clean and we didn't notice anything that really stood out and bothered us. Be careful of the angry neighbor if you happen to arrive late. We arrived later than expected, and the closing of the car trunk and doors seem to have pist off the neighbour. We had an issue with one of the bathroom showers not working, but we worked around it by using the other bathrooms. Overall, it would have been perfect if it wasn't for the neighbor. But we will stay here again in the future.

Nice and clean. Plenty of space. Nice that they had things there for us to use like a wagon and beach chairs. The kids loved having their own space upstairs as well. Great place for the price!

Upon arrival we found part of the house had not been cleaned. The TVs did not work and the wifi had to be unplugged to keep tv from randomly turning on by itself.

Stayed here for my daughter’s 14th birthday. The bonus loft above the garage was perfect for her and her friends. Property was clean and had plenty of room for a family of four and three friends.

The beach house was extremely nice! My wife and I had a very peaceful 4 night stay. The bed in the master bedroom was one of the most comfortable bed I've slept in. Nice TVs all the appliances were cleaned and in perfect working order. I even BBQ and it had gas and worked just fine. We will definitely recommend and stay there again. One other thing my wife took a bath and never ran out of hot water.

Great house with lots of amenities. The stairs going up are kind of tougher if you're a senior. No place to have outdoor fires except for on the beach. But that's a smart idea ,,enjoy the house not being smoked in.

What a great house. It’s only a 4 minute drive from Rockaway Beach. It looks like its been recently updated inside . It has a full laundry room which was such a blessing. There is a large room upstairs with a king bed and twin bed which was nice for the older kiddos. It has 3 full bathrooms which came in handy with our family. The kitchen is fully equipped the only thing we couldn’t find were cookie sheets. The kitchen is full with a large fridge and freezer. We loved the beautiful rug in the living room area. It was great having access to the cable tv and Netflix to binge our favorite shows. The front room tv and the master room tv have cable and Netflix the other tvs have DVD players to watch dvds. The weather was beautiful this week so that was a bonus. We definitely are thinking of returning here again. Thank you for a great stay.

Good location, very clean

This was a great space, clean, comfortable, and attractive, in a great spot. Every kitchen tool we needed and more, nice appliances. Plenty of towels, soap for the washer and dishwasher, etc. Quiet neighborhood, easy access to beach and tsunami evacuation.

Loved the size of the living area, the location was good, decently clean. Would stay again! House was well stocked for cooking and organized.

This place is super cute and clean. The kitchen had everything you needed plus some. Was a plus having 3 bathrooms. Backyard was fenced in ,was perfect for the dogs. Was very comfy cozy for our week stay. Kids went claming ......loved making those memories. Thank you ....... Rockaway is one of our favorite places to stay!!

The house was great, lots of room to stretch out. The kitchen was fairly well stocked. The beds were a bit saggy. There was a visitor notebook with great restaurant suggestions and menus. It would be helpful to have a few more instructions regarding trash, where to leave towels, etc. As more things open up after covid, some listings of what to do in the area would be appreciated. Crabbing off the pier at nearby Kelly's Marina was great fun. We would go back to "Catch and Relax" again.

1. There were a few ants in kitchen.
2. The loveseat in living room is broke and does not recline.
3. The sink in the master bathroom does not drain...plug will not stay up.
4. No hot water in third bathroom next to laundry area.
5. We were not clear if we could use the woodburning stove in living room if we bought our own wood. We didn't because the stove did not look like it had been used.

These were minor issues. We loved this house and would definitely return for another stay! Thank you for maintaining such a beautiful home.

Check in and check out was super easy and the place was so nice! The house was like brand new and the beds were so comfortable. Our four legged furry family loved it too!

The place was perfect! It was so clean and tidy. It was the perfect fit for our group. There were a great deal of extra amenities that were so use for us such as beach chairs and a fish cleaning station. The fun expirence was in the details, not to mention the beautiful beach right across the neighborhood. Would highly recommend this place. Other than the dishwasher being out :/

Clean, simple, pleasant, well supplied......spacious, equipped with crab rings, fish cleaning station, and covered area to park a boat! Plus, loved the front porch!

It said 3 full bath but only one tub had a plug, one shower didn’t even have a shower head, and the dishwasher leaks water all over the floor. Cleaning crew might want to double check the fridge it was sticky and smelled like crab really bad. All in all though it was a nice house and the stay was nice. You are quite a distance from the beach though if you have kiddos like me I would recommend something closer!

While this is a well kept rental, there was an odor like paint or solvent coming from a locked closet. The dishwasher was also broken, so I called Vacasa and reported that as well as the odor. Someone came out the same day and verified the dishwasher was broken. He also reported the odor to the manager. A couple of days later, he said the manager would need to contact the owner about the odor. The odor problem was never resolved. The occupants of the back upstairs bedroom kept their windows open all of the time and kept the fan in the utility room running, and the odor still bothered them. I understand the dishwasher issue. Sometimes stuff breaks, and getting an appliance repairman out to a small town can take time. But there is no reason that someone couldn't have come and checked out the odor in the locked closet. Other than this, it is a nice, fairly new, and nicely appointed rental. The kitchen is spacious, including a large refrigerator, and there are lots of towels. It is a good value in a modest neighborhood. If it still smells when you get there, tell them it is a safety issue and demand that it be fixed immediately.

We loved this place. Short walk to a lovely sand beach, or to the cute town with shops, restaurants and a small grocery store. We enjoyed quiet mornings with coffee on the covered porch and there was plenty of space for our party of 6 adults. The house was also super clean and there were plenty of linens and towels - and everything we needed in the kitchen.

Great property, close to the beach with all the amenities you need for a nice stay. The only negative was the smell of fresh paint upstairs.

This home is about a 10-15 min walk to the beach. It’s well appointed and feels new. The plus to the distance from the beach is that it is situated in a quiet area without a lot of traffic and feels safe. The house was clean and had everything we need. Would stay here again. Thank you!
