Very clean accommodation with a good location. Bed was super comfortable and friendly staff. I’m also obsessed with how the hotel was smelling, please tell me what cleaning supplies do you use 😂. I even shared a video on my TikTok channel with a recommendation of this hotel. Hope to come back soon.

The boutique hotel is new and modern. The location is quite. We had a great time, Annita helped us with really good recommendations ( beaches, places where to eat).
We will be back here in August! Can’t wait ☺️

Das Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade in ein geräumiges zweistöckiges Zimmer sowie eine Flasche Wein erhalten. Vielen Dank.
An einem Tag haben wir das Frühstück für zwei Personen gebucht (16€) und waren total begeistert. Das Frühstück wird zur gewünschten Zeit auf Zimmer gebracht.
Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sie haben uns geholfen ein Auto für einen Tag zu buchen und an einem regnerischen Abend Pizza zu bestellen. Zudem wurden wir mit dem Auto an den Busbahnhof gebracht.

I liked as follows but not limited to:
- cleanliness
- comfort ( aspect, beds, shower, balcony, privacy, smell - cinnamon & limes, lights, yard, pool, relax music, colors, smells, HARMONY)
- parking free - hotel parking not as others say
- safety for yourself and for your staff.
There is an only one point with minus:
It is not on the beach.
But 5-6 minutes walk distance. To the beach or the tavernas.

Very nicely designed, clean, modern rooms, bed was very comfortable, nice kitchen area and good air conditioning. The pool area was nice although we didn’t use it much as the beaches are so great in Sithonia.
Gregoria and Annita were great hosts and gave us lots of excellent tips for exploring Sithonia.
Nikiti is nice, although very busy with lots of families on holiday, so we hired a car and took the opportunity to get out and explore the peninsula.

Everything was good. The facilities were all new and clean. The pool was super clean, the owners cleaned it every night.
- There is no breakfast
- No restaurant/bar
- The air conditioning was hard to control, was loud even on low, did not have a auto command.

The location is perfect just 5 min stroll to Nikiti beach or the heart of town for many shops and restaurants. It’s a boutique hotel very new facilities with a great pool. The room was spacious and very clean. There is a very nice balcony with some water views. The owners run the property and were very helpful and eager to please. Excellent choice for a family
The alfresco next to the pool wasn’t set up yet with lounges so that families could get together there.

Amazing design, superb modernism, fantastic rooms. Great facilities. Very pleasant staff.
Location is not perfect, a bit difficult to find.
Even though it is a butik type of hotel, would expect more often room cleaning. Do not expect breakfast before 10 AM. Do not expect room to be ready at check-in time.

A great experience! The owners are very friendly and kind, they offered us a lot of excellent advices such as beaches, restaurants and turistic locations (like the Old Town). They were there for us all the time!
The hotel is modern, elegant and very clean. Also the beach and the restaurants are very close and this is an advantage.
We highly recommend Anassa!

Even though new property room service poor.
Had small kitchen but know accessories to use kitchen accordingly. It was as if it didn’t exist.
The only reason I would book again is if I found it at a good deal since it is a new property.
