This is a well maintained and nicely furnished property in Sedona. Easy access and close to amenities - we enjoyed this home very much. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen is large and well appointed. We had a great time visiting the area and would book here again.

Booked this home for a girls weekend/50th birthday celebration and was absolutely perfect! Home itself was stocked with all the essentials & more, super clean, and welcoming. Location is near markets and short drives to all the hiking spots and uptown Sedona. We would definitely stay here again!!

Sibs reunion for hiking, regional cuisine and shopping had us appreciate the central location of this Thunder Mtn retreat. Not far for bops to Jerome or Cottonwood either. Home was spacious, very well stocked, beds comfy, and home very clean. The extras like the fire pit and grill and parking available in the garage made us feel at home. One of the best!

This well appointed home is perfect for a weekend getaway or an extended stay. It is centrally located with shops, restaurants and amazing trails a short drive away. Kirsten and Phil go above and beyond when it comes to amenities. If we are in the area in the future we would definitely rebook.

We had so much fun staying at this charming home. It is decorated so nicely and so well appointed. Very clean with a great back yard area too. Perfect location for our vacation plans. We will be back!

We were a family of 4 adults and 2 teens. The home was roomy enough for all of us. The kitchen was the best well stocked we have ever seen. It was like cooking in your own kitchen. The furnishings were good quality. The back yard was spacious even though it was too hot for us to sit out there. If we are ever back in Sedona we would definetily rent this home again.

This VRBO home was clean, well maintained and very well appointed. The kitchen had everything you could need in a vacation rental. The bathrooms had all of the amenities you would find in an upscale hotel. It was the perfect location for our family to gather - close to grocery stores with easy access to all of the sights to see in Sedona. The owners were polite and always available to answer any questions that popped up. We will definitely choose to stay here again whenever we return to Sedona.

I went to Sedona with 5 friends to celebrate my 50th birthday. All 6 of us have stayed at many VRBO houses, and this was honestly the BEST house we've ever stayed at. The location is PERFECT, close to everything... hiking trails, grocery store (right across the street), shops, & many restaurants. So easy to get to right off the main road, but set back in a cute little private neighborhood. The house was adorable, the decor was so cute, the bedrooms and closets were roomy, and everything was SO organized and the kitchen was incredibly stocked! A nice surprise was the parking pass left by the owner for the some of the trailhead parking lots - it was much appreciated! The backyard MADE the trip spectacular. We hiked every morning and LOVED coming back to this great backyard... tons of seating, lights for at night, an awesome fire table to sit around... it was great. The owners were very quick to answer the few questions we emailed them about. Absolutely no complaints, I would 100% stay at this house when I return to Sedona. Mariposa restaurant was about 1-2 miles from the house...BEST restaurant in Sedona. Reserve months in advance and make sure to be there for sunset pics on their back lawn. Twice Nice is a great little consignment store right near the house. We also had a GREAT meal (and server) at the Golden Goose which is right outside the neighborhood (can walk to).

House was in a quiet neighborhood and was very clean and had everything we needed for a home base in Sedona. Great location, everything seemed like a 5 minute drive away. Owners were easy to work with and very responsive. Highly recommend.

This home is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, conveniently close to trailheads and restaurants. It is beautifully furnished with three full baths (one for each bedroom). The kitchen has all the amenities, and the owners have thought of everything (even chip clips!). Kitchen is well equipped – not a collection of leftover plates and silverware. It has a private backyard with a gas fire pit for evening cocktails. The owners were responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place for your Sedona vacation!

Kristen and Phil's home was truly a home away from home. We felt very welcomed and comfortable. Great accommodations with all the essentials. The location is perfect in a nice quiet neighborhood with stores and restaurants close by and hiking a short drive. When I return to Sedona I definitely would stay here again.

This house was phenomenal! Great location, plenty of room, anything and everything you need provided. Well stocked kitchen bath and laundry. I can't say enough good things, we had an amazing week in beautiful Sedona!

Found the listing with no problems. Looks just like the pictures, even better. All bedroom were large and nice. Family room is a great place to hang out. If the weather had been warmer, we would have barbequed in the back yard. It is set up excellently!
