Very nice rental, as described.

This was a very comfortable and convenient location for me to go house hunting. Just moved to the area and needed a quite safe place for me and my two boys, and this was it.

We had a fantastic stay. House was great in a good location with plenty to do. Would definitely recommend to others and will stay again.

House was able to comfortably accommodate our family of five. Felt similar to our home with all the nice decorations from hobby lobby. House is stacked with everything you’ll need for your day-to-day life. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Though it’s a duplex, we never saw anyone else on the premises. Very short commute to restaurants, supermarkets, and beaches.

When we read the reviews for this Vrbo we though it looked pretty good and it only had 1 bad review. When we got there as soon as we opened the door we were bombarded with the smell of smoke. We weren’t sure if it was cigarette smoke or pot, it was bad! Then we were greeted with multiple spiders and water bugs. When we reached out to the management company we were told that the smell was from the cleaners using the self cleaning oven and that the smell could be strong for hours after. The smell in this unit was not from a self cleaning oven and never subsided. It appeared that it hadn’t been occupied for a while previously. The smell of smoke was lingering in the air and really seemed like it was stuck in the carpets that really needed to be replaced. We couldn’t even open a window because many of them were stuck closed. We were also told that the exterminator could show up the Friday before we left. So we could be inconvenienced on the last day of our stay and also exposed to a ton of chemicals- lol! We respectfully declined! We joked about bringing unwanted guests home with us and I actually brought a very large spider home in my sneaker. I thought the price looked good initially but this place was the biggest waste of money. We ended up spending no time at this place. We were fortunate to have family in the area and we ended up staying there the majority of the time and only slept in the unit. Also, if you are flying in you would have no beach chairs or items.

Great stay in Palm Coast! No issues at all!

Very clean spacious property close to the beach, shopping, redtaurants and major highways. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was a very good value.
