Great location. Quiet neighborhood. The cleanliness was just okay, we recommended a deep cleaning of the house plus professional pest control. Pests were spotted on the kitchen counter and in the coffee pot, thus we did not cook in the kitchen and felt compelled to eat out every meal. If you have an event, know that check-in time is 3 p.m. or after. We requested an earlier check-in (one hour earlier) since we had a family wedding event. We had just driven five hours and needed to change before our event, they wanted to charge us an additional $75+ for the early check-in. Since we had already paid $1300+ for two nights, we weren’t keen on paying an additional fee for this property, so we had to find another place to change/get ready (wish we had just stayed at a hotel, we could’ve checked in by 2 p.m.!). Sprinklers went off multiple times during our 40-hour stay and we couldn’t sit out on the patio (too wet). We recommended that they change the auto sprinkler time to 1 or 2 a.m. Lastly, beware if you are a light sleeper, the fan in the master bedroom clicks constantly.

The house and yard are beautiful. Away from hustle and bustle. Sounds of cows and roosters were relaxing.

Nice, clean, open space with modern amenities. Hot tub and front porch were very peaceful spots for relaxing. Overall a nice stay and property.

Our family came into visit our college freshman. The house had plenty of room for the 5 of us and our dog to spread out. All of the beds we’re comfortable. The weather was chilly so we were able to use the hot-tub everyday. Close to grocery stores but off the beaten path. We loved our time! We would stay there again!

My team and I came into town to work at a job site around the corner. This place was a perfect place to put our feet up a and relax after a long day.

In for Christmas with family. House is pretty well equipped and clean. We were very happy that everyone said their bed was comfortable. The living room furniture isn’t that comfortable but it works, it’s a rental. Great amenities, unfortunately it was way too cold to use the hot tub. Very quiet area is a huge bonus too!

Nice property in quiet neighborhood. Perfect for 6 adults. Not ideal for 8 adults. Sleeping arrangements in 4th bedroom uncomfortable for adults, OK for kids. No half bath or 3rd bath. Basicly, 6 adults shared use of 2nd bath. Used main TV with help from laptop. Bedroom TV’s could not be used. No tv service. Don’t remember seeing that on description of property.

The property was very nice! It was nice to have a place to stay while we were finishing up our renovation. It accommodated my husband, myself and our three small children. Clean, safe and felt just like home. The only thing that I wasn’t prepared for was all the additional fees tacked on to the price per night which sent our final total up more than double of what I expected it to be. But I wonder if that had more to do with the website it was set up through rather than the owners. But if there was an issue the owners were quick to answer and help solve any problem we had. They were very nice and accommodating.

This was a very clean and quiet location. Very nice finishes and kitchen is fully stocked. Would definitely recommend staying. The only downside is that it is a little ways from Campus, but for the quality and the cost is definitely worth it.

We enjoyed our stay in this home. The owners were always ready to help in anyway needed. The master bed is so comfortable. They could use a more comfortable couch in the living area but everything was very nice. We will be back to stay again. Thank you The Whites
