I think there was Quran available and Prayer Mat although was small but available , which is always a plus. There were 2 chairs and a table available for 4500 per night it was big room in the basement without window or LCD in room. Hot water was available, washroom was functional without any issues , it was a just one night stay and we reached late, checkin was smooth as well.

towel was not very clean, permanently marks I would say. Its not too costly to replace I think. We were able to use Tissues instead. Bed Sheets were okay but could have been more cleaned so smell in the bed is fresh. Had to ask for the The Key and Wifi password, Not Qibla sign on roof

I think hotels should work on cleanliness especially of air fresheners for the rooms to have a good fragrance when you stay.

They are cheaters. They showed a good room at booking.com while at the property they showed a very pathetic room and asked more money for a better one.

Their staff at reception had a very bad behaviour. They were arrogant and showed ill mannered behaviour when I asked that they are cheating customers and asking more money for that room which you showed on booking. I even provided them room pictures that they mentioned on booking.com but they insisted for more money. They are cheaters and criminals.

Bath room uncleaned seat cover of Commode broken. No soap shampoo AC temperature fixed at 28 C. Breakfast served from nearby Dhaba. Onchee Dukan phika pakwan.

The room was clean and AC was working perfectly fine, the Wiffi was working fine

I booked the room for 3400PKr + some taxes but when they show me the room it was under the basement so I request them to please gave me a room with window and they asked me for extra they asked to pay 5000PKR for the room which only has the window they said you will get the breakfast too but the never gave it to me. they also asked to cancel the booking from booking.com and pay them 5000PKR
