Breakfast was excellent in the buffet area

1. Pillows in the room were stained from the beginning and they would not change them ☹️ 2. There was a permanent fowl smell in the room coming from the restroom, and when we requested another room, the floor concierge said it wasn't possible all they could do was change the filters and they sprayed a flower scent on top, which of course was not a solution to the problem☹️☹️☹️ 3. Upon our arrival, this girl said they wanted us to see the new premises and we agreed to visit next day. The next day it turned out they insisted on selling us a time share or whatever, and when we said we didnt want to spend one hour and a half listening to their sales person, the supervisor was rude, he got upset and left, leaving us there behind ☹️☹️☹️☹️ 4. The place was so crowded there was no space available during the day at the beach -many of them taken with only a towel and a book- it was the same at the pools. At dinner time all the restaurants were packed and thus had a one and a half to two hours waiting time after registration 😧😧😧

I didn’t like the walk ways, the were to rocky. I could were my heels comfortably.

This property is incredibly beautiful! The rooms were well appointed and the food was incredible. As always when we travel to this part of the world, service is unmatched. Demetrio at the Mexican restaurant gave us some of the best service we have ever had in any restaurant. He took great care to ensure that nothing that was served to me contained any of my food allergens. His recommendations were spot on. Enrique at the Japanese restaurant was also incredible. He explained our dishes and was incredibly attentive throughout our dinner. Roxanna, who provided drink service on the beach, was also incredible. We purposefully sat in her area all the days we were there because of her.

If I had to say anything negative about our stay, I’d say the check-in process was our least favorite of any resort we’ve stayed at. Aldo seemed preoccupied with something else when we were checking in. We were ready to upgrade, but it was only offered as an afterthought. The hard sell for the vacation club also took away from our vacation. It was presented as a VIP experience to tell us about the resort amenities. We wound up spending most of our first morning with them.

Todo, desde las instalaciones, hasta el detalle mas pequeño que tuvo su personal. Coordiales, atentos, preocupados. Se notaba que para ellos mas que vender, su principal objetivo es hacer vivir una experiencia fantástica a sus pasajeros.

Que algunos huéspedes no respetan las normas del hotel, y lamentablemente encontrabamos cigarros flotando en la piscina de nuestra habitación.
