Beautiful views, apartment had everything we needed, all very tasteful

we did not realise how close to a main road it was, so noisy. there are 70 steps from the road up to the door of the apartment which became difficult for our old knees. It is a long way vertically from the seafront and too steep to be walked.

Brilliant location, car parking in front of house, beautiful views from property onto Cap Ferrat. Nice apartment with comfortable feel, kitchen, blinds etc. And we could take our dog with us which was probably the best aspect of it. Seems fairly safe too for dogs, unless your pooch likes jumping over balcony railings….

72 steps to walk up to the apartment. That’s where you have to carry your luggage to. Not such a problem for us as thankfully we are blessed with good health and in good condition, but anyone a bit more frail, old or disabled. Not the place for you. Also, a lot of traffic noise travelling up from the busy street below.

Nice villa with a lovely terrace to spend the evening. Quite a bit up hill from the main area of Villefranche sure mer.

Charming apartment well furnished, cheerful and bright; wonderful views; great Internet and washing machine; easy walk to nearby shops, a bistro and bus stops; rental company very communicative, friendly, and responsive

Location is just above very busy, noisy road; apartment can get quite warm this time of year—no ac or fans provided (we had to buy a small fan and move it around); only 1 bath, 1 hand towel provided per person for the week, which was inadequate; also no beach towels & had to buy; recommend providing at least a couple rolls of tp upon arrival and some basic staples such as sugar, pepper, more garbage bags; glasses for wine, NOT plastic please! And the tiny shower needs upgrading.

The apartment is nice, just like the pictures and very clean as well. The view from the terrace is beautiful and the owners were really nice and they gave us a good bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Overall, a very nice stay, would recommend it.

There was a heat wave while we stayed there so the apartament was quite warm at night since there was no AC
