Didn't have my room.gave to someone else.the first room was durty. Trash in the night stand. Floor dirty& the sheets. They than gave room 210 not that bad. Could clean a little more. I ask for 2 beds and I ended up sleeping on couch that you could feel the springs and cut my foot on the bottom of the mattress wire coming thru it. I asked for blanket and it had cigarettes burns all threw it. I asked for different one and she said that's all they had. I was very disappointed in service of the room. I usually stay at that hotel when I visit my relatives in town.

The hotel was dirty and in disrepair

the staff is rude especially an old lady with white hair she yelled at me when I tried to explain to her about the bed bugs in the room. she lied to her boss about it on the phone. the staffs didn’t care about my situation at all while staying the general manager haven’t called me back or email me back. the rooms are disgusting. the phone won’t work, the fridge won’t work and the bed bug will eat your skin alive and the stuffs won’t even care. not even that they charged me twice for security deposit. breakfast is poorly served and they would close the breakfast before 10am. the hotel smells like weed all the time, the pool won’t work. I mean this hotel shouldn’t even be open for businesses.

Grouting around jacuzzi moldie and carpet on 3rd floor getting off elevator frayed and all over appeared dirty. Staff at front desk super nice and helpful!!!

Thank you to the lady that came in and went above and beyond her job duty’s to make everyone a hot breakfast because if she hadn’t we would have had no breakfast

Was easy to access from the highway, friendly staff, room was clean

A lot of noise coming from neighbouring rooms, loud music, slamming doors, smelled like smoke really bad in the hallways with lots of garbage in the halls. Also no bathtub, definitely could have needed one after a long drive. Hot tub and pool closed.

No pool available. claim heater was broke. Requested smoking room. Room assigned was filthy. Dirt n smut on walls right next to both beds. Dresser was dirty inside. No hangers in closet. Not to mention no ashtray in smoking room. Residents living in hotel who seem to be down on their luck. Some placed by Red Cross. Some had dogs. Most of the staff was those people who lived there. I suggest Booking.com check out hotel before placing it on web site. Also at any time of day. people walking in not being asked where they are going if anyone was even at front desk. Really didn’t feel safe they. However two clerks from morning shift were very nice n apologized for situations. Should be refunded something since no pool facilities for entire stay.

The breakfast was disgusting. The room was old small and lacked privacy. Workers who were a couple were excellent. Just too many problems.

Change pocket doors. Better breakfast and check rooms before giving them out. Our clock was still on daylight savings time. Tv had troubles, phone didn’t work. Bathroom sink had a trickle of water. Left after one night

I cancelled the hotel and asked for refund because was so bad. They did not provide a refund nor answer their phone to cancel.

Hallway constantly smelled of marijuana. Permanent residents set up parties in parking lot until all hours of the night. Pool and hot tub not in service. Terribly run down!

There was a small problem with the room we were assigned, so staff changed us immediately to a better room. Very nice and attentive staff. The bed was good. Friendly staff in breakfast room made us food even though we missed the deadline.
