Great property with plenty of space and large lush yard.

This home had tons of shared living space. One ginormous bedroom suite downstairs; all other bedrooms upstairs. The stairs are steep, so if you have mobility issues, that could be a problem. One person in our party does have trouble with stairs, so she just stayed in the downstairs bedroom/en-suite bathroom. The home is pretty clean, but could use a deep-clean, as we noticed cobwebs in a few places. Kitchen was well-stocked. We could not figure out the TV setup - even with the instructions in the book. A couple of us are pretty techy, but we still could not get it to work. We enjoyed putting together a couple of their jigsaw puzzles instead. We did not use the fire pit or the hot tub, but we did enjoy sitting out on the beautiful deck in the crisp fall air. We would absolutely stay there again, but would ask for help with the TV next time. Ha.

Large home in a quite neighborhood. Perfect for a large family.

We had a great stay. The house was awesome & the location was great as well. The backyard & outdoor space is perfect for a weekend away in Flagstaff. Short ride to town and restaurants, bars, etc. I would highly recommend staying here.

Rental process was good , soaps , shampoos, hairdryers, toilet paper and trash bags for 4 nite stay were much appreciated. Test kit for hot tub would have been helpful.

This home met all our needs for this vacation. Plenty of space for everyone to feel relaxed and the hot tub was regularly used with all of the snow and cold temperatures. Two of the fireplaces weren’t usable but the rest of the house met our expectations. Overall I would recommend this house for large family gatherings.

Beautiful house!! Great location!! The yard is completely fenced in, and we could easily see the kids running around outside through the many large windows in the house!! Great layout, and plenty of space for kids to play and parents to relax. There was a nice electric fireplace in the main living area that heated the room well. The house had sleds for the kids to play in the snow, and a nice play set for kids to swing and climb. The jacuzzi was very clean, and perfect! Patio has a heater that keeps you warm, with plenty of seating. Most of the provided pans were well loved, and some had a lot of crust on them. For the cost of the house, we would have expected nicer pans. But other than that, the house was great!! One last FYI for future guests. The master bedroom does not have curtains in the front windows. It’s not a huge deal, the sun doesn’t really shine into the bed area. But there was definitely a few times I forgot after getting out of the shower. Haha. Beautiful master bathroom also!!

Plenty of room for our 3 small families. There are two dining areas and a breakfast bar and two living areas. Kids had fun in the big back yard. Some of the slats on the play structure are loose and could be dangerous. We had a fire in the outdoor 'fireplace", but bring your own wood and kindling, didn't see an ax, which made getting a fire started challenging. The interior stairs are steep and slick for the little ones but there is a baby gate in the downstairs closet that helped with that. The fireplace in the dining area is turned on by a switch on the right hand side of the face of the fireplace. The fireplace in the master sitting area doesn't work, or we couldn't get it to work. Clearer instruction about that would have been helpful. It snowed while we were there, which was great. There are some plastic sleds in the garage and we found a small hill up the street. There is a leak at the flue of the woodburning stove. When the snow started to melt it dripped down and we had to put a cup there to catch it. Not a big deal, but maybe the owner would want to know. If you are doing much cooking, I would bring your own griddle for pancakes, non stick pan & cutting board. There is a crockpot there. We fortunately brought an instapot. Overall, the pots and pans could use a refresh and organizing, which is the only reason I didn't give it a 5 star for cleanliness. The master bath tub is amazing after a day of skiing. The home was clean and spacious, exactly as advertised. It’s tucked away in a very nice neighborhood, which was very quiet - you definitely won’t hear the train here. The backyard was perfect for snow fights, kids and adults all had a blast.

We enjoyed our stayed and had good communication with the people in charge of the property.
