Everyone on the staff was so welcoming, and the facilities were clean. I also love that they upgraded our room! Location is great as well—near the night market and pub street without having the place be loud at night. You really can rest well.

The staff! The hotel, itself, is very nice and clean but the amazing staff is what made the stay great. Always a smile and always helpful. The restaurant has good food and drinks. We especially enjoyed happy hour. Wonderful stay and will stay again!

Lovely hotel, we got a welcome drink and snack, the rooms were big and clean. Everything about the Urban was clean, peaceful and beautiful.

The price was high for low-budget backpackers but definitely worth it.

Excellent location. It is in the city center yet very quiet in surroundings. There are many Western & Indian restaurants as well as shopping areas within walking distance. The hotel has beautiful layout nested within nature, very friendly & welcoming staff at your service.

It could have been better to find a bit more choice of Vegetarian Breakfast/Menu in the hotel's restaurant.

The property is a lush beautiful oasis in the middle of Siem Reap. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. They will organise tours and always check in with you. They have a lovely afternoon tea every afternoon. Just book those tours will not regret it 🥰

La atención del personal es magnífica, siempre atentos a nosotros y con una calidez increíble. El hotel es muy lindo, la zona de la piscina se disfruta mucho. El te de la tarde se agradece muchísimo. La habitación es muy cómoda, la cama es grande y todo funciona perfecto. Lo recomendamos y volveríamos aquí si volvemos por Camboya!!!

Tout était parfait ! L’accueil du personnel, sa disponibilité, les petites attentions comme pousser la chaise quand on s’assoit à table. La nourriture étant excellente et variée. Les chambres sont confortables et joliment décorées. Tout est neuf et propre. Petit plus très apprécié : pas de bouteilles d’eau en plastique offertes mais deux gourdes en métal à la place, beaucoup plus écologique. La piscine et le jardin sont magnifiques et très calmes. Très bien entretenus. Un vrai havre de paix au cœur de la ville. Je recommande à 100% !!

Probably the best value for money hotel we stayed in during our 2 months in Asia - Rooms are clean, modern and comfortable - Pool area is absolutely gorgeous, with plenty of beds and is a great place to relax pre/post a day out to Angkor Wat - Afternoon tea is a great little addition which makes you feel valued as a customer - Staff are so friendly, and they even managed to turn our room around for an early check in which was great considering we’d arrived in Siem Reap on an overnight bus.

La verdad todo me gustó, demasiado amables, claros con el servicio, muy puntuales con la promesa de valor. Los guías, la facilitación del transporte, todos demasiado amables, colaboradores, respetuosos y cumplidos. También resalto el servicio de masaje, preciosas mujeres y muy sabias con su arte. La recepcionista Lily un sol, aún la recuerdo y los guías turísticos Sara y Taro inigualables. Todo muy recomendado.

I’ve visited Siem Reap many times over the past years and it’s getting difficult to find a guesthouse property that’s a good value and is honest about what they offer. Never what’s posted on their site. I spent extra time searching before making the decision to book a 6-night stay at The URBAN. From the moment we arrived we were warmly greeted by name and served fresh drinks and fruit while they checked us in. The property is beautifully landscaped with lush green trees and plants. Upon entering our room it was obvious their photos were authentic. Quality comfortable bed mattresses, cable TV, refrigerator,, large bathroom and more. The location is a quiet place yet only a 5 min walk to Pub Street. If you prefer to dine in the large restaurant lounge, you’ll enjoy the nature. The staff and management are equal to a 5-star hotel. Special thanks to Mr. Phy and the sweet girls who served us breakfast every morning. Now I don’t have to waste time searching for another place to stay in Siem Reap. There’s a reason why they have the reputation they have and have customers even during low season while many other properties are struggling to survive. Last comment, use their tuk tuk drivers at the property if you want to travel around the city. They are 100 percent trustworthy and not expensive.

A true oasis in the bustle of Siem Reap, the room was beautifully clean and bright. The restaurant is lovely (but can get a bit warm!) and the pool area and gardens are so luxurious and relaxing. The staff were absolutely incredible. They all made us feel like family from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. I wish I could remember everyone’s names! Special thanks go to Mr Phy who gave us brilliant advice for visiting the Angkor temples and ensured we were happy and comfortable during our stay. What a lovely guy. Also we do have to give a huge thanks to our tuktuk driver who helped us visiting the Angkor temples over three days: Mr Vutha. Always happy and smiling, we had some great chats with him about the temples and also about life in Cambodia. He had ice cold water and towels for us after each temple, and he was happy to customise the route to help us get the most out of our visit, giving us advice and tips on each temple. If you’re looking for a driver to take you to the temples, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him - ask for him at reception and they’ll help you. What a wonderful place. We will definitely return when we’re back in Siem Reap. Thank you to all the staff for making our visit so special!

Everything was so clean and tidy and the staff were excellent. Extremely kind and helpful and very accommodating. Often asking how I was doing and if everything was okay. I was only here for 2 days but I wish I was here for longer. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in and also easily the cheapest and will definatley be coming back again

amazing place in the centre of Siem Reap, still it’s super quiet and calm! The pool is great and refreshing too. But the best is the staff, always super friendly and smiling. We even got free coffee (which by the way is amazing) and tuktuk ride for our departure! Highly recommend!
