This was the perfect location nestled in a quiet neighborhood for a solo retreat close to great trails and spectacular views. Spent 7 days hiking and road cycling during the day and returning to the Casita to relax, write, and prepare healthy meals. I was able to get the solitude and healing I was seeking. The photos were exactly as I found the place and it had everything I needed to comfortably enjoy my time. Nan was a very supportive and enthusiastic greeter and made sure I was comfortable and enjoyed my stay.

We came to ride mountain bikes and the location was perfect. Not only for the closeness to the trails, but also safe storage and ability to wash the bikes as needed. Will definitely be back!

Very nice place comfortable bed good kitchen nice yard and patio area to hang out I loved the location very close to trails, Nan is very kind and accommodating I would definitely stay here again and was sad to leave

Nan, the woman who took care of the property was awesome. She was there to help for everything. Great advice, directions and got my wife and I everything we needed. Very friendly!
Only problem was, there were no lights on the patio,at night it was too dark to use.

Stayed for 2 1/2 weeks. Mark and Nan were very friendly, helpful, and available for questions. Bed was comfortable. Washer and dryer were a big reason we rented this small place with a kitchen, and it was great to have for such a long stay with some hiking. Some nice additions would be hooks near shower and on back of bathroom door, and maybe a small shallow table along the wall in the bathroom to place toiletry items, since the sink has no counter. Happy with our choice to stay here!

We were greeted by Nan who lives in another unit on the property. She was so sweet and shared info on the Sedona Film Festival with us. The weather was nice for 3 days and snowed and cold the other 3 days. The location of the property was great, wonderful hikes near the property. We didn’t think we would care about a TV, but when bad weather hit it would have been great to have had it. Also, the condo was cold inside. The heat is in the kitchen, the bathroom and bedroom were cold. We found a space heater in the closet and used it in the bedroom.
All and all we had a wonderful time in Sedona, but think improvements in heat and a tv would improve this condo especially in winter months!

Perfect for us!
The bed was so comfortable we ordered the same mattress as soon as we arrived home. The loveseat is a comfortable recliner for reading. Comfortable chairs outside to sit in the sun and didn’t care that there was no tv. We would definitely use this place the next time we’re in Sedona!

Very comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable bed and the unit were just as described, with no surprises. Great central location to many sites and trails in the area. The property's contact Nan greeted us on arrival and was a pleasure to meet.

West Sedona stay
This was a perfect place for us to stay for our 6 day vacation. The location was perfect for easy access to trails on that side of town. We were close to stores/shopping and yet tucked away in a neighborhood where it was quiet. We were lucky enough to meet the owner, and he took the time to look at a map with us and helped us figure out some bike routes. We would recommend this place and stay here again.

Sedona Mountain Bike Trip
If you're looking to head to Sedona for a MTB trip, this is a great place to stay. It's close enough to ride to some trails. Really clean with plenty of space and a nice little kitchen. It's perfect for two. Really nice patio in the back too.

Quite a sweet place!
We really enjoyed our stay in West Sedona; Mark’s place was quiet and had everything we needed to cook, hang out, and just be. Loved the patio outside in the morning sun and slept comfortably after a day of hiking or exploring the Red Rocks of Sedona. We would definitely stay here again.

Great for Hikers
Dry Creek road has access to TONS of hiking of you take a left and your in town if you take a right. Host was super friendly, only thing is that it would be great of it had a wash/dryer. Excellent stay tho

Cozy abode
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this cute little place, just perfect for a romantic getaway. The neighbors were a little loud at times, but it was also a holiday. Good price and location.

Quiet and Great Location
Great location to the trails and town of Sedona, without getting caught in the town traffic. Perfect size place for a couple and very quiet neighborhood as well.

Great place to stay for Sedona experience
Sedona is the “must see and experience “ place. The property we stayed is a perfect place to reach it. Very clean, prime location, functioning kitchen, very comfortable bedroom and great bathroom/ shower. All that is packaged in the beauty and convenience of the town.

Perfect for a solo digital nomad
Great spot, easy parking, easy check-in, and Mark was easy to communicate with. This spot was located within 20 mins of 6 of the 7 hikes I did when there and is about 5 minutes from good mountain bike trails. I worked remotely while I stayed here and this spot was perfect for one person to work remotely (or two if you don’t need to both be on calls at the same time). No issues with the internet. Only complaint is that the bedroom shares a wall with tenants (who appear to be permanent) who you could hear clearly thru the wall. I’m a light sleeper so I sleep with Bose Sleepbuds, so this wasn’t a problem for me. But just FYI for other light sleepers out there. I would definitely stay here again.

Sedona hiking experience
Very warm and comfortable abode to make our Sedona trip memorable. Nan was a gracious host and made our welcome and stay informative and friendly.
The neighborhood is quiet and located in West Sedona minutes away from hiking trails.
Looking forward to our next visit.

Great Location
Two of us stayed at this site. A small kitchen and comfortable bed were all we needed. Very close to GREAT hiking. Out of the busy center section. Nam is very helpful.

Peaceful stay in quiet neighborhood
I enjoyed my stay in this rental, it’s the perfect size for one to two people. It had everything I needed ie; fridge, stove,shower plus a nice back patio with chairs to relax in. The property manager was very attentive along with the owner. Hope to stay here again next time I’m in town.

Just perfect
Mark’s place was just a perfect stay for my boyfriend and I. Very clean and has many of the amenities one can think of. It’s very close to everything from hiking trails to downtown Sedona. The location is quiet and it felt away from the city life. The neighbor, Nan, is helpful for any tips around Sedona and anything you need she is helpful. We will consider staying here again when we visit Sedona. Thanks again Mark.
