Comfy home. Could use a little work in the yard, but overall, it was nice. Appreciated the amenities such as shampoos, hand cream, etc.

This is a terrific property, great location, walk to Square, shopping, restaurants. Roomy house with nice, comfy furnishing and updates. This is a house meets all expectations as advertised.

We came to Prescott to participate in the holiday celebration. Parade and courthouse lihhting. The house was clean cozy and a short walk from all the activity. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back again.

Our family of four adults recently spent a week in That Place, enjoying the well stocked kitchen/dining area, comfy beds with nice linens, as well as the outdoor patio. The interior decor was inviting, making us feel right at home! Very nice that the home is all on one level and the driveway/carport allowed for easily parking two vehicles. We will definitely stay here again!

Went to Wal-Mart before we arrived at the house. Shelves were empty because Melanie musta bought them out. The house has all you need and never saw so many items (pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, glasses, etc).in the kitchen. Plus this was the cleanest and neatest VRBO we've ever been in. Outside needs some sprucing up, but no biggie.

Our family stayed in Prescott for 2 days - Momma, Dad and 2 young adult daughters. Loved this place - super comfy beds, big kitchen stocked with pans, utensils, cups, etc.
Tasteful decor in a clean home.
We loved playing scrabble on the long kitchen table. Close to Whiskey Row for restaurants and shops. Did a day trip to Jerome. Also enjoyed watching and listening to the many birds while sitting in the backyard in the morning and having a coffee. Species included: Pine Siskin, Spotted Towhee, Yellow Warbler, Scarlet Tanager, and many more.
Little details were great - multi device charger on bedside table, coffee pods for Keurig,

Came to town to enjoy Prescott & Whiskey Row for the 4th of July festivities. Couldn’t have picked a better home. Short walk, very comfortable home, great price. We’ll look here first for our next visit.

This house was cozy and comfortable and the owners were easy to work with. The house is on the older side. It is close to downtown and made getting around town easy. Nice quiet neighborhood for walks, near historical areas of Prescott.

Amazing little home!
We had an amazing stay at this home. It was very clean, had nice decor, and really just everything we needed. The neighborhood is close to Whiskey Row, we walked there in just a few minutes. It felt very safe, and the surrounding neighborhoods were just beautiful. Nice for walks in the evening. At the end of the road there is hiking trails that had picnic tables along the way, and was surrounded by nature. Stephanie was great, she answered me right away with questions. This home was a great find, and we are looking forward to our next stay.

My techs loved the location and the house. I would highly recommend anyone staying on the property!
WE stayed at the house to work at the Regional hospital. My techs enjoyed the location and having an at home environment while working out of town. We Highly recommend this house for any future stays in Prescott!
