The house is in great conditions, convenient location, and fitting for large families. The beds are confortable, furniture is very accommodating, very clean. The tried several locations for beach access along SPI and the best location for our kids was in front of the house, across the street, which is not a busy street. We would go back and rent same house if possible.

We were able to to get our whole family (10 adults, one 6 yo, and two 1 yo) together for a family beach vacation and chose this house for the trip. It turned out to be a great choice. each of the five families had their own bedroom (and Bathroom!) and the 6 yo even had his own bunk bed room. The house is in a prime location, literally across the street from the beach. It was in great shape and had everything we needed to have a fabulous vacation. It even has an elevator which made move in/out easy, as well as reducing the number of flights of stairs my wife (recovering from hip surgery) had to take. Scott was great to work with and always available for information. Highly recommended if you're looking for a great place for your vacation.

Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of room for 11 people. Short walk to the beach. Warm water, soft sand and plenty of sunshine. Convenient location near restaurants and markets. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely time at this property. The house was clean, spacious and well appointed. The beach is just across the street and the view is lovely. We were 8 adults (4 college kids) and we all had plenty of room to sleep and socialize. The property owners are easy to get ahold of and very timely with all inquiries.

The house was very clean and beautiful. Having the separate apartment below was a great place to have the kids have their own space where they could play video games while the adults could chat without kids underfoot. The shower outside is great for cleaning everyone off after the beach and the bathroom with direct access from outside is amazing so you don't have to use the port-o-potty's at the beach! I would definitely stay here again.

Upon arrival the property manager was there to answer any questions and was helpful throughout our stay. The home is beautiful and we really enjoyed the view of the beach from the front master and the front porch. The beds are super comfy, kitchen is stocked, and there are chairs to take to the beach. The downstairs apartment was great for all of the kids to hang and have their own area. We will stay here agin on our next trip to the island

We were a group of 5 families, 20 people and this property accommodated us well. Everything was clean. The kitchen has everything that we needed as we cooked our meals throughout the week. The dining and great room were both big enough for everyone to be there when we’re not at the beach which was accessible across the street. We had a big parking space at the back (private) and front (first come first serve). The owner and property manager were both very helpful and available throughout our stay. We are very pleased! Highly recommended place to stay.

We had a rather large group of 19 people, and it managed to fit us all without any issues. It has a great master bedroom and a view of the beach from the master balcony. The kitchen is large and well appointed and allowed us to cook all our meals for the large group. Finding restaurants that seat extra large groups is no easy task on the island and usually ends up in super long waits! One thing to note is the first floor is completely closed off from the rest of the house, this is noted in the description of the house and while it worked ok for us since we had older kids, I would have preferred it be connected. They spent most of their time in the large common areas on the 2nd floor anyway and only slept/showered on the first floor, so not too big a deal. The owner, Scott, was very communicative and answered all my questions before the trip. Had fun chatting with him about the house and South Padre in general!

This house is perfect for EVERYONE! My family and I had an amazing vacation, the space was perfect for all our grandbabies, to play in. Our adult kids loved the private bathrooms and the space. The floor plan is perfect! We will be renting this property as often as we can. Don't miss out! Its perfect!!
