There was no breakfast and the location was terrible a lot of drug activities and the general manager THROWS PPL PUT ANS TAKES THEIR DEPOSIT FOR NO REASON! SHE HAS STOLEN OUR DEPOSIT FOR THE SIXTH TIME! SHE TREATS HER STAFF LIKE ANIMALS AND SHE MAKES CUSTOMERS PAY $50 IF THEYOST THEIR KEY TO THEIR ROOM! SHE HAS A LOT OF FRAUDULENT ACTS GOONG ON! SHE DOESNT KNOW HOW TO RUN THE ESTABLISHMENT WHAT SO EVER!

You booked me in a CONDEMNED hotel. I can send you a picture of the condemned notice posted on the door. It has been CONDEMNED since February 6. I had to hunt around for another hotel and had to take one that was more than double the cost. You make it extremely difficult to contact you and obviously contacting the property doesn't work.

Three days before we were to leave MA to go to Hagerstown, MD we checked on the APM Inn & Suites site where it was listed as being permanently closed. We did not receive any notice from APM or Booking.com who we had booked through. We were lucky that we just happened to check our reservations. I don't know who is more at fault for not notifying us, APM or Booking.com.

Hotel was closed on arrival

Hotel was closed on arrival Its been closed since Feb this year WHY did the hotel accept my reservation when its closed ???

I registered for the room on Sunday February 5th. When I arrived On Friday Feb 10 The building was closed. There were notices posted on the front door that stated that the building was declared "condemned dangerous and unsafe" and dated Feb. 6th. I never received a cancellation notice from anyone. I had to scramble at 10PM to find a room for my stay. Very poor experience.
