My family was very happy to stay here. It had everything we needed in our home away from home. The house and property was very clean and in a very good neighborhood. Julie was very attentive and quick to respond before and during our stay.

The home was so comfortable and had every amenity available at your fingertips. We had no issues with the property and Julie was accommodating and amazing to work with. I would stay again.

First i would like to thank the owner Julie for being so great. She is so easy to work with and very quick to respond to anything.
Now for the home. I will only stay here whenever i come to surprise, phoenix area. This is by far the best VBRO i have ever stayed in and i have stayed in a lot. Most were very nice but this is a 10+. If it is available book it anything else is second best. The pool is great. Very private setting. Neighbors are so quite you would not know there were any. Fully stocked kitchen TV’s everywhere. The master is huge and so comfortable. Close to everything. Again best place to stay. I promise you will not be disappointed.

We had a fabulous time with our family! We were close to our daughter, who attends OUAZ, close to restaurants, grocery stores and so much more!! Julie was amazing!!! The one thing I’d love to see different is to be able to heat the hot tub and pool at the same time! But that would not keep us from staying there again! Thank you so much Julie!!! We felt right at home!!

The house was great for us. 3 couples had plenty of room. Was very clean. Would stay there again

Everything was nice and super easy in terms of check in, check out. Clean location and quiet neighborhood. The pillow cases may have been the softest on which I’ve ever slept. We wish the hot tub and pool could be heated simultaneously but that was the only thing we would change. Great place and Julie was easy to reach.

We stayed here for a week, it was great!! The house was so close to everything and all the ball parks! Family enjoyed the pool.

Very pleasant stay at this property in Surprise. Julie was very helpful and responded quickly to questions. Three of four bedrooms were upstairs, so anyone who has trouble with stairs should be aware.

My husband and I and my sister took my mom to visit our sister. The house was perfect location and what a wonderful house! The house has plenty of room and anything and everything you need. Kitchen has everything you need as well as the bathrooms. Kitchen is fully stocked. Having the pool heated was truly enjoying. Julie was an amazing host the communication was so easy and she always responded back so quickly! Thank you Julie and Wes for an amazing trip with our mom!

Great Time At The Orchards
Property was everything we expected and more; very clean, well stocked and perfect for our friends reunion. The home was exactly as the pics show but better once you see it and plenty of space for everyone to relax. The group loved the hot tube. The host was extremely easy to work with and responded quickly, even when we locked ourselves out. Would definitely rent this home again and highly recommend it. Thanks for a perfect trip and stay.

Julie's property was PERFECT! The property was well stocked with all we needed -- linens, kitchenware, pool toys and games. We came for Spring Training at Surprise Stadium and could not have asked for a better location -- a short 3 minute drive for watching practice and attending games. We spent our time at home relaxing in the pool or watching movies as a family. We are already planning our trip back next year.

Julie's property was PERFECT! The property was well stocked with all we needed -- linens, kitchenware, pool toys and games. We came for Spring Training at Surprise Stadium and could not have asked for a better location -- a short 3 minute drive for watching practice and attending games. We had plenty of room, the house is well equipped, and everything works as advertised. Julie was also an amazing host! We actually locked the house keys inside and she took the time to deliver a spare. In addition, she had a broken washing machine replaced with a brand new one! This home will be our headquarters for all of our future spring training trips.
