Amplio, cómodo, calefacción funciona correctamente.

Una ventana del salón inutilizada, disminuye la luz, y debajo tiene rejillas que dan al exterior, por donde entra el frío, aunque cierto es que se compensa con la calefacción.

Leider war der Türcode nicht auf die korrekte Ankunftszeit codiert. Innerhalb einer 3/4 Stunde hat sich jedoch alles geklärt und wir konnten in die Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist einfach genial, direkt an der Altstadt, beste Ausstattung, Waschmaschine vorhanden (für Pilger eine super Einrichtung). Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können diese Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen. Das beste war die Tiefgarage, Mietauto sicher untergebracht.

el departamento es fantástico, cómodo, amplio, hermoso. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de la zona histórica y también del centro.

creo que se podría mejorar las indicaciones de entrada, sobre todo si uno llega de noche es un poco complicado.

No faltaba nada en el piso y es confortable. La sorpresa, muy grata , fue la plaza de garaje en el bajo del edificio.

Por emitir una pega, porque todo fue maravilloso: el hecho de haber condenado una ventana en el salón por instalar calefacción y aire acondicionado hace que el salón es un pco oscuro.

Finding the apartment was as searching for the holy grale. A few days before your arrival you get a messages on WhatsApp. One of them is a 5 pages PDF. Download it and have a close reading! They force you to fill in an electronic check inn. You know: name, address, birthday: things you like to do while you are on holiday ☹. Step 1 of the search is the key of the apartment: you have to get in a café in Pontevedra. A few meters said the PDF of the apartment. No! More than a km. But we found and get the keys. Next step: get into the garage: no in in the PDF but one of the keys get into the garage. Done. Next you are in the garage and then we did not found “the” door to go in the elevator. WhatsApp sended: immediately: ‘out of work’ because it was sended out of the office hours. Phone 1: person did not answered the phone; another person phoned: no answer. So: in a garage, with our car rand luggage in a unknow place.. But 😊 Our phone ringed. A person told us: take a door, you had to see this in the PDF. We did not see it immediatly and he sended us again one of the photos: and then we saw a little “house” symbol on the pdf (image). On a smartphone it was 2 mm by 2 mm. This person guided by phone tot the elevator and to the correct floor and apartment (The number was not clear on the holy PDF). So job done, we arrived. A little bit stressed. But what is my point: we rented also a apartment in Santillana del Mar (2 nights) and in Léon (1 night). On this places we sended 30 minutes before arrival a WhatsApp and we met someone in flesh and blood who gave us het keys and gave some information: we called this service. Here in Pontevedra: much less service for an apartment that costs a lot more than the apartments I described. And the apartment itselves: modern, just out of town, next to a building they are working (some noise in the morning), but not better then apartments i had in Leon or Santillana

The property is located on the river in a new building, close to the old town. Great contact with the host. Host very helpful and promptly responsive.

the floor of the apartment was dirty. Shampoo and Soap was not available and the towels had a bad smell. We called Pablo, but he did nothing to change something.
