Maids did not clean properly

The breakfast sandwich I had was good, but I expected a full-service restaurant based on Booking.com’s description. Otherwise, the accommodations were great. The view from the hotel room was fantastic, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was excellent. Love the layout of the room.

I expected a full-service restaurant rather than just a refueling area. Booking.com indicated there was a restaurant on-site, but what was offered was merely pre-prepared food, which doesn’t align with the typical description of a restaurant.

I stayed here because of the location and a friend recommended it to me.

Our room had something wrong with it. The floor was warped and the flooring had ballooned. I was surprised that the room was not closed to the public. My son was able to pull up pieces of the floor and I worried that the bathroom had been like that for a while. It was too late for me to change rooms so we just avoided going to the bathroom as much as we could.

The location was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Liked the layout of the room. The lobby had snacks (to buy), a bar, games and a pool table.

The Fitness Center was closed, which was disappointing. The rug in our room had stains and our ottoman had been removed, due to stains. The angle of the building meant that our room looked directly into other rooms, so we had to keep the shade down.

The location was great and room was nice and clean

I booked a king room in advance and paid for, however during check in they told me the room was not available and down graded me to a double queen. The staff did a very poor job. I also ordered breakfast with a free voucher because of the ordeal with the downgraded room and I never received my free breakfast. The front desk person never put my ticket in.

There was a massive pipe burst and water leak. We had to vacate our rooms and end our trip early. The police were on site examining the incident. We have yet to receive our refund from the hotel and booking.com. Each one says it is the others problem. I am filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau about this issue. This is no way to treat to a valued customer that has given Booking.com so much business.
